Best Vape shop in the Lowcountry, hands down. Dont be fooled by its diminutive size, they somehow always have whats needed, and if not, will get it lickety-split! If youre fortunate enough to go there & catch Roxi, youre in for a treat. Hes knowledgeable, expedient & f-u-n!

My favorite shop in all of the greater Charleston area! Always a great experience, and Jen the owner goes above and beyond. Not only can she educate you about every single product in depth, she can also offer expert recommendations based on your wants/needs. Ive never been disappointed even slightly by her and her staff. Its nice giving your business to people who care.

We visited Shem creek vapor while on vacation from Virginia. Jen is very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. She guided us on which products work best depending on our needs. For instance, she helped my husband find something for insomnia. He is feeling so much better now. Our family doctor was unable to help him because my husband is very sensitive to medications. Jen is an excellent source of information and we are thankful for her sharing her knowledge with us. This store has a positive, relaxing atmosphere. We highly recommend Shem creek Vapor!!!

Ive never before written a review of a product or store for Google - but the remarks of the lone detractor here (Nick) are so very different from my experience with Mt Pleasant ECigs at Shem Creek that Im compelled.The staff at the store, starting with its owner/operator Jenn, are in a word delightful. Collectively they are unusually knowledgeable of their product line and always appear genuinely interested in serving the needs of their clientele. Most importantly they are warm, welcoming and personable. Jenn runs the store like a neighborhood coffee shop, making every single customer feel right at home.While I dont have broad experience with vape shops, the stores product line - both hardware and juices - is quite extensive and suitable to meet a wide variety of tastes.I could not recommend Mt Pleasant ECigs at Shem Creek more highly.

Visited for the first time yesterday. Ross behind the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable. Guided me in a totally different direction than I was expecting to go in (and much less expensive as well) in my new journey to being a non-cigarette smoker. Overall very satisfied with my purchase and experience. Will be back and will be recommending to everyone!

I absolutely love Shem Creek Vapor. Honestly its the only place I ever go when I need new juices. The service is phenomenal and the employees allow you to sample juices before you buy. If you shop there multiple times, there is a punch card system and after a certain number of visits you get a discount of half off on a juice of your choice. The atmosphere is very chill, I have found myself hanging out there a few times just to hang after making my purchase.

Decent selection and friendly staff

Ive been a customer at Shem Creek vapor for over a year now and have received nothing but exceptional service. All of the staff are knowledgable and charismatic and I really enjoy my time there. They carry a wide range of juices and mods and they have consistently offered me sound advice when I am making a purchase. Facilities are clean and well organized and have a wonderful home-y feel. If I could give more stars I would, I highly recommend this vape shop to all!

The man is such a kind soul and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the different products they sell. The shop itself is kept up very nicely. Friendly helpful staff that know their products and take the time to explain their offerings to novices and experienced patrons alike. Comfortable store with couches and barstools that make for a relaxed shopping experience. Great selection of vape liquids, equipment, AND a comprehensive selection of CBD products. Prices are very competitive even when compared to online alternatives. Locally owned so supporting the store supports the local community. A+ all around and highly recommended.

Open before any other shop in the area which is great! Otw out of town and had no idea what I wanted. They set me up in a matter of minutes and I was on my way. Great customer service and knowledge. I have gone to this store for all of my vape needs since June 2021! I found it when I moved back to Charleston & havent wanted to go anywhere else! Thank you Jen for helping me find my go-to store by being so kind & sweet!

No stock, no education on products, condescending staff, extremely over-priced. I visited today to get a new set up as I was out of town. I was addressed by staff who had no answers to my questions on the few products they had available. When irritated, the manger/owner asked me where I was from because my attitude was clearly not from the south. I told him where I was from and he responded with I thought so very condescendingly. I paid double for a stick battery compared to my regular vape store in Myrtle. Terrible experience.

They always have what I need which is rare with the supply shortage so many places are experiencing. Love the present staff. I had a bad experience with one of them who stared me down when I didnt tip them and they dont seem to be working there anymore.

Was delighted with the customer service,options, education & good vibes. Everything was priced extremely fair and again a great selection no matter what your looking for. I highly recommend stopping in for any vape products, CBD & glass. Such a great experience!

Wide selection of juices and vapor product,very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I felt very welcome coming here and was not discouraged by my lack of knowledge on vapor products. They made me feel welcome and would definitely recommend for people of all ages.

This is by far my favorite vape shop! The staff rocks prices are lower than a lot of shops in this area! I probably would have never known about this store if their hours of operation were not so great. I was rushing to work one day and did a google search for vape shops near me bc I was completely out and knew there was no way to make it through a whole work day! This store is the only one open that early in the morning anywhere close to me or on the route to my work!! Open on Sundays and 9 am on weekdays really works with my schedule and the fact that I love the juice and the staff topped it off! I rarely write reviews so it says a lot it my book that I felt compelled:)

Its OK, if youre looking for juice with nic give it a shot, if youre looking for no nic youre basically limited to house juice. Their coils, batteries, and hardware are way over priced, like 3 coils for a baby beast cost as much as 5. The staff ranges from uninterested, and inattentive to stellar and an absolute blast to deal with. So service is a crapshoot. Ive had my juice card unpunched multiple times. But if you get the older lady then your set because shes fairly knowledgeable and attentive. As much as I try to support local business I only come here when I have time to kill and wanna try/buy juice.

This is the only place i go for vape supplies. The young lady there is very helpful and knowledgeable. Several times she has recommended something less expensive than what i came in for that suited my needs.

I once was new to this whole vaping thing but through excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff, I fully have quit using smokeless tobacco. Give these guys a try if you like a certain flavor or want to expand your horizons. You will be glad you did!

They have good house liquid, and a great staff, but their stuff is a little pricey compared to the local tricounty market.
