Went in looking for something specific and ended up being shown there was a much easier way to do what I wanted to do. Farmer Sam completely understood where I was coming from and knew just the right product for me. Yasmin answered the phone when I originally called, her product knowledge is on point and she communicates well. Dunno the other girls name but shes friendly and pleasant. This is one helluva crew and they know how to take care of their customers. 💯👍😎

I love this place. Great selection and diversity of products. The employees are great and remember what I need without me having to say. They are always welcoming, smiling, and hospitable. Sam the farmer is a great dude. Hes a good fit for the shop just wants to serve the customer.

This place is freaking great, as far as vape shops go. Maybe its because Im from a tiny, rural town in KS, but they have EVERYTHING. And the $5 table has some pretty decent finds. I mean, yeah, the juices have been opened half the time, or theyre not 100% full, or probably expire in like 1 week, but its $5, who cares?! The girls who work there are all super sweet, although, I have to say, I have had my concerns about their...wellbeing...well say...from time to time. Haha. And their general lack of full pieces of clothing in the middle of winter. But hey, if youve got it like that, girl, flaunt it, cuz it aint gonna look like that forever! 😂 Anyway, superb vape shop. I cant think of a single time Ive gone in there looking for something specific and they didnt have it. Im a huge cat lady, too, so Im totally tempted to check out the cat cafe next door, too. All good things to say about this place. They offered me a bottle of water once. What kinda vape shop does that?? So nice! 100% will be back here! All 3 pics are finds from the $5 table. Not one bottle was a miss for me!

Sai the owner runs the business well and is considerate of everyone, while helpful others, like Mikaela and Jeanneah, are quick to fulfill any request they can help you with! Just as bad as the worst smoke shops I have been to. your better off going to the fle market everything is low prices and some of the glass is quality. But at this shop they have low quality China glass some have painted on color that chips and painted glass is not good for your health at all your better off getting nicotine from DHGATE and your glass from uzzi_glass on IG please dont waste your time or money here

Staff is really nice. Their glass is SO overpriced. Found the same factory spoon at the dispo down the street for $10, I paid $30 after tax. Felt pretty disrespected, shopped here for 5+ years and thats how they do me. Dont buy glass here, go to dispensary and get my wraps at the gas station from now on.

Recently went in and was informed, after picking something up to take a closer look, that customers aren’t allowed to handle the pieces.Not a big deal, but at the same time, if you put the signs below knee level, I’m not going to pay attention.When I was finally shown a piece that I was interested in, I pointed out that it was cracked, and the employees proceed to tell me it wasn’t, but also, handed me another identical piece, that wasn’t cracked.I purchased a piece that was painted, and not actually colored glass, and now the paint is peeling off.Cheap products, poor customer relations, bad location, can’t look at the product close enough in order to tell if it’s worth the doubled price, as I could easily get the same piece off the internet for cheaper.Which is what I will be doing in the future.This location is absolute balls.

The staff was super helpful when we arrived. We purchased a Dr. Dabber Switch, sadly when we got home the glass was broken. We called them, they helped us get the glass replaced. The store has just about everything! Super clean and the staff was fantastic! Highly recommend a visit if you need a new piece!

I had a really great experience here, the manager went absolutely above and beyond to help me find what I needed to consume my medication. I have been in here 3 times and each time all the staff was extremely helpful, seriously some phenomenal customer service! The drive to this store is worth it. This store is cheaper and the product last longer. I wish I knew the pretty girls name that always helps me. She has long dark hair and dresses sassy in black. Shes knowledgeable, patient, and always remembers me and what I want. I make a long drive all the way from 72nd and Paseo just so I can come see her because she treats me like a princess. Customer service DOES matter, and Ill be loyal to this store because of the awesome young people that run this place. As an older woman, I am so impressed. Keep up the great work.

Always hate the vapes I get from here, it’s like they buy them at a discounted price due to manufacturing issues and then sell them for twice the price. Last night I bought a THC-O disposable and an Elf Bar, my first total was $45. Dude looked at me, said “oh wait” and then my total turned to $75. I didn’t even question it at the time as I was in a rush, also didn’t get a receipt. But I’m positive those two disposables don’t cost $75. I believe they make up prices as they go and their product is untrustworthy. Save your time and your money, go to Vapor Maven right up the street. Located behind Mi Hacienda

I went in this shop today and needed to get some things and drew was the young man that helped me . I had some questions about things and he was very knowledgeable about the products sold there, I am a disabled veteran and also have a traumatic brain injury so my memory isn’t the best and had to ask him questions multiple times . I tell you what every business needs somebody like DREW !! He was very patient, kind , helpful and it honestly was a friendly environment ! I wasn’t expecting that . Got what I needed even tho I was far away from Arizona the guys were sweet, nice, fast and knowledgeable and had great upselling skills. I just moved to Kansas from AZ and even tho I had to travel two hours to get there the drive was worth it to get what I needed at a great price also had a huge selection and parts for my seahorse lookah Dabbing rig. The first few times they seemed very helpful , apparently that was because I didn’t really need any help. I went in there today thinking I’m gonna spend some money on a new dab rig -something I would have liked some assistance with- but instead I watched them look right past me as two or three other customers walk in that they rushed to help..I slowly wandered around the store thinking someone would ask if they could help-instead, fortunately, unfortunately I left with only the $800 in cash I had brought with me and the desire for a new rig!

Way overpriced on everything. Literally 100% the cost of if you go online. This place does have a lot of cool items but owners pushy If your timid dont go in there youll walk out with something that you dont really want. Or just be confident in what your looking for go in there and they Will haggle the prices with you, they are flexible I repeat they will give you a discount if asked. I bought an item it was 69.99 and I said man thats sixty bucks and the cashier was like I could make it sixty for ya no problem.

This guy sold a broken $80 piece. And will not Exchange it. I never used should of checked it but I trusted the employee and just wasted $80. I went in to purchase a vape pen and was told that they price match their items so they have the lowest price. Well dont be fooled I bought an $70 vape pen I could buy on line for $35. I called the store back to see what they would do and was told they never price match anything and that I was given the wrong information but theres nothing they can do for me. I will not be coming back to the store and I definitely recommend you do your own research dont listen to the people running the store obviously all they care about is money

I get my vapes here every week. Ive been coming here about 3 years now and theyre awesome. The staff is nice and they have anything you could possibly need for smoking or vaping and lots more!

Sold me expired vape juice. Bought 2 bottles both expired over 2 years ago. Sold me a 30$ vape for 60$. I didn’t even bother to call or return it because the other reviews state they don’t exchange items.

Really overpriced for starters, and after shelling out top dollar for a grinder it breaks in less than a week. waterbedsandthings is way better, I will be shopping online from here out. Avoid this place if you dont like to get ripped off.

I came into the store to purchase a vape pen recently and was told to keep the box that it came in in case there was any problems. The pen has had issues since I bought it And thought that it was possibly the cartridges that you fill the liquid in but that didnt change how it was working only half the time. I actually love it when it does work correctly so when having these problems decided to go up and purchase a second one. The 2nd one I purchased has worked absolutely fine but when i took the 1st 1 backup in the Box like i was told, They proceeded to tell me that it was working fine at that point and there was nothing that they could do. Now I have to hold the pen And the cartridge when using it half the time in order for me to be able to use it. I used to refer everyone to this shop and I actually purchase something from them at least 5 times a month. After todays visit I will no longer be shopping there due to not standing behind their policy. I understand that it works here and there but I didnt pay for something to only work half time amd to be told nothing can be done for me except lose out on the money seems like they dont stand behind what they tell their customers. I will take my money elsewhere and would recommend not shopping here!

This place is seriously such a rip off it’s worthy of a 1 star review. You literally pay twice the retail value and they don’t stand behind any of their products. They’ll just wish you luck and direct you to the manufacturer.

As soon as I got there, i explained to a guy named Tim what it was i needed help with. He was able to give me some information i didn’t know before which really narrowed down what i was looking for. All around was super nice and helpful.

Over priced. I bought batteries there and they charged me $20. I get home. The sticker on them is $16.50! My buddy went in there to get a vape band, charged him $5! It’s like they just make up their own prices based on who you are.

Just bought a $80 piece got home and was broken in the packaging called to see if I can get a replacement had to be put on hold a few times for them to just blame me and not want to help. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a happy rock but will not be ever coming back.

Great variety, good products, wide array of tobacco products. Only place I can get fresh clove cigars that havent been living on the shelf for 2 years. The salesmen do push a bit much and need to chill it on the upsell cuz if i am there i know what Im buying and I am there for convenience. Everything else is usually online purchases...buuuuut they are fun to talk to.

Asked for water soluble CBD oil and the guy straight up lied to my face and sold me Hemp Oil with ZERO CBD in it.People who are not familiar with these products need to be educated and not lied to. We trust the employees to give us the proper feedback and recommendations. I will never be back.Do your own research, dont trust these part time employees.

I have been going to the Liberty location since it opened and have spent a fair amount of money here. My experiences have almost always been above standard until last week when I went to buy Mango Juul pods. Because they are so hard to get, management or the owners decided to double the price from $15 to $30 for the 4 pack Mango pods! To me thats stealing from your customer, especially when I can get them direct from Juul for $15. Another small business pushing its customers to online retail.I do not like to shop online but when I KNOW Im being taken advantage of, how can I NOT order online? Big difference between supply and demand and price gouging. It hurts a little bit to be honest. Good bye and Good Luck Happy Rock.

Every time I go in I spend more money than I thought I was going to. It’s because the guy working (cole) is a great sales man and convinces me to buy, but every product I’ve ever bought here has been an amazing purchase.

Best selection of juice, vapes, and glass pieces in the area!!! That man Tim helped out so much with everything I needed and I highly recommend coming here and working with Tim!

HUGELY OVER PRICED! Normal, everyday pipes you can get online for $10 are being sold for $30 at the cheapest. All of their bubblers and rigs are $180 or over. Dont come to this shop unless you have a lot of money to spend. We drove 25 minutes to get here because its the only smoke shop around and it was very disappointed. Not a very good selection for price.

Great place and great selection, but the owner was very pushy, ended up spending way more than I should have because he kept pushing and Im kind of a timid guy, just be prepared to be be stalked and not left alone until you spend money,and even then hes gonna try and upsell you... Just be careful

Severly overpriced if you want something small. They dont have prices listed on small items (chillums, stems, bangers, vape coils, etc). Each item I have bought was over double the retail price that I could find online. Especially kratom products. I hope a competing headshop makes it to Liberty soon.

Got a torch there, was told it would work with other brands butane as long as I cleared out the previous. Now I have a 30$ torch that doesnt work with any brands fuel.

I come in store all the time Vinny has helped me out several time and have lead me in the right direction for my needs

Im afraid I wont be back until after covid gets under control. Zero face masks by employees, zero social distancing; customers crowded into a small space without masks on also. No signage about masks or the public health order. Felt like they didnt care about their customers, or employees.

Most legit smoke shop in liberty! Their vape section is on point. Impressive selection of glass and a very spacious shop. Staff is also very professional.

This place is expensive a lot of the glass is low quality and high priced. decent head shop. still buy from here on occasion.
