Sunshine Massage

I went here today and got a 90 minute massage 60 minutes massage and 30 minute foot massage I never received the foot massage because there was a miscommunication I suppose and so they just gave me a 90 minute body massage. However I asked for a deep tissue massage I did not receive a deep tissue message.During the session I told her three times that I asked for a deep tissue massage but I felt no pressure I wasted $110 then they had a nerve to ask for a tip I said no. I should have read the reviews first so avoid this place by all means because you going to be out of money with no service.

By far the worst customer service known to man. Front desk worker tells lies to get customers. She is rude and obnoxious. She’s too busy watching shows on her computer to actually help the customer. Terrible customer service and awful communication.I now go to Spa Stinny in Lawrenceville. Very good communication and professional masseuses.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. I just visited Sunshine Massage and had the worst experience Ive ever had. No introduction or greetings at the front desk. Wow what do you know the masseur IS the receptionist. Shouldve known then how it was going to go. She didnt take off her bracelet so during the fake rub down all I heard was jingling. Didnt guve her name nor asked what part of my body to focus on. Warm towels were cold after the pathetic massage. Looking at the reviews and say ok that them not me... NO DONT GO. Waste of time and waste of money. Felt worst than how I came in. NEVER AGAIN

Told me it was $70 for 60 minutes. charged me $75.... The masseuse had no idea what she was doing... complete waste of money..

The true highlight of my visit was the massage itself. I had the pleasure of experiencing the skillful hands of Samantha, whose intuition and knowledge surpassed all expectations. Samantha carefully listened to my concerns and expertly tailored the massage to address my specific needs. Make sure you call ahead because she’s always booked.

My boyfriend and I came in to get a massage. We paid upfront. They placed us in separate rooms, the receptionist escorted me to my room and told me to change and dimmed the lights to pitch black. I could barely see to put my clothes on the hanger so i turned up the light a little. As I’m walking towards the massage bed, i notice a hair and thought no biggy. I opened up the sheet and saw 10 more hairs and noticed the sheet looked dirty like someone had already laid in it. I get dressed to leave and get my boyfriend. The receptionist only asks him why I’m upset. She only speaks to him in Spanish when she could clearly speak English. And tries to convince him to make me stay for a massage because they couldn’t give us a refund or else she would be fired. Guilted us to stay and all i wanted to do was leave and not waste any of our time.

I visit Sunshine spa every month.My favorite person is Samantha. She is very helpful. I can call her and she will let me know which masseuse is avail at which locations. She knows my standards and ensures that I am paired with the right person. I like Sunshine Spa because of her. She will go above and beyond. The spa is always clean and has a very upscale appearance. I would visit more except they don’t have a shower. I prefer to take a shower before my massage, because typically I am traveling from work. And I prefer to freshen up. A typical massage is $60, an hour. 90 min is $100 and so on. They used to offer 4 hands which is awesome. But I have not tried that in a while. They offer table showers at one location and self showers at most of their others. The self shower used to be free, now it’s $10. 😩I recommend you go by and try them.. If they are busy. Ask them if they have availability at another location, so you won’t have to wait. They typically have several masseuse working. So stop by tell them Ken (Body Builder). Honestly the worse experience ever!! And that’s the truth the girl in the front is there just for the attraction her name is Samantha she said. To be honest with that attitude she shouldn’t have a job period. I paid for an hour massage but she only gave me a 10 minute massage then had the audacity of asking for a tip. I didn’t even respond to her I just left. If you care about your money do yourself a favor and don’t even think about visiting this place.

I thought from the reviews... it cant be that bad.... so I went. I asked for a deep tissue 1 hour body 30 min foot massage. I waited 20 min and the person came in. She was sweet, but told me she could not give me deep tissue. I said, ok. 30 min on my back to be nice. Yall it was the worst massage I ever got. She clearly had no training and was just running oil on me. I heard another person in the hall irate bc they pre paid for 1 hr and got a 15 min massage after waiting 30 min.This place is badly managed. 1 hour is $60, but the person wanted to charge me $50 dollars for a 30 min oil rub down. I am so disappointed. My body was hurting and I really needed this massage. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

Every positive comments on these reviews are fake don’t be blinded this is the worse place to get you a massage. The front desk girl was extremely rude her attitude is terrible. I paid for a 90 minutes massage and it ended up being barely 20 minutes. There’s only one girl that works there and she’s terrible.

The room and chairs were new and good. The receptionist was nice.But two ladies did our foot massages were so unprofessional, impolite and disrespectful to customers. They talked together SO LOUD and talked all the time, even I looked at them many times to ask for a little relaxation but no, they kept talking and laughing together in our room. I paid $50 for 1 hour foot massage per person and $20 tip. But the service was terrible. Ive never ever seen any servers talked and laughed that much in a massage room, that was extremely annoying.This is my first time I get angry that much to write a bad review for a business. Sorry for that but those ladies ruined my day.

The lady barely massage me she actually rush the whole massage . I ask for 90 minutes she barely gave me 30 min but charge me 120 . Will never be back . It very horrible and the other massage lady rush on my husband back how did she got done the same time and she came in the room a whole 20 min late make no sense .

This place is a nightmare, worst customer service I have ever received. The masseuse did not know what she was doing, at the front desk there is this lady that looks like a tramp or drag queen, she barely speaks English, has a trashy low class attitude and lack of manners, she is not Asia By the way. I would not go ever again. You should not either unless.

It was my first visit today...it was nice because it was clean and very quiet.The massage was great and the owner was very friendly.I said that I would continue to come in the future and made a reservation for next week.I hope you try it too.
