Went in with a friend, was looking at there mushroom gummies, I flat out didnt exist I kept asking questions and it literally felt like I didnt exist, they didnt even look at me, or acknowledge me. I ended up getting fed up and just waiting for my friend in the car. I will never go into that place again. Worst experience Ive ever had in any business ever.

Best vape store in Johnstown! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They carry top of the line items, not the chinsey stuff you find at the gas stations and those smoker square kind of stores. Very nice atmosphere and a huge variety of vapes along with many more itemsHigh recommend!

I am in the store just about every day. The staff there is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable on. Adjust about everything in that store! Every day I go in there I seem to get lost in conversations but maybe I just talk a lot lol. Either way they are very friendly and I do not shop anywhere else❤️

Absolutely outstanding service. Shaun, Nate, and Steven were working (I think I remembered the names right LOL) and they were so pleasant and educated on the products you carry.As a customer service worker, the job is hard and its easy to be annoyed by customers like me. Their kindness doesnt go unnoticed.

Mo Korei are the best employers in your shop they always make me smile when I am in here and always help me out too my needs they both deserve a very nice rase and and bonus

Every time I go into the store the staff is absolutely amazing friendly and knowledgeable. The owner himself is very courteous, I love to see that in business owners.

This was the first and only place I have ever came since I moved near the Johnstown area and there have been many new faces at the Geistown location, but if you can’t even acknowledge a customer when they walk in at all, you need to be taught customer service. It shouldn’t take someone else to say something in order to notice other people are in the store. To top it off he grabbed the wrong coil the first time and then the second by then I just took it cause yes it did work but I wanted the higher wattage. I’ll go to a different location or maybe just look around for others🤷‍♀️

Only vape shop I go to now. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. Great selection, and great prices. Wide variety of products no matter what kind of set up youre looking for. My husband and I visited tonight and the man working was super nice and helpful, he offered to set up my new pod system for me and to let us sample whatever flavors we wanted. A couple walked in after us and the woman told her husband that she was leaving because the girls that work there werent there. The guy that helped us tonight was absolutely amazing. Cant recommend this shop or the staff enough!

I had a few concerns but after the owner, Brandon, reached out to me and explained things to me I completely understand. I feel Brandon went above and beyond to make sure that I am a satisfied customer. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to hear what problems i experienced and he was able to explain and address each one Great customer service!!

The friendliest vape shop in the area. Rotating selection of juice is fantastic, my wife and I now leave with a new juice every visit after having our own favorites that we got for months at a time. Certainly the most knowledgeable employees in the area. The comfort that we felt after discussing the products continue to bring us back. Our knowledge level has increased exponentially thanks to them.

I started coming here due to my brothers recommendation, and Ill never go anywhere else. Staff is very knowledgeable and chill, love the juice selection and the location. The employee Cat told me about a firmware update for my mod to help with battery display issues, which I never would have thought of doing for a mod since I just started vaping a couple months ago.

This is the best vape shop in the area in my opinion. The staff is very welcoming and personable, also you can try any of the flavors with the testers they have at the shop. Youre greeted with a smile the moment you walk in and you are treated fairly and with respect. When I go in I always feel comfortable and welcomed. I would encourage everyone to come in and try some of the extensive juice selection and just enjoy vaping. Love this shop!!

Lots to select from. Tanks, mods! Beautiful selection at that. Cheaper than vape vibe, but their attitude in general changed towards me when I schooled them of the difference between “nicotine from a plant” and “nicotine free”. Frickin idiots and rude needless to say that didn’t take long before I ran into issues yet again.Lady there today (9/13/23) is dumb af lol. She tried meeting her sales by getting me to buy this and that. I told her no. Then she proceeded to let me kno the product not available today will be available sometime next week. I told her that it was ok because we order online I just didn’t buy it soon enough. She says, “you kno you have to pay taxes on that? Ummm dummy, your price is double and I pay 13 dollars a bottle compared to your double the price for ONE. So I’m walking out the door stating I wasn’t gonna pay more than I have to if I don’t have too. She laughed, I laughed she’s dumb lol. This place keeps getting dumber bro. Next time I run into an issue with needing vape juice or whatever, I’m going to Tobacco Hut.

The place was very clean and organized. Mike and Trey helped me out tremendously! Mike was so knowledgeable about all their products and gave an honest opinion. This is my first time buying a vape and he gave me all the info I needed and even helped me on the right techniques when using the vape. Both mike and trey are super friendly and kind. I will definitely be going back and would recommend going to this store to anyone interested in vapes and all other products of that sort!

Ill say it again for 3 years, 3 flipping years I have came here and enjoyed the awesome and friendly atmosphere. Not once have I felt like a burden when asking for help its insane how great the service is here. Hell they earned themselves a lifer.

The guys at Complete Vapor were exceptionally friendly and forthcoming on my requests. Not only did they have the coils I needed but provided me with a customized vapor flavor I was looking for. I will go back there in a heartbeat as I have been vaping since it started and no longer do I have look elsewhere. They have have what I need! 5 stars all around!

Today I stopped by complete vapors for the first time and I was absolutely blown away but how nice the workers were and their wide selection.Almost anything and everything you could ask for is there with very good prices that are definitely worth your time.All of the workers are super cool and friendly, they offer any and all help that you could need and the workers there are very experienced and know exactly what they’re talking about.They made me a very happy customer and I will be a regular from now on!I highly recommend anyone and everyone who wants to get into vaping or just has any vaping needs go there, they’re the best around.

Ive had the opportunity to visit both the Ebensburg and Johnstown locations. They are both clean, well-stocked stores with knowledgeable and friendly staff. Both of my visits were pleasant and Steph and Catt are very helpful in my decision on juices and tanks.

Speechless! By far the greatest experience Ive had with a shop since starting vaping. Brandon is as good as they come, super helpful and will ALWAYS reply and answer any questions a person may have. This was the only place with the csmnt in stock and price was better than all the big vendors. First run csmnt didnt include ultem drip tip but he not only through in an ultem tip but also had some of the most BEAUTIFUL alien coils installed! It doesnt get any better than this folks, and shipping was immediate!

This was my second time in this shop and i definitely was not disappointed. . I was looking for a vape to try and quit smoking, the guy was VERY helpful and was definitely informative and i bought a vape with complete confidence that it would work . Awesome shop and lots of items.

Complete Vapors in Ebensburg is a lot bigger, has a larger selection, & the employees are extremely knowledgeable. Atty the Johnstown store, I was able to get my juice, but I couldnt even get any wicks & was told they might come in next week. I think Ill just be going to the Ebensburg location from now on. I do want to say that the Johnstown employee was nice.

Bought my Pulsar wax pen from here and any other Vape accessories or pieces I needed for it he always has them just reordered more for me and gave me a free smoozie for my glass Dome piece to help me from breaking it again LOL dude is a straight-up character and very fair definitely would recommend if youre in The Vaping game

However bought a vape that broke would let me return it there had to be sent away with proof of receipt and some anti fake sticker I threw away never knowing I woulda eventually needed it..Under no circumstances buy there kratom its complete garbage and i actually believe its not even kratom leaf
