Up your Body SPA - THE LYMPHATIC LAB WELLNESS

It was my first time at Up Your Body Spa, and I loved the experience. I loved the lymphatic drainage massage I had with Aline. It was actually the first time I received that massage without feeling any pain. Aline is very attentive and careful, and the environment is very clean and relaxing. I loved the results as soon as the massage ended, and the post-drainage guidance to boost the results. I highly recommend her and will definitely book with her again.

I just had my first lymphatic facial, and it was amazing! I had no idea what to expect. If I had known abouty Up Your Body I would have been coming much more often. My family and I are staying in an Airbnb in Delmar because we sold our San Diego home and are moving. I accidentally came across the salon ordering coffee at the little coffee shop next-door. Such a great find! I clench my teeth every single night while I sleep. I carry a lot of tension in my face. This felt absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend!

I can’t speak highly enough of Anne’s magic touch ! It’s become an integral part of my self care routine . I’ve been doing lymphatic drainage and the body modeling one for years with Anne .I suffer a lot from fluid retention, bloating and orange peel skin specifically on my stomach and back of thighs ! After a session with Anne I actually have a waist and smooth skin ! Oh and if you are feeling swollen in your face try her lymphatic massage for the face .. absolute magic ! She is so knowledgeable and the space is warm and inviting

Anne is my new hero!!! I had been feeling bloated for the past 2 months, and no amount of water, exercise, or healthy foods seemed to do the trick. One of my friends referred me to the Spa and let me tell you - I am a NEW PERSON! In just one hour of lymphatic drainage, Anne’s magic hands got rid of all of the bloating. Seriously - pure magic, I don’t know how she does it. It’s best practice to go back every once in a while and I know I will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend!! Bonus: the place is beautiful, a true oasis in SD!

I’m going through a lot of water retention lately something that it’s worrying me cause I’ve being always athletic, but as the pandemic came I ended up relaxing and changing my lifestyle for worst, more alcohol drinks, less trainings, poor diet and more junkie food.All this changed myself putting me in a lazy way, and in a bad mood for sure, the change on my body it’s very visible, I was always lean and ripped and I ended up getting all “bloated/chubby” and I hated this, this lack of train and discipline in all the health aspects made me definitely unhappy physically and mentally.Anne it’s a good friend of mine and recommended me to do an Electro Lymphatic session, I did it around 5pm and on the same day and specially next day I went so many times on the bathroom to pee like 3 times more, I felt that I flushed so much water and the next day I was feeling way more energized and light, the results didn’t stop i still flushing and getting leaner day after day.I’m very happy with the results and I’m definitely incorporating this treatment at my way back to be health and disciplined again.Thank you so much Anne you’re the best.
