Great vibes, great games (darts and pool tables), good staff, and the band I saw were exceptional.Whether for a quiet drink on a weeknight and a game of pool with a friend, or a big Friday night session listening to the band, there wasnt much I could fault here.

Great bar downtown FWB. Live music and reasonable priced beers. It worth checking out if your looking to enjoy some nightlife.

If you have not been in Coasters in 4-5 years (like me) then you havent been in Coasters. Great drinks, reasonably priced and lots of specials. The new back bar The Bevador is really special. Smoking is allowed outside on the back deck only. Music is awesome and varied. Great mix of customers.

I got cherry limeade mixed drink that was very good and it was only $5. They had a good selection of beers. This place had darts, pool and Foosball.

I have been coming here since I was 21. I am now 23 yet a security guard didn’t not let me in after he broke my nail set. I had just got my nails done. I payed 85 dollars for the set on a bachelorette night: he broke it and after I said “ouch that hurt! I think you just broke my nail!” He said “you can go!” I asked “why” confused. Since I’ve been going to this bar for 2.5 years. He said “you’re being too much”. My response was “sir please let me speak to a manger. You broke my nail when I was handing you my id. It hurt really bad. I’m bleeding front my nail. How can you refuse a manger after this situation? What have I done to not let me in?” His response was “you can leave now.” Never have I ever received such poor customer service. This was my favorite bar that I brought all my friends to until this night. The man pictured is the one who broke my nail and made it bleed! He even left a bruise! I’m so disappointed!

It was a Thursday night so not much was happening. We played pool and a couple of games of fussball. I never even got anything to drink so I cant even review the bar properly. Its a small cozy place that looks like it could be fun with the right crowd.

Would leave a ten star review if possible. One of the greatest nights of my life; will never forget this night. As I was “dropping the kids of at the pool” someone handed me a shot under the stall door! Unforgettable experience! 10/10 highly recommend!

Nice place to grab a drink during the week or on weekends. The outdoor patio is clean and they have nice heaters for cooler weather. The bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable. Great selection of beers and whiskeys. Always excellent music choices.

Its been awhile since Ive visited.Coasters. Coasters is like the late night spot after all the bars have closed and everybody is off work. Coasters has made many improvements and also created a very fun atmosphere. They have live bands, singers, they are video games playing above the bar area, they have TVs and pool tables. There are about I guess four main areas. They have an outside bar thats kind of like a patio area, then there is one area that is semi outside that looks like a tunnel (really cool) theres another main bar area with tables for large and medium groups, and also tables for a small group. This is also the area where bands perform . They have a great list of beer options, mixed drinks and whatever you fancy ( they also have PBR s which is so cool). The local artist Cole performed the night I was there, Hes really a great artist and a kind soul. I enjoyed myself, and my friend did too. It was fun to see how many people from the local area the chilling out and enjoying the space. I want to take a second to mention the bartenders and the all the bar staff. They were very attentive to everyone that came to the bar, they appear to be knowledgeable and and friendly, cool people. So if youre in the Fort Walton Beach area swing by Coasters, definitely if its getting late and youre still wanting to be out and about.

Nice beer/alcohol selection. If you are new to the area great local hangout. Music venues, may have to check their monthly line ups. 2 pool tables for some entertainment. They just created a add on deck which includes a back bar. Owner is awesome very consistent and competitive pricing. Currently being renovated inside but the outside deck/bar is open, can not wait to see the new look!!

I thought this place was cool, until they discriminated me for being a country boy. I wasnt playing anything bad, as a matter of fact, it was the first thing I played: Hank Williams - jambalaya. Dude cut my music off immediately almost and then told me country music was banned... If you dont care about the American way (leave America) then its not much of a deal. But round here, we dont play that. I dont recommend coasters anymore. Forget them! -0/0

I was really excited to visit this place, being new in town and looking for a nice local hangout. Huge disappointment. Very unwelcome and cliquish atmosphere. Bartenders are cold and defensive and drinks were terrible- as in made with ingredients that were probably spoiled. Dont complain about the drinks or ask for it to be remade, because 1.) they will charge for the bad one as well and 2.) argue that they couldnt possibly make a bad drink because they once won some kind of local bartender contest.? 1 or 2 bad drinks wouldnt turn me away forever, but those attitudes did.

I was in Ft Walton as a tourist and had Coasters recommended to me by a local bar tender. It did not disappoint! The atmosphere was laid back, not one tourist drunk on a rum runner in sight and the craft cocktails were excellent!! If you like proper cocktails and a less hectic scene, check it out.

Busy and popular place. Bartender service very lackadaisical. One ink particular not friendly nor welcoming. Liked the bar had live music with current to hits in their repertoire.

The good (if you are a child): 5 Stars! Will serve children alcohol outside in the breezeway if they flirt with the manager.The bad: GM Jan flirts with minors and gives them fireball shots.Tried to let an employee know what was going on but then realized the GM Jan was the one giving it to them after I said something. I know this because they got denied entry to another bar I was leaving and seen them outside Coasters. He told me to mind my own business. I left that place quick. To be fair they were in the breezeway not the bar but after I walked waiting for my friend he went back to entertaining the kids in the breezeway. Ill be back soon and post updates regularly to keep everyone updated. Not even sure how they are open considering there is a pandemic going on and they are a bar that doesnt serve food, zero restrictions in place such as social distancing or 50% capacity. Small place, most of the bartenders were really cool. But the manager (whos also a bartender) was very rude. Talked badly about his customers in front of everyone and was very unprofessional. They definitely need a new manager, this one will cost the bar customers and money. One star rating

Great bar with a small town vibe. Drink prices are decent for how expensive Florida is. Front of the bar is crowded but fun and the back of the bar is a little bit slower and a nice little hang out area outside.

A local gem that blends into the buildings surrounding it, but the inside, whoa buddy, the inside is popping with a great staff, fast flowing beers and quick pours. :-) :-) outside you can enjoy the rolls Royce of beer service by a beerista....see what I did there?! Its an atmosphere thats got that small town vibe yet brings in a diverse crowd.

This downtown classic dive has everything you want. Great selection, great staff, billiards, live shows, nice bathrooms, and oh yea, a brand new Whiskey bar out back next to their outdoor deck. A real legit whiskey bar with all the trimmings and extras youd expect to find if you were at a Whiskey bar in old Chicago...

This place has gone downhill pretty quickly in the past couple months. Its like theyve forgotten that theyre customer service. They do their pre-closing really early, Ive been told to pour my drink into a plastic cup half an hour before close so they could clean the glass. Their security, Gus, is downright rude. When it comes down to it, you dont feel welcome here. Id suggest checking out KCs or Salty Duck.

I absolutely love this place and would recommend it but unfortunately a employee has a personal issue with me,nothing I’ve done in the bar but words I’ve said to him through text,so he banned me and when the gm talked to said employee he told him he felt like there have been numerous times where I have made him uncomfortable... when in fact I haven’t I got my drink and would leave we might of had eye contact but other then that I did nothing or said anything to make him feel uncomfortable so now even on his days off I can’t go to the place I used to love and tipped really well. I understand the gm is just doing his job to make sure his employees never feel uncomfortable in the work place but I feel like I should be allowed to go in the days he is off and would gladly leave if he was there. The sistuation was just really crappy.

Enjoyed a few games of pool here. They have 2 tables, darts, indoor and outdoor bar, juke box music and live music.

Coasters is the best place to end the night since it stays open the latest out of all the bars. 21+ to enter. 2 Pool tables inside, a juke box, live music outside until 2am. Sometimes theres live music inside too. Oh and lately theyve had mortal kombat on one of the TVs inside that they allow customers to play. Whats better than live music, pool, video games and beautiful people!!! All in all great place for anytime of your night out. Its my favorite bar right now.

Truly enjoyed the laid back vibe and layout. Best part was the BRBs who were playing some great covers. I stayed longer because of them. Bartenders were attentive. Good times.

Best dive in fort walton. Live music, great drink specials, great bartenders and the door guy is a sweetheart. He remembered me after only seeing me once.

Always my home bar. Excellent Tanq and Tonics made by Chad. I have to say, the Hispanic/Asian guy there, makes an awesome watermelon drink. Ask for it.

I loved this bar! The bartender was amazing and I loved the atmosphere. The only reason Im giving it a 4 is because the bartender played a few super heavy metal songs which wasnt very conducive for conversation.

John, Jan, and the bartender that is usually on the back bar are probably the only bartenders that redeem this place. Big dude with tattoos: rude, always a displeasure.Hippie guy with glasses (and usually a beanie): dont try to save me 50 cents by giving me kamikaze instead of red bull (like I asked for) because Im getting bottom shelf anyway; then get an attitude about you not giving me what I asked for.The only female bartender Ive seen is not very personable, not rude, but she clearly just wants you to hand her money and go away.

The renovation is beautiful. Unfortunately no one else was there and the bartender was otherwise occupied. I will try again since I like that they have 2 pool tables, golden tee, and internet jukebox.

A centrally located bar in downtown fort Walton. There pool, darts, foosball and golden tee available. Occasionally theres live music as well. Theres a back outdoor area which also makes high-end artesian alcoholic drinks. The only place in the United States Ive been able to find Monkey 47 gin. I recommend a Moscow mule to be made with monkey 47 gin and it will change your world.

Love going to Coasters. The bartenders are really cool and their signature Apple Pie shots are amazing and you can play video games, play pool and listen to music while you drink, what more could you ask for? Its the bar to be at!

Coasters is a very chill spot located on the strip, downtown Fort Walton Beach, FL on highway 98. Live music was high quality, as usual. Reasonble beverage prices,friendly staff and lots of friendly locals.

I had really bad experience I was treated unfairly and was yelled at in front of one of my bosss, becuase I was banned for a personal reason 5 months. then today (sunday) 2/28/2016 I went in to throw up so I didnt throw up on coasters sidewalk out of respect,but your staff told me they didnt care I was pregnant and that next time I need to throw up outside whatever it takes to keep me out, if I do not get an apology I will certainly be calling the owner or manager he was very unprofessional and it was uncalled for.

It is not a place I would prefer but my friends keep dragging me in every Saturday night. However I must admit that despite the not quite cool atmosphere, drinks are just great.

Decent atmosphere, decent prices, all around good time, nice and close to downtown FWB and Okaloosa island. Pool tables, darts, snacks, good draft selection, diverse crowd, and generally friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

It was pretty busy when we were here, but we sat out at the back bar...the bartender was a BAD A**...he was on his A game for sure and he was unbelievably busy. Great experience.

What kind of bartender tells you youre not tipping enough? The ones at coasters, apparently. Thats ridiculously rude. I used to bartend, but even I didnt bother military members, they get paid just as bad.

The bouncer is so rude and slammed a door on me. I have an injured hip so it is painful for me to sit for long periods of time - he told me i have to be seated or I have to leave even after I told him I have an injury.
