This place is my absolute favorite vape shop ever. I’ve been to a lot of different shops around here, I was a disposable user for a long time. And the first time I went in there the guy working was so nice and they had just what I was looking for AND about $10 cheaper then what I was used to paying for the same exact brand. Then the lady that was working there a few weeks later helped me find the perfect refillable device and flavor juice I wanted and it’s the perfect device for me. And the prices you just can’t beat. They are so reasonable!!! 5 stars all day long!

The staff is always willing to help you find exactly what you need!! They have a deep pool of knowledge and experience to help with any question... definitely glad this is the store that I began frequenting when I started vaping!!

Great place! Very friendly staff. They pay attention to detail and customer needs. I expressed I like the Aspire PockX. COVID-19 made those impossible to get. The owner wrote down that they are available again and is looking into it.I requested that other places promised to look into the company reopening. This co- owner, Chris, is going to do so. When a company sells you what they like to buy rather than what you really want, its an unsatisfying experience. This was a great experience! The prices are great! Its my ONLY vape shop now. Rewards points are offered even with the lower prices.

Super helpful for one. Im new to the vape world and they are making it so easy to understand. They have a very nice selection of juice with or without nicotine, wish there a bigger selection on the bases or mods not sure what to call them. This establishment radiates a very welcoming atmosphere(with clouds). The are very knowledgeable staff.

They are the most helpful vapestore in the area. Very personable friendly and great people to talk to. Have a great selection of juices and mods here and will tell you all the pros and cons of the product. Also John is awesome to chat too. Will come down on my lunches to chat and listen to good music. Will always pick this shop over vape vibe.

A fantastic facility. They have a adequate lineup of e-juices, and personally they were willing to order juices that they did not have for me as a repeat customer. The clerk has learned my name and is prepared for me to come, which is fantastic because Ive never asked for such acknowledgment. A clean facility and a location right in downtown Johnstown. A adequate set of mods to choose from and tanks which they let you handle and look at with your leisure.Ive probably been to just under a dozen vape facilities and this one in particular has proved to be the most enjoyable experience.Staff was knowledgeable and willing to provide advice or information about the tanks and juices that I acquired from there.I am thoroughly impressed by the repetitive adequacy that they provide.Not to mention that they have the lowest average price of juices of any vape facility that Ive been to yet which has enormous impact on my vape lifestyle.

Love this store. I believe it was the first vape shop in J-town?..not sure on that, but it was the first one i saw here. Anyway, as far as brick and mortar stores go, this is the one i go to. Prices are better than they used to be. Especially on hardware. I dont know how they even do it, but their prices are comparable with prices on most of the websites. The guy in there, sorry i dont know their names, hell tell you that he wont put anything on the shelf that he doesnt think is quality, and he hasnt done me wrong yet. Been a loyal customer since the IPV4 was out. These guys treat you like friends, I can ask a lot of dumb questions and neither employee ever gets sick of it. The prices are comparable and some cheaper than the other stores. Love this place.

Great helpful staff. Clean shop. Only complaint is about the coils. As of about three months ago they got horrible. I’m replacing mine every other day and it was never that way. It’s not my vape because it’s only three months old. I’ve been a customer for two years and all I keep getting are excuses as for the problem. For the price of coils I could be smoking cigarettes! Gonna go elsewhere from now on. But that’s really the only problem.

This is a great place to go if you are inexperienced with vaping. They have enough knowledge to help you make informed decisions on what exactly your looking for as well as questions about your mod or parts. They have a variety of premium flavors that arent overpriced and taste weird.

These guys are great ! first time vapers need someone to walk them thru and explain things(sometimes more than a few times--sorry bout that guys!) I cant express in words how helpful, instructive, informative, polite, and friendly the staff are. It is obvious that they have knowledge and experience behind what they sell. The store has a friendly welcoming vibe. Great selection of products and liquids. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else.

Nice little shop, decent selection but no testing mods on hand...like any brick-and-mortar, the prices are higher than online, but best Ive found in the region. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Would recommend!

Great selection! Very friendly and helpful staff. I have been to the Altoona and Johnstown stores and they are both great places to visit whether you are a beginner or experienced. They are knowledgeable of their products and different mods and builds. They carry a variety of GREAT flavors and also carry brands that you cant find anywhere else that I know of. Just for example if you like Charlie Nobles or Zuros thats the place to go!

Amazing customer service, I went in with a very vague idea of what I wanted and I walked out with a vape Im absolutely in love with. I also spent WAY less than I thought I would. The staff member that helped be was extreme nice, helpful, and fun. Honestly going to this store is a great experience all around. Happy 18th birthday to me :)

Went there not knowing exactly what to buy and left with exactly what I needed and spent way less than I thought I would. The guys didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need which was really nice. They also showed me how to work everything and set up the vape for me, what a great store!

Was disheartened to learn from my wife today that she had some issues this morning with this store and an employee. According to her she was acosted for searching through the bottled product line with no clear indication to not do so and also because she talked about another E-Liquid manufacture and their less expensive prices to an acquaintance. Just logically speaking, perhaps you shouldnt be so aggressive to your customers when they are in your shop. I understand wanting to drive business to your store but belittling a paying customer quite frankly isnt the business practice. Its our jobs to make sure we getting something for a great price without breaking the bank. Unfortuantely, this incident will effect wether or not I want to visit again.

Excellent staff, great variety of products, and great environment. Sometimes parking along the street can be difficult if the area is busy but its worth it. Definitely the best vape shop in the area!
