I lived here for many years and this store knows me by name by face and greets me every time and it helps me tremendously with the tiniest details of my smoking and vaping needs! Highly recommend these guys and girls!

This place doesnt stand behind the products they sell. They buy cheap low quality items that also when defective they will not return even with a receipt. They are cheap and careless and will not help there loyal every day customers. I will share my experience and warn others. Save your money and save your time! I dont no who zakery is or what medicinal residue your talking about. I bout a broken flashlight that was unable to return.

Dont waste your money or time. They sell and carry defective flea market style products that do not work and will refuse to refund you with a receipt and even after calling you to drive an hour to their location for the issue to be resolved.The last 3 things I have bought have not been in working conditions and should have never been sold. They do not care for their customers and just want your money stay away!

This trip I got Everything PINK! I love it! Best smoke shop in FWB. We also got the CBD dog treats last time we came and had to tell them how well they worked for our King. This dog barks at EVERYTHING! The CBD dog treats work so well to calm him. My husband got the green dug out we are about to go test that out right now

This is the first place I’ve found in the area that consistently has everything I need, every time. Coils, mods, tanks, battery chargers, tons of interesting things to look at around the shop. I could stay here browsing for an hour and not get bored, there’s so much to look at. The people that work here are super knowledgeable and make me feel right at home, no matter the hour. 30 minutes before closing, they’re explaining to me the difference between some of their products and making sure the mod I’m purchasing is the exact model I’m looking for. They answer the phone whenever I call and are patient with my questions. They have a ton of Geek Vape stuff, which is awesome because that’s my go-to vape brand. The rewards program is amazing, the staff are amazing, I can’t say enough good things about this place. Absolutely worth the drive all the way from Niceville to KNOW they’re going to have everything I need. Love this place!

Absolutely LOVE this place. Had the greatest experience and best customer service to date. Both gentlemen there were fabulous. Unfortunately, I didnt get one employees name but he is new. Jack was AMAZING. Super friendly, knowledgeable and he helped me find my first actual piece that I am in love with. Its really cool place man. I bought my first water pipe there the the bowl cracked but they replaced it for less than I paid for it for $3 I paid $10 for it. The people who own the shop are amazing. Theyre very caring. Theyre very knowledgeable and they take care of their customers very well. They also sell knives, swords and other stuff there which is really cool. I would definitely continue to go there for all my smoking needs

I cannot say enough good things about the 1management and staff that run this place. They are always very patient and consultative in their approach, never making you feel rushed or uninformed. The store is always clean, the prices are fair, and..... thats about it. Did I leave anything out? Oh, you dont have to drive all the way downtown! (I shouldve led with that!)

Purchased a back up vape and kept in boxed new in glove box Attempted to use and found the device leaked all over uniform and car. Went back to store and as employees were willing to help…. The management instructed them to only give a 20% discountThey do NOT stand behind their product and will piss you off after you spend ur money here. The first thing i said when i walked into this store was “wow”. First off, the place is probably 5 times bigger than it looks from the outside, the storefront is massive. They have all kinds of stuff there! The front is occupied by some clothing and other miscellaneous trinkets. Then you head to the back of the store and you’re greeted by easily the best and largest selection needs. If you’re looking for glass, papers, cones, vaporizers, and just about anything else, they got you. It’s by far the biggest selection in town. I was impressed at all the options i had. If you’re looking for a good selection of disposable vapes, vape juice, coils, etc… They got it. The staff is super friendly and always welcomes you with a warm smile. Jack is my go-to guy, he’s awesome! And the cherry on top is the prices, they are low and they are fair. We’re talking you can get a piece of glass ranging from $5-$200 Another really cool thing that they offer is a rewards system. You spend money, you earn points, you save money. That simple.I’ve been shopping with ‘Em City for about five months now and i find myself in there nearly every week. It’s just a nice environment and the stellar staff make a very welcoming place. They keep their story very tidy and clean. I hope to see them in business for many years.

This shop is excellent, old school head shop vibes with modern merchandise, gift shop, knives and a wonderful vast wildberry insence selection and then theres all your vapor/smoke needs. Fair selection of disposable Nicotine vapes, tanks and mods and Juice. The d8 selection is modest but diverse, with many dosage and price options as well as flavors and types of edibles. They have an expansive glass collection from pipes to water pipes and artsy pieces. Staff is friendly, communicative and intelligent, had a great time chatting with them. My new favorite shop.

Pretty good selection of juices and Smok brand related parts. Not a ton of mod selections, but I cant blame them. They carry a large range of Coastal Clouds juice, which is surprising. The store carries a variety of items, from merchandise to wear or decorate a room, vape juices, mods, disposable vapes, and other various items.
