So I had a horrible day and needed coils but didnt want to stop. But I did anyways. Pamela, one of my favorite beings, was working there. She said she had a surprise for me and I was slightly confused. Then she came out with a juice that I requested a couple of weeks ago! I was so shocked! It made my day from bad to good! She is so awesome and the service is amazing! This was my surprise, yogi apple cinnamon granola!4/21/24Came in for a new device! Talked to the manager a couple times before and they offered me a discount. Told them and they honored it🥰 this is the best place! I love the service and company they provide! This store has been great for years, but here recently I have been given the wrong juice atleast 6 times in a row. Ive been given the freeze version and have to make a second trip to the store. The location is inconvenient for me so having to turn around in a matter of hours or the next day to get the correct juice is irritating. I just drove all the way back up there and they were closed. Thats my fault, I shouldve checked what time they close with it being Sunday, but I am FUMING. I trust that they know what they are doing and have been let down so many times. The packaging is so similar that I dont realize its the wrong juice until I have opened it and filled up my vape. Double check your stuff before leaving, if this happens again I am going to go elsewhere. Accidents happen, but atleast 6 times in a row? Not worth my time and money.UPDATE: they would not fix their mistake. The Vapor Room had my juice and didnt give me the wrong one when I asked for juice head in peach pear. They have my business from now on. Vapor supply needs to get it together. Its not my responsibility to check if I have the correct juice when I told them exactly which one. Ive even told them not menthol before and they still gave me menthol.

I came to this shop in 2015 trying to find a vape to help me quit smoking the first time I walked in and bought the Lil starter vape and the liquid for it I started with the strength that was suggested but I kept smoking so I came back up here about 2 weeks later and I spoke with Terry and he suggested a Lil stronger strength so bought and a more advanced vape and with in 2 months I quit smoking and vaping and that was almost 9 years ago... and I still am not smoking....

I’ve been going here for 6+ Yrs now. I like the fact that they will help you find a mod that fits well for your needs. They don’t just try to sell you the most expensive one to make money. They care about their customers and making sure they have a good experience. This is the only place in this area to get house blend juices, which personally I prefer. Over the years I’ve come to know the staff and would definitely say they are all wonderful people who go out of their way to give everyone a great experience while shopping here! I always recommend them to everyone for quality service and products!

Their thc vape pens are the worst Ive seen and expensive to boot. I hope they invest in some Puff Pastry thc vape pens by Not Your Bakery because theyre cheaper, never clog, and are stronger. 2 grams will last me 2 1/2 weeks no joke. Tasty flavors. Zaza is my personal 2nd fave but theyre closer to $45 instead of $38. Their house kratom is a lil cheaper and you can get more for your buck. The staff are cool and theyll work with you. I felt pretty ripped off with the vape pens or this review would have more stars. I still encourage people come here because their other products may be better, I just dont use those.

I am a regular customer at Lufkin Vapor Supply and I have to say it is without a doubt my favorite place in Lufkin. Staff there is absolutely amazing very helpful, extremely knowledgeable about their product when I walk through the doors it feels like a family atmosphere they automatically know what I want and most of the time have it ready for me before I get to the counter. Theres one specific employee there Ive never got a chance to get her name but I deal with her often and she is the reason I keep coming back she is an A+ employee an amazing customer service. I go there just about every other day to buy kratom green Hulu theyre always in stock and Im in and out very quickly and also have a very wide variety of supplies at a great price.

Actually a great place, the employees are entertaining and always in a good mood, they are ripe and ready to help you, there is rarly enough costumers at 1 time so you always have a employe ready to speak to you very quickly. Good product over all, some Items are a bit high priced but its local and unlike the city there is only few vape shops in the area especially some of the products are not everywhere, usaly good brands, but some I will say are from companies with in-house lab testing, witch can be a problem but thats understandable and they have brands that do so you can always but the more trusted options, high price but thats understandable. The glass product are mostly cheap, but also well priced and the employees know glass quality products in house and higher prices, they have a selection of most products witch is a plus. Over all if your looking for a good vape store and more you will find your self quite satisfied for being local and well stocked, with chill employees.

Good selection, and always one or two friendly and helpful staff members. But there are sometimes extra staff, who are less than helpful. Something about the nervous and fidgety, puffy eyed salesmen junkies turn me off about this place.

Recently stopped while I was in town to get some delta 8 from here and lemme tell you: the prices on their products were absolutely absurd. Charging $50-$70 for a DISPOSABLE vape pen with less than a gram of delta 8 in it. And on top of it there are a couple employees whos sales tactics are ridiculous enough to laugh at. I do not suggest going here unless you feel like getting hustled and highway-robbed.Edit: The owner now claims they dont carry the products and claims I have the wrong business. This is 100% false. The stuff wasnt even hidden in the back room that you have to ask to see where you keep the other STUFF. In fact, it was directly next to the register in the display case and if its not there now its because youve moved it. Thank you.

This is by far the best vapor shop in Lufkin Texas/tobacco pipe shop. They have so many flavors that you cant even begin to count them all my favorite flavor is bunny milk if you go there I recommend that favor. The guy that owns it I dont know his name but he is by far the nicest guy that I have met owning a business as far as little businesses go he aint youngsters/ 18 and older as youngsters. To quit smoking which is a good thing

Good selection of devices and juices. Staff was somewhat helpful. Pointed me to some delicious juices.Prices are the highest Ive seen anywhere in the country. Literally. Im a trucker, so Ive been to at least one shop in most states, and this one has incredibly high prices. The same juice I have bought many times for $20 is $30 or $40 for a 60ml. (cant recall the price)About half of their mods and tanks are Smok products (which is a terrible company that makes terrible products) and when I asked if some of the Smok mods were know to have any issues they said Nope! Great mods! which is not true, and they know it isnt true. I have no issue with a shop selling Smok products, but I have a huge issue with them not telling customers that they arent good products.Most of the staff is also stoned and cant seem to follow a conversation with customers due to talking to all their buddies hanging out in the shop and not buying anything.Will not be returning next time Im in town.

Only go in if Im in a bind usually. Only negative I have to say is they must be super proud of thier in house juices way to expensive if you ask me and top shelf ejuice thier easily doubling thier money. Only other negative is I feel rushed when I go in. Just back up and let me look around at the badass inventory they got quit following me around the counter its annoying and makes me wanna hurry up and get what I came for. My 2cents

These people do not care how much money you spend there or how often you do business with them. They will not exchange or refund for defective products and they will tell you whatever they think you want to hear in order to sell you something. Information they provide is unreliable and varies depending on whom you speak with. Customer Service is a joke. They only care for the moment you are spending your money.

WHAT? I CANT GIVE 0 STARS?I cant believe all of the good reviews on this place! They are way overpriced on their juice by 100%. I buy juice from all over as I travel for my job. Lately Ive been working in this area and went into the store to by 30 mil juice, store brand. I expected to pay what every other vape shop Ive bought at charges, around $10. The charges were $19.99 plus tax. When I said WOW, why so much? They said that Its because there arent many shops in this area, where you from? I said Dallas. Oh, thats why, there are a ton of shops in Dallas. I said well Livingston sells theirs for $10 also. They said they also have more shops there. Really? There are the same amount of shops.What they are saying is that because you dont have much of a choice, were going to screw you out of an additional $10.Never Again for me thank you.

I have been going here since they opened a few years ago. I haven’t found another place like it! I travel around East Texas a lot and have tried other shops juice. The best way I can put it is - if you preferred marlboros but had to smoke skydancers.. you just aren’t satisfied until you get that Marlboro. Lufkin Vapors juice is the Marlboro. They have a huge selection of everything and prices are about the same as the other shops I’ve been to. And most of all, nothing beats their helpful, friendly service!

Although these people have competition in lufkin & you would think they’d be willing to do a simple exchange or refund they WON’T! I strongly urge everyone to go over to the Vape Room... much better costumer service plus they have chess in the lobby. I bought some completely flavorless juice from them and when I brought the full bottle back I was told that’s how it goes sometimes by the owner. So I had to just trash it and wasted my money.

I have been coming here for emergency supplies for a couple of years now and the little manager guy STILL treats me like a new vaper. Dude. Seriously? It’s that kind of pretentious bs that is killing brick and mortar stores. And it’s not just him, it’s all the employees. I don’t normally play this card, but you stopped knowing more than I did the day I purchased my first rda. That was well over a year ago. But literally EVERY time I come in here, they act like I’m buying this stuff for the first time. I’ve put up with it for far too long. I’ll make sure order my stuff online in proper advance from now on so I don’t have to give them money ever again.The only thing this place is good for is emergency purchases (like last minute juice or coils or wire. If they even have what you needed), which of course you will take a hit on since the same juice is so much cheaper online, and for new vapers. But that being said, they’ll suggest a Smok product like every other B&M, so honestly just purchase online after researching and learning from ppl on reddit. You’ll learn way more than they can teach you.Edit in response to owner reply:For the record, I’m not talking about safety. OBVIOUSLY I would prefer a store explain all precautions. I’m talking about things like, for example, when I’ve been coming for two years and complain about an older model coil and how it burns up quicker than the newer ones DO NOT IMPLY that I don’t know how to prime a damn coil. Or invalidating my juice choices when I have had PLENTY of experience with using them and do not need you telling me whether or not it will work out. I already know it will, and resent being treated like I don’t know what I’m talking about.Instead of immediately using the first defense for yourself despite my statements having NOTHING to do with what you are defending, maybe stop for a moment and consider that you and your employees may be acting more pretentious than you realize and should look into NOT running off long time customers.

Knowledgeable staff. Friendly. Lots of custom juices. Knew what questions to ask to find me the right vape for my needs. Walked me through the whole vape transition and answered all of my concerns. I even went back the next week and they changed my coil for me.

This was a very clean and inviting shop. The employees were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I will tell everyone I know to go there for all of their tobacco smoking needs.

Went in and got some CBD. Bought CBD there a little under a year ago and it was wonderful. This CBD is good too. I put it in my tank and started feeling relaxed almost instantly. Guy seemed knowledgeable and helped out well. I dont remember his name but good shop.

I purchased 2 vape batteries from here... one completely does not work at all in any way, shape, form, or fashion and the other one I bought supposedly “new” has a chip in it but it works and it’s a smaller battery. I don’t understand how new product is broken and sold and all sales are final. I’m highly disappointed and will never shop here again.

Overpriced.. bought a mod that quit after 2 weeks and when I went online to find the companies repair info and saw that the company was selling the same mod on their site for almost 20 less than what I paid.. I decided their repair window was too long so I went to “the vapor room” and got the same device for $6 less than the website for the company sold them for.. so Lufkin Vapor supply overcharged me $25 (on a device that I learned wasn’t a very good brand) when a store less than a mile away has them for $25 less..
