My very first spa trip ever! I truly felt relaxed and special during my visit. I was greeted by Ms. Linda and she was super welcoming and informative. I arrived an hour and a half early for my massage, however, she still took me in and introduced me to the pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. It wasnt crowded, maybe about 2-5 other guests, enjoying their relaxation time. I had Ms. Taylor for my massage and she made sure I was comfortable. She knew the right questions to ask, especially a newbie to this whole massage thing. Ms. Taylor took her time and was patient with me. I had an amazing experience over all. I’m glad I came earlier to enjoy the amenities before my massage because right at check out time, it became busy! Thank you Ms. Linda and Ms. Taylor for the hospitality. I will definitely be back to visit again. :)

My husband and I took our honeymoon in Vermont in late April, while almost every other spa was closed due to off season, this one was still open! We booked massages and were able to experience the rest of the spa for the day. It was amazing! So peaceful!

The Spa at the Woods in Killington, Vermont is a gorgeous, tranquil, welcoming retreat with lovely pool, hot tub, sauna, and eucalyptus scented steam room. Workout room, massage and other therapies upon request, facial and cosmetic experts as well. I am greatly enjoying the Qigong class too. Several other classes are offered. Wish I’d joined years ago! *****+++! 💓💓💓

Nice place to spend a few hours and use the jacuzzi / pool. Had a massage there which gives access to the facilities afterwards. The place is very clean, they provide a robe with flip flops and a towel. The massage was decent, nothing to write home about though. The gym has all the equipment one needs for a quick workout but many of them lacked that metal insert for weight selection (and the equipment is a bit dated). My favorite part was the jacuzzi / pool area especially when there’s snow outside as you can see it through the glass.

The Spa at the Woods offers the most tranquil environment in which to relax and rejuvenate. I have tried many of the different types of massages available (bamboo, hot stones, Swedish, aromatherapy, etc.), provided by their skilled therapists and each one has been a unique, deeply relaxing and soothing experience. My husband enjoys the workout facilities and the pool and sauna. The Spa at the Woods has become a special place where we can escape to when we visit Killington. Let the cares of your day be washed away at the Spa at the Woods.

We had a very nice experience for the first half of the day. But literally all the kids there were using the hot tub because the pool is very cold. At one point the WELCOMING HOST came in storming, yelling at everyone to get away from the tub, then to make her point across stood there with arms on the waist like a toddler. Which was a very weird and unwelcoming experience. Needless to say we all packed and left shortly after.

The place was very cute and quiet. Veronica was amazing, you could tell she knew what she was doing. I never told her about my back and she knew it as soon as she started to massage me and concentrated on that part for a while. She did a great job and I def would be back. They have a cute pool and hot tube area as well.

Please be aware that kids are not allowed in the hot tub here, only the pool (which is fairly cold). Quite annoying that after a day of skiing families can’t enjoy a hot tub.

We have stayed at The Woods Spa and Resort many times over the years and we have always enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the spa. However, this vacation at “The Woods” has been even more enjoyable because of Paula, the Spa Manager. Paula is exceptionally thorough, thoughtful, caring, responsive, professional and highly knowledgeable. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect for everyone. That is no easy task in today’s demanding culture.Paula’s employees are a reflection of her and her leadership because they are all excellent too. Just like Paula, they are welcoming and friendly, while also being professional and knowledgeable. We really appreciate Paula, Linda, Angela and Nikki. Their friendliness and attention to detail is greatly appreciated. We look forward to visiting again, as soon as possible, mainly because they are such a joy to be around.

Had an amazing massage here, great therapist. The rest of the spa is quite outdated however. Very old showers and locker rooms. Trash cans used as the hampers. It was clean, just really outdated. There also is really no where to sit that is quiet and cozy to relax after and read. The treatment areas only have a few chairs and people were talking and workers were cleaning and talking amongst themselves in the area. The pool area is clean and warm. Only four lounge chairs and they were all had used towels on them. The sauna is mixed gendered, it’s attached to the pool area and the wood inside is plastered with carved in names/graffiti.I had a pleasant massage experience and the staff were also very nice and accommodating, but was disappointed by the rest of the amenities overall.

Everyone was friendly, the person that did my facial talked my ear off, no complaint from me but my friend was 6 wks pregnant & they wouldn’t let her do a massage but made her pay full price which I think is ridiculous. No signs or disclaimers before hand, just said she can’t get a massage & can’t get a refund.

I came with my friend for a birthday getaway. The actual massages that we each received were great. However, the facility, and specifically the womens locker room were less than desirable. There was a very limited amount of toiletries in the locker room area, example - no shower caps, hair combs, mouthwash, etc. The showers are in need of an upgrade, and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers that were attached to the wall of the shower were drug store quality. We were each given one towel and a robe upon arrival, and we were given a second towel when we asked for it. When I asked for a third towel (I wanted to shower pre- massage, use the pool + steam room after the massage and then take another shower), the receptionist was not friendly and told me it would be an additional fee for more towels (she did not end up charging me, but there was no mention of this fee when I checked in). I have been to many spas in all different locations, and I have never been told that there is a limit of towels per guest. The pool, steam room and sauna were all very relaxing, however, the less than desirable womens locker room did not enhance the day. The music in the spa was instrumental upbeat guitar style music, rather than the typical spa music. If you are looking for a luxurious, relaxing spa day, this is not the place.

I attended a private spa party at The Spa in the Woods. The facilities are clean and spacious and would be perfect for regular appointments or a visit while in town to ski. Charlene is a master aesthetician who shared so much knowledge and advice about skin care. We had a pleasant conversation during my thoughtfully designed facial. I would return in a heartbeat! Thank you.

A group of 7 of us spent most of the day at Spa at the Woods celebrating a 40th birthday! Their pool is gorgeous, hot tubs, steam room, and sauna were just what we needed! I got a massage, and it was wonderful! Friends raved about their facials and how their esthetician was very knowledgeable. Will definitely go back!

Absurdly expensive day-passes for a vintage locker-room, a pool with comically few chairs (of which staff are comically protective), and the slightly supercilious judginess of a distant older relative. The posh-exclusive attitudes and NYC prices made for an odd combo with weird rules (kids are allowed, just not in the hot tub, not even fingers or toes), a minimalist setup (no suit-drying spinners, few locker room products), and showers from the Rockefeller era. The pool is lovely, though, and its something to do if youre not skiing and can dissociate when you sign the credit card slip.

I took my sister here for a birthday gift and the entire staff was delightful. The amenities of the hot tub, sauna, and pool were an added plus - were well maintained. We both got an excellent massages suited to our preferences. I highly recommend spending some time here if you are in the Killington area. Our time here was just what we needed after the last year and a half. Thank you for treating us so well.

My girlfriends and I went here on a ski trip to Killington to enjoy and relax. We each booked a 50 minute massage and planned to enjoy the pool/ hot tub and sauna as well. It was by far the most disappointing spa experience all three of us have ever experienced. Our massage therapists were all different, and none of them were deep tissue as requested. It seemed as though they may have been new graduates, as the massage therapists were so lovely but their techniques were lacking in flow and deep pressure work. However, that could have been completely over looked if we had had a better experience with the front desk woman. She was extremely rude, aggressive and frankly made the entire energy very stressful. She consistently made rude passive aggressive comments that made all of us feel unwelcomed and rushed. We will not be returning on our yearly ski trips and will look elsewhere. What an unfortunate way to spend our time and a great deal of money for a disappointing experience.

What a peaceful place. A rainy day forced us off the slopes and to this spa. The location is beautiful, tucked away in a wooded area in a condominium complex. In the same building is the Killington beer company...a fun lively place on the weekend . The spa itself has great therapists and accommodations. Sauna, steam, swimming pool, workout facilities, all you need to spend a lovely afternoon. Strongly recommend.

Visited today for a head to toe indulgence. I highly recommend Charlene as she was very friendly and knowlegible about the services that I received. I was impressed with my massage and facial and rate Charlene 5 stars. However my nail technician made my experience at the end very disappointing. After spending 6 hours at this spa I left mad and humiliated by my nail technician. Several times she told me to pull my mask over my nose as it was sliding down during my Medicare and pedicure. It is hard to adjust your mask when your nails are wet. Then we I went to leave I was several feet from her when I was going out the door and she said loud voice that it was Vermont law to have mask on at,all times. I have COPD and was having trouble breathing. Moral to the story dont use their nail technician if you dont like the repetitive covid police. She ruined my day at the spa that was very costly and I was so looking forward to this day. The girl at the front desk was excellent and so great when she answered all my questions before I arrived at the spa. What was to be an amazing pampered princess day at the spa ended in tears and I wish I never went as that one bad apple ruined my day . After I left I called back and told the front desk to take my generous tip to the nail technician and gve it to Charlene as she deserves it. Of course i tipped both parties first as this is usual procedure before nails are painted and i realize the covid police didnt start to bully me to after the tip was payed. If your so scared of covid guit or hire an assistant to hover over your client to adjust their mask if it slips off their nose just saying.

Decent for the price but nothing to brag about. Was disappointed because no one told me when reserving that I could use the pool, would have been nice to know that was included. My masseuse was very kind and gave good advice. Overall good experience.

My experience here was good. Facility is clean. I received a massage which was good though disappointing. I booked my massage for neck and shoulder pain which was expressed to the therapist but felt a lot of time was focused to my glutes and legs. The massage was good for what it was but I would encourage the therapist to listen to what the client wants.
