Went again today for a massage and it was Awesome! I have rheumatoid, osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia, had a lot of knots in my back but Blakely helped a lot!! Definitely booking another one in a few weeks

I had the original spa package on Friday, and I must say, it was an incredibly amazing experience. The moment you step through the doors, you instantly feel a wave of relaxation and genuine care. The facial treatment was delightful, and the massage was equally excellent. It was undeniably the best spa experience I have ever had. The ladies make you feel incredibly valued and at ease. They went out of their way to accommodate me, exceeding my expectations. I am eagerly looking forward to returning on my next trip to Georgetown. I highly, highly recommend this spa for you and your loved ones.

Amazing massages!!!!booked for my mom and i for her mothers day gift, was not expecting it to be as great as it was coming out of little georgetown!! Michele was awesome. super calming energy and just made you feel comfortable being in her presence. her massage itself was incredible. she gives the option at the beginning for conversation or silence, whatever you prefer. but she is great about telling you what shes doing as she goes along. her massage is definitely tailored to the person as my mom and i had several different things focused on- under the same massage package. overall 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful massage therapist and owner Blakely who can read every knot in your body and take it out...Do the 90 minute hot stone massage...Very therapeutic! Shop the storefront...Nice selection of gifts...Book online and confirm...I will definitely go back to her...Best surprise on my trip!

Me and my boyfriend got a couples massage, I have never had one before and was happy to find out my massager was a old friend! Allison applied the right amount of pressure the whole time, I’m very ticklish and when it came to my feet she did a very good job of making it not tickle. The environment was so peaceful and clean. I would definitely recommend for your first massage!

We stayed on Pawleys Island and I researched all the spas around; Sweetgrass seemed like one of the most professional, well-priced spas in the area. Worth the short drive to Georgetown.We booked an appointment for a sports massage for me and a Swedish massage for my wife. We were assigned Pam. While she is new to Sweetgrass, she has many years of experience, including - but not limited to - training in eastern medicine. She was very professional and very, very effective. If you dont have a preference, do yourself a favor and ask for Pam!

Been there twice now and they have been incredible. Relaxation massage was on point with Claire and the deep tissue with Blakely had me feeling better that evening! Highly recommended, great people, great atmosphere.

My Mom, Sister and I had a great Spa Day at Sweet Grass on Front St. In Georgetown. Such a fun and relaxing experience. I highly recommend Blakely and the rest of her team for a day of pampering. The spa is decorated so nicely and the front includes, candles, jewelry and lots of other cute things for sale.

I had the best experience with Blakely. I have had massages in many spas and I enjoyed my experience at Sweetgrass over The Sanctuary, the Grove Park Spa and Other highly acclaimed spas. Highly recommend 👍🏼
