Love this place. They always have everything i need from coiks to mods. Everyone is always so helpful and nice and dont mind answering endless questions. Chelsee is a doll, she switched out my misbought coils for the right ones and guided me to a better mod to fit my needs. Selections great, value is great. All employees are incredible except for the one in charge of this location, Chewy or Chili Im not sure his name. But I think its Chili or Chewy. I no longer come here because of him.Id give him 0 stars if I could. Idk if its because he doesnt like ME specifically, or what. But hes just not very nice whatsoever. (Now keep in mind, my ex husband and I have probably spent thousands and thousands here as we vape and partake in other product they sell, and come in frequently).One time, I came in and before I paid for my products, I said hey just want to make sure yall have Apple Pay, I dont wanna touch anything I dont feel super well. Chewy says well next time you come in here and you dont feel good wear a mask. (Btw, mask/no mask isnt the issue, its the way Im being spoken to, the rudeness behind the comment) lol just one example. Just not friendly, not engaging at all. Ive seen him chop it up with other customers which makes me think he just doesnt like me lol. One time Chewy and I did get into an argument over something I purchased. It was a while ago. I dont remember the details. Oh well. Maybe I shouldve wrote this review then lol.And in all, Liam and rest of staff is great. So helpful knowledgeable and kind. Chewy (Chili?) on the other hand, really shouldnt have a customer-facing role in the company. Doesnt seem to have the personality/awareness for customer service. For me, I really care about customer service so I dont come here as often, I take my business somewhere else. I go to create-a-cig for vape stuff across the street, and for other products I visit Cozy Cannabis (friendliest staff IMO).
The only issue is the parking lot. People not understanding how to park and it being crammed. Sometimes its easier to park at a bldg nearby and walk over. Nice staff. Knowledge of salt and freebase nicotine but not that much about hemp extractions.(d8)

I’ve been going to drip n rip pretty much since they opened in georgetown and have always been treated like family. The people are very knowledgeable about the products. For example, just recently went to pick up my ESCO tobacco bar and they informed me ESCO is closing down and when I asked what was similar to the same flavor they suggested one and let me try it before buying and it was great. Love the staff, locations and the the variety of products they have. ❤️❤️

Awesome shop. Was in Georgetown for almost 3 weeks for work, and this place was probably where I spent most of my time when I wasnt working or at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and after just a couple visits they would see my truck pull up and have the product I was there to get ready at the counter for me. Great selection of everything smoke shop related also. Definitely will have my business in future visits.

Was looking for places to get a new vape pen and had questions because the last pen I had gave me lots of problems. Chili had great answers and knew how to answer without making me feel dumb for asking like they do at other stores. Overall super friendly, helpful, and insightful about their products. Every Drip n Rip is great but this is my “home store”. I asked for a recommendation for something very specific, a certain flavor, and what I was directed to was spot on.Friendly people, but wish they were open just a bit later.

Very professional guys. The shop is very stock with lots of inventory, I love that they have the E juices from local companys as well . They are very helpful and know there products. If you arent happy they will do what it takes to help fix it even before the warranty just remember to show them some respect. As long as its still under warranty. Or 30 days . Very clean shop. Can hang out, play pool etc.. Thanks making its fun to meet knew people at the vape shop.

Stopped in this past week end and bought a few disposable CBD pens. One works great. One is dead after two days and still has I’ve r half of the CBD oil inside. The other one was opened already and 3/4 the product was missing from it. Extremely unsatisfied.

Best vape shop ive ever been to. It was busy so the only improvement would be another attendant and cash register. But the guy there was super nice and I will never go anywhere else. They are having an epic Easter sale. $43 for three 30ml/50mg bottles.
