Today was a horrible experience in your store and I will never be back, which is unfortunate because Ive already given you buisness totaling almost $200 in my last 3 trips within a month of moving a mile away from your location.Tiday i bought the mellowfellow dual da Vincis calrity blend 4ml duo: usually the packs have 1 white top and 1 black topped cartridges: when i got out to my car, I noticed that the pack I was given from the lady who worked today had 2 white topped carts. This means, two of the hybrid carts instead of one sativa and one hyrid. ( i Did have at least 10 mins in between orgionally leaving and going in because I went down to family dollar to buy a few items before going to my car). Once i noticed the pack was faulty, i went back inside and requested the Correct pack on the shelf which had 1 black and 1 white cart.... i just wanted to exchange for what I was supposed to have bought to begin with: and the lady wouldnt do it. She wouldnt do the exchange. She wouldnt refund my money (which is the craziest part to me) and all but called me a liar, as if i had a spare white cart in my pocket and switched it to bring it back in fully intact to the package? For what?! I have pictures of all of this.I am disputing the charge with my credit card company as soon as it posts. I am telling everyone i know NOT to trust your buisness, and youve lost a great customer who would have been in your store weekly for years to come, until I was treated this way today. I am shocked, angry, and offended she really wouldnt make the situation right. What horrible customer service and buisness model.I will also be reporting to the better Business bureau to ensure matter like these arent going unreported..... the fact that there Were two white carts in the pack when i bought it means someone messed with it in Your store at some point. Check your cameras. Regaurdless, that wasnt my problem and now you lost a loyal customer as well as brought neg attention to your establishment by mistreating and being dishonest YourSelf! I hope you have your employees do better in the future.
