I have been visiting Transcend for over a year now, and the staff is always kind. The place is always well-organized, and no matter what, they always strive to schedule me whenever I need or want to visit to use the sauna. I cannot complain. The staff is excellent, and they are always on time with any service that they offer. If you havent been to Transcend, you should really visit. It is peaceful, quiet, and very serene. They never schedule you where you can run into others when its your time; you only see the front desk. Thank you for offering a place to relax, heal, and feel renewed.

I am so pleased to have the sauna available in our community! I feel amazing after, and the process of booking and accessing the service could not be more hassle -free! The spa is spotless and quiet and fosters such a lovely feeling of calmness. I look forward to many, many more sauna trips, and to accessing other Transcend services as well!

I’ve been to Transcend multiple times and have always had the best experience! I had a facial with Kelsey that was absolutely amazing! And I’ve used the infrared sauna multiple times! The staff is always so kind and the facility is so clean and welcoming! Great place and a wonderful addition to the Cedar Valley!

Going to the sauna is so relaxing and makes you feel so good when you get done. I also have recently been getting cranial massages to force myself some time to relax. Ive definitely fallen asleep for a little bit during those appointments lol highly recommend!

The staff are all very professional and friendly. I have used both the infrared sauna and had counseling sessions. Hillary has been very helpful so far with the counseling sessions. The infrared sauna has been very beneficial to my healing so far. The unlimited sauna package has worked out very well.

Transcend is a beautiful spa. I have used the float rooms and had a massage. The float rooms are wonderful. They are the perfect temperature and there is so much room. Floating is my go to for stress relief. My massage was perfect. The masseuse was not talkative which allowed me to relax. It was a great experience. I will return to Transcend for all of my spa needs.

Love Transcend, I have gotten great massages and Infrared sauna treatments there. Everyone is super nice and makes you feel comfortable and welcome.

Transcend is my favorite place in the Cedar Valley for all holistic health! They are the only place that has flotation therapy.. though my favorite is my massages with Melanie and sitting in the sauna!

The float tank is great & super clean & nice. They have robes & a nice bathroom setup with anything you may need to get ready after your float.

All of Transcends staff are incredible. The hostess at check-in was eager to help and thorough in her explanation of how to operate the float-tank. I never felt rushed throughout the entire experience and all of my questions were answered with a smile.And wow! The facilities are fantastic! The spaces are large, comfortable, and clean - an overall calming, as well as inviting, atmosphere.

Kelsey always does such a good job on my lashes and brows! ive had great experiences with all of the staff and found it easy to schedule appointments with med management and counseling!

My first visit to Transcend was wonderful! I had a 60 minute massage with Melanie. Highly recommend! She asked great questions to get at all my trouble spots and I left feeling relaxed and with less back pain. Allie was the receptionist and she was friendly and made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I’d love to come back anytime I’m in the area.

I love Transcend! Morgan, Kathryn and the staff are all really nice and helpful. The float rooms are all really clean and well kept. Highly recommend trying out a float if you’re in the area! They offer a slew of other services as well. I’ve been wanting to get a massage and try the sauna out.

Love 30 minutes in the sauna! I can feel the toxins sweating out of my body. Great way to meditate and relax!

I tried the float therapy for the first time and enjoyed every minute of it! It was nice to have a solid hour of relaxation. Allie explained the process very well and cleared up any questions I had. I would highly encourage anyone to try this! I also had the Amino Blend injection done by Ashley. She made me feel at ease. Ashlyn at the front desk was super personable and was helpful in getting me to the right spot. All around 5+ star experience from booking to checking out that day. Will definitely be back again!

Transcend has been very accommodating to my needs. They really listened to all concerns I had about services. The remodel is beautiful and a lot of thought was put into clients comfort. The staff is pleasant and also seems very excited about the new look of Transcend which makes clients feel excited as well. I am happy to continue my wellness journey with Transcend.

A girls spa day at Transcend did not disappoint! The float tanks are great and spacious. Had a detox massage with Melanie and I think that may have been the best massage I have ever had.

I tried floatation therapy here for the first time, and as someone with anxiety and a slight bout of claustrophobia, I was pretty apprehensive, however, it was one of the most relaxing experiences. I will absolutely be back, not to mention the whole enjoyable vibe and friendly staff!

Review for Morgan only. She never really listened to me or what I wanted and that was ultimately why I had to find a different doc. The final straw was when she ignored my wishes and increased a med dose I actively told her I didnt want increased.

Had a good first float at this very nice venue. Would have been great except I was dragging my ...anchor on the bottom of the tank. Fill it up a bit more, please, and you have repeat business.PLEASE FILL IT UP A BIT MORE I WANT TO PAY YOU

I had never tried a float before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I had an amazing experience it exceeded my expectation!!! The environment is cozy and relaxing and the staff was very welcoming and explained everything about the float. I continue to go because it really helps with my low back pain.

Morgan and her staff are so amazing. They explain everything very thoroughly. The float tank is always very well kept and the infrared sauna is a lifesaver during the dark winter months.

I absolutely love Transcend!!! A woman with a vision! I suffer from Major Depressive Disorder (depression). I always sought out additional help to manage my MDD. I heard from a friend about floating and knew I had to try it! This firend of mine knew of my need and helped purchase me a float! It was great. A great way to decompress. There are also so many services and products to help aid in your mental and physical well-being. I also love that they are working with insurance companies so more people can access these life changing services! Thank you!!! Highly recommend! This is the future of mental health care!

Smelled like mildew or something. I felt like I was in a basement. The smell was so strong I couldn’t even breathe out my nose after awhile, he didn’t have the essential oils going, no humidifier, nothing so it was very stuffy. . I had a massage done by a man and let me just say that was the worse massage ever. I asked him to just lighten up a bit and he did not listen. I was sore for weeks😅

Susan was a great massage therapist! She did a wonderful job and I will be coming to her for future appointments!
