5/5, this place is great! Wonderful customer service and vast knowledge of inventory and products. They are helpful and very accomodating. The most recent time we went there (Gilroy) they were out of stock of what we wanted but that same day they had some delivered from their Brentwood location so that we could get the product we wanted. Thank you, amazing service and people! :))

This store is very helpful and caring!! They go out of their way to help you find the right product that you are looking for whether it is CBD gummies or a CBD pen to help with anxiety and pain. Very friendly customer service and positive attitudes every time I go in! I highly recommend this place to everyone else that is looking for a new place to shop for THC and CBD products!

Love this Smoke Shop! There are so many unique products, and they have everything in stock. Not to mention the EXCELLENT customer service we received from GILBERT. We only planned to clothes shop but happy to have come across this the smoke shop. Great add to our shopping day.

Went here for the first time and it was a little busy, even so the lady working Nancy was super kind and told me as soon as she was done helping the customer she was already helping she would be right with me, which she did. She didn’t hurry the other customer but still made me feel that I wasn’t being ignored. She is super knowledgeable I told her what I wanted and she immediately knew what to get. I didn’t even have to look at anything else. This place is also the nicest vape store I’ve been to! Super clean and organized. Bogo on vape juice is a great deal and was quality products! They have a pretty good variety and staff is awesome. Highly recommend this place!

The Koi roll on CBD is amazing. I put it on my knee and within five minutes the pain I was feeling was gone, no BS. The product is a bit expensive but it does work. It doesn’t fix the injury but it relieves the pain caused by the injury. Thanks Nancy.

I have been to many vape shops but this is the best one I found so far. They are very knowledgeable and very nice got me exactly what I wanted when I wasn’t even sure what it was I need. Was shopping here all through the holidays and spent well over $1,500 alone for just Christmas than I went and got a gift for my mother and looks like she got the same thing, so I went back to return it and they put a new sign up saying no refunds witch is understandable they don’t wanna loose bossiness. But I just wanted store credit to maybe get a different gift. And I was told that there is nothing they will do at all... so don’t expect them to stand behind there products they sell cause you will be wasting your time and money. Very disappointing to say the less....wasn’t even open mind u 👌

I went to Vape This for CBD sublingual drops. I was assisted by the owner, who highly recommended a certain brand, which I purchased. I love the atmosphere and customer service, and the drops worked astonishingly well.

Absolute awesome customer service and knowledge. Will be my go-to shop for all things vape in the South Bay. Other shops in the area have the attitude like you owe them something when you walk in, not these guys. Shop is clean and neat.

Was Christmas shopping this week and saw this store....I have often been told to try CBD oil for my achy knees. When I walked by this store I saw their sign read CBD oil for sale. I walked in and saw several different types of oils for sale ..the lady behind the counter was very helpful and helped me make a choice. I also saw that they offered CBD doggy snacks. I bought some for my little Chihuahua who gets anxiety when we go to work. So far oil works great...waiting to see how the snacks work on our little dog!

Super great selection and the owners are not only super helpful but knowledgeable about their products as well. Prices are really competitive. This is my new go-to vape shop for sure. Fyi, they are near express at outlets behind In-n-Out burger, not on other side where google maps incorrectly says they are. Try them out, great sake right now store wide !

This place has to be one of the nicest Vape shops I have ever set foot in. The owners were super nice and the selection they had was huge. Lots of great flavors AND fantastic prices. Got two 60ml bottles for waaay less than anywhere else I have ever gotten juice from.

Look around couples smoke shops but they dont have everything I want. This smoke shop has everything. The seller very polite and professional. Hardly recommend!

The husband and wife who own this store are both helpful and pleasant. They have a huge selection of vape salts, juice and all strenths as well. Theirprices are the best in town and I recommend this place if you vape.

BOGO!! Who can beat that?! They dont always have what I liked from my visit previously in stock (just my bad timing) but it gives me an opportunity to fall in love with a new flavor and expand into what is now the-not-so scary world of vape juice. The guy (oh I hope his name is Justin!) is super knowledgeable about their stock, gives excellent recommendations, and has awesome customer service skills!
