I’ve been seeing Amy for years. She is kind, professional, and is the all around best! I have recommended her to family and friends. They’ve all been so happy they went to see her. She’s easy to book with and really works so hard to keep her small, local business going! I’d give her 10 stars if I could. Go see her! You won’t regret it.

Amy is the best! Very professional! One of the best massages I’ve ever had. She knew my problem areas also did some cupping to release the stress and the hot stones are amazing. She is a very good!

My wife and I regularly visited Aroma for a few years. We moved out of state, and really miss her massage skills. I was able to switch from chiropractors to Amy, as she cured me of many muscle ailments. Their couples massages are the best! Amy strives to make sure she understands your needs and you will not be disappointed.

Every time I have gotten a massage here it has been wonderful. The perfect combination of relaxing and muscle tension relief.

Coming from out of town I visit Amy and she has always had me relaxed and calmed down from the road. Very happy with the service and friendly people there. I will be back. If you live here it’s a very good place to go.

My husband and I booked an hour long couples massage for our Anniversary. Worst experience we have ever had (and we have had several massages from other places). I will start by saying both ladies were very kind, but they were way too rough. Even after saying a couple different times that a little lighter would be better she continued with very hard pressure. They kept trying to up charge us by continuing to offer other services such as cupping and extended time. They also talked to each other nearly the entire hour, which definitely took away from the relaxing experience. Once we were finished and and told them we were paying with a card we felt very pressured by how much we were tipping them. To top it off, I ended up breaking out in a terrible rash all over my body the next day (apparently from the oils they used) and my husband is still feeling sore a week later from the jabbing she did with her elbow. Definitely not the experience we were anticipating. ☹️

The massage was ok. Not very relaxing. A lot of noise and talking between the workers. That really didn’t upset me it was just not relaxing. When it came time to pay they told me it was more than they posted my massage to be. She said she had to do a deep tissue which I never signed up for and was never told .I know it was just a way for her to charge me more . It was not a misunderstanding I was very clear what type of massage I wanted. Then when I paid she charged a service fee for using a credit card . I did not see that posted anywhere. I was shock when I left . I came home and read the reviews. It really upset me when I saw that this has been an issue before and they don’t care enough to change their behavior. People have left the same reviews and yet they continue to not change.

Best massage I’ve ever had and I have been to almost every spa in the area. I will never go anywhere else. Coco is who you need to go visit! She found every problem area I had! The quality of this massage was better than anyone else. She put 100% effort into every little detail and spent extra time on the sore spots. She was so good she could find my problem areas with out me even telling her. Can’t wait to go back!

Its was good and relaxing until the 2nd lady came in and suggested to join the massage. I was cool with it thinking 4 hands better than 2. However 2nd lady only massaged legs whole time. 1st lady wanted to concentrate on back. Even though I repeatedly asked to focus on my neck and shoulders the most painful. Then the conversation between the 2 in their negative language was loud and disturbing. I was unable to relax at all. With a bill that came to $240 they constantly asked me to give more and more for a tip. When I didnt agree to a tip there were more begging to do so. When I asked for a receipt they were hesitant I only did so they couldnt charge my card more after I left.As a truck driver I get a massage at least once a week this was by far the worst experience.

Coco is very nice and does a great job however it wasn’t a very relaxing atmosphere. The coffee shop next door is very loud and you can hear everything through the walls. She kept answering the phone during my massage and wanted to keep adding things on to my massage so it would cost more. When I paid she basically told me how much tip she wanted! Thought that was rude!

Actually scary how bad my WHOLE experience was!Must read!I have been a massage therapist for 18years. My shoulder has been bothering me. All CoCo did was lean on me on “pressure points” with her elbow until I finally said I would like to be done please. She said what’s wrong that to much for you? You want me to use my hands? So she talked me into staying by starting to rub with her hands. She then talked me into cupping after I had said no thank you many many times. She NEVER turned me over. I stayed face down the whole time. She left the cups on way to long. I now have serious swollen painful cupping marks on me neck. I spent the whole night icing my neck. I have had cupping done to me a million times. Good and bad I have NEVER had painful swollen marks left on me. I have never been hurt from cupping until now. Coco was extremely unprofessional. I am so disappointed. I am actually really hurting I hope I can find a way to post pictures of just my neck. I would be very surprised if Coco has a state license. I’m seriously considering contacting the state. I have never even complained before about a massage service but then again I have never been left with painful swollen marks on my neck from someone who clearly did not know what she was doing. I literally work with a Chiropractor who does cupping to me on a regular basis in the same areas. I am NOT uneducated on the technique. I am 100% sure Coco does not know what she is doing. I have been multiple times to Amy and NEVER left hurt or unsatisfied. This was my first and LAST massage by Coco, she doesn’t listen to the words NO or STOP. Not to mention I even still tipped her a small 10$ tip because I was unhappy, but she did do the massage and she had the nerve to yell at me as I was walking out THATS IT?!? I am sooooooo mad I will be contacting the state boards. And I will never be going back again even though Amy does a good job. Amy has also done cupping to me and I had no issues. Scary!

Really nice massage from Amy...she found all of my sore spots.Very satisfied with this place for being more than a typical Chinese foot parlor. Amy understood that I was there for pain management and gave a wonderful therapeutic massage.I will absolutely be back...hopefully soon! For guests who might be unaware, a big chunk of the masseuse’s earnings are based on tips so keep them in mind!

Amy is very good. I have upper back / shoulder issues. She listens to pressure comments I make; softer / harder / slower. Her pressure is medium, if I do not comment - the sore muscles feel much better after a session. I can relax here. I always make an appointment or call ahead.

Massage was decent, and I was able to get in same-day, which is appreciated - but my issue is with the payment process. I offered a greater than 20% tip but was essentially told that wasnt enough and they would be adding an additional $5 in tip (despite my questions and polite objections). Very unprofessional.Will definitely not be returning.

I booked a 4pm 60 minute deep tissue at around 230 this afternoon. I just walked out and that is the best massage Ive ever had. She was so nice and sweet and I loved every minute. Ill definitely be back!

We came here on a whim, the only place that could accommodate a couple massage with such little notice. Man were we both pleasantly surprised! The ladies did such an amazing job, customizing to how we were feeling with the pressure and such. They were so kind. You can be sure that we will be going back again!

That was the best massage I’ve ever had. Me and my fiancé decided last minute that we wanted to get a couples massage for our anniversary. They were able to get us in that day and it was fantastic! Way better than the massage I get elsewhere for the same price, would definitely recommend

Ive been to Aroma Message twice, and have experienced a message from both of the women. From my experience these are the pros and cons of Aroma Message -Pros:* If you enjoy a deep message (like I do) you will love their messages. Absolutely wonderful! I did not experience any bruising or rashes like other people have mentioned.* You can tell that they take great care to make sure everything is clean and sanitized. Its very clean, which I love!* Both the message therapists are very kind and sweet.Cons:* The ladies do a sales tactic during your message, trying to get you to do add-ons in the middle of your message - the approach is pushy and makes me uncomfortable, since I am try to enjoy my message.* During the message, the ladies will talk to each other, which I do not feel is professional - it ruins the relaxation setting of the message.* This is a little thing, but if paying with card you will be charged $5 - so you might want to come ready with cash.In the end, even though they give a great message I will not be returning because they made me feel uncomfortable by being pushy with trying to get me to do add-ons; as well as, talking and ruining the relaxation atmosphere. I wish they would let their messages speak for themselves, because they are wonderful. But the cons out weigh the pros for me.

The hidden gem of Liberty! Not only did I walk in on a Friday and get a massage with cupping therapy, but I received THE BEST massage of my life from Amy. Would highly recommend to anyone

Massage was good. I told the lady that my job will pay me back for my massage and all I needed on the receipt was her license number. She was offended and said oh my god! No, no , no. I then showed her our official letter head of my employer of the requirements. She said no and then said she didnt speak english. So now im out money for this month. It was also a little unprofessional when she was speaking to her coworker on the outside of the curtain while I was getting my massage.

I was looking for a last minute massage due to back pain. I was a little apprehensive about going here because of the lack of reviews and walk in availability. I’ve had several massages everywhere from private contractors, chains, high end resorts and cruise ships. This was one of the best I’ve had. Angela was excellent. I’m just in KC for work but will be going back before I leave.

I wouldnt go back. I asked about 4 times for them to massagey neck and legs. They kept massaging my back. Then the lady answered the phone almost 15 times. I am not exaggerating. She said she was sorry and it was her boss. You would think her boss would understand if she has a customer to stop freaking calling. Waste of money and time.

Have received many massages from aroma massage and many other places from across the state of Missouri. I must say that for foot massage, deep tissue massage and full body massage they are the best at providing traditional Chinese massages. Have never felt so relaxed after a massage. I wish to compliment all employees for providing such good service.

This shop has a new owner, give it a try! It is a very nice, clean well kept place and Ive had very good massages there. Very relaxing environment with none of the funny business that goes on elsewhere. Very friendly staff. Good safe location back off the main road. Easy to find and well worth it. Prices good. I very much recommend them if you want a good professional massage.

My husband and I were unable to make our massage due to being in an accident on the way there. We were in the middle of talking with a deputy and insurance so we were unable to call immediately. I happened to look at my text messages finally when I was going to call to apologize and offer money since they were missing out on so much and was astonished at the text messages I had received by the manager. Then when I had called to explain our circumstances and to apologize she just kept saying “if you didnt want to come just cancel.” Extreme lack of empathy and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I understood their losses which is why I was feeling obligated to compensate even though it was an unforeseen accident. Will never recommend here after this.

Friendly, hot stones were the best part. Some are a bit too rough and the body massage is definitely better than a foot one there. Nice rooms sharable with a freind or partner.

Massage was very good. Amy knows how to help with pain. I have seen her on several occasions. Sometimes I want to relax and remove the stress. Amy has put me to sleep on the table. Very good massage every time!!

Massage was very good, but my masseuse seemed offended with my $25 tip for a $90 - 90 minute massage (27.8%). This was my second visit. Guess Ill look for a place with a better attitude.

On the upside they were able to accommodate me on short notice. Very unprofessional though. Answering phone, leaving to talk to walk-ins, talking to other masseuse, and offended by a nice sized tip-even though it wasnt the greatest experience. Will not be returning.

Great massage and super friendly staff, but its a very get in and get out type of thing. If you just want a massage on short notice then this is your place. If you want the full comfortable experience then go to an appointment place.

I booked an online appt for 6:30pm. I showed up 10 minutes early and the place was closed!? Sign says open until 10pm and walk ins welcome. What an unprofessional place! No sign, no email and no phone call. I tried calling and no answer, and I know it forwarded to a cell phone voicemail. The neighboring business even said they come and go sometimes.I waited until 6:45 and still no one showed. I was in pain and needed relief. Looks like Serinity on the Square will be getting my business from here on out. Would leave a no star of I could.

Great massage and service! Joanna is great, she helps me do deep tissue on my fully raised shoulder, and l remaining reduces pain and significantly improves mobility, highly recommended here

Didnt listen. Upcharge for services and they do not explain what will happen during said service. I am left with bruises and what feels like a sunburn. Probably not a licensed professional. Wont be back.

Do not bother!! We scheduled an appointment weeks out, arrived and they had no appointment and couldn’t help us. Total disaster!! The lady at the front was a mess. They offered us bottled water instead of massages!!??

A random walk-in, Ella took me right in. The first hour was so good I stayed for a second. Excellent service by an excellent woman. Definitely will be back
