Relax Spa

My husband and I have gone to Niagara Falls two years in a row for vacation. Both years I have gone to Relax Spa for a massage after our long travels. The first time I went, the massage was excellent. I enjoy deep tissue massage and the guy really got in there. The first experience was so great I decided to return back this year.This past year I went and it was a different experience. The gentleman working on me kept coughing and sniffling during the massage. He had no mask on and I just felt very uncomfortable with him coughing on my back and coughing into his hands and proceeding to massage me. About five minutes into the massage I asked him if he was sick. I said I felt very uncomfortable with him coughing on me and into his hands as hes working on me.Him and the other worker began speaking to one another and the woman had come and taken over the massage. I was stressed the entire massage and unfortunately was not a relaxing experience.If anyone is sick or coughing on customers or coughing into their hands and then touching customers to me this is health risk. I am not sure that I would return after this experience.

EXCELLENT service. EVERYONE that works here knows the body well !!! I live in the area. I frequent this spa often. Headed there today for facial (to release sinus/allergy season) pressure. As well as reflexology for wrists and feet. (Gardening season ailments) It’s so wonderful having this spa close by. Please, don’t forget to TIP your servers. 🫶🏼

Deep tissue massages are the only thing besides heat that helps give me relief from some of my pain. They are all trained properly and uniformly and I highly recommend them as you need no appointments and can get in when you need it most at a reasonable price compared to the medical alternatives which I find less effective than how the Vietnamese do in this shop. Great!!!!

My dad LOVED it. Exactly what he needed, he worked as a labor all his life so he has pains here and there. He saidnita the beat massage he got in NY.

I am absolutely addicted!!! Cannot beat the price plus I have severe back pain since botched epidural and nothing ever comes close to the relief from the cupping does leave marks so I won’t be doing it in the summer but still always go n see my favorite girl there Nikki!! Or maybe it’s nichee??

This place was horrible but I was expecting a spa treatment in a mall so I did end up getting up abruptly after 1 min and ending it as I was not going to pay for something I wasn’t going to enjoy

My go to place for deep tissue massage. They really get up in your muscle like no tomorrow. Hurts, but it’s definitely good for you and you feel like a million bucks afterwards. Reasonable prices and usually will get you in right away. Visit usually twice a month and is always a great experience.

I gave two stars because they were kind people, but unfortunately we came here for our Anniversary yesterday hoping to get a relaxing massage and I’m in a lot of pain. I had no pain when I went in and I’m in a lot of pain from the massage. They are not gentle. We had the hot stone massage which we thought would be nice and relaxing and it felt like torture to me. The hot stone part was the only part I enjoyed and she only used them for like 1 min. The rest of the massage just really hurt. I thought she knew what she was doing and that maybe she was working through knots or something but I’m still in a lot of pain and I don’t think that’s normal. My husband had a foot massage by a gentleman and really enjoyed it. The other thing we did not appreciate was that when we got there we told them we wanted the 30 min massage for $40. Then during the massage they said we are doing 10 more mins so it will be $50. Sounds like they do that to get more money out of you, which we thought was very unprofessional. $125 later and I’m in pain for the rest of our vacation. I’m sorry but we won’t be going back there. It wasn’t a good experience overall.

I never leave reviews but this place was 100% worth it! Went with my friend, all the other massage places / day spas were completely booked up. This place was taking last minute walk ins, we both got amazing massages. Their prices are so worth it. Had a great time, will definitely be going back & telling people about the experience!

Just left after having a full body massage. Highly recommend this place for a great massage. The staff really works your muscles to get rid of those knots (and I had a lot of them). I did go to one of the massage chains, hands down go to Relax Spa instead

Awesome deep tissue chair massage, if you like a lighter massage, make sure to tell them. They are great at deep tissue.. hurts so good...

The workers do not smile at all. I asked for a specific service but they indirected me to other service. I said no, I want the specific service. Again, they suggested me to try a different service. I am really disappointed with them. I will not look at them and not touch the UnRelax Spa again!

Wasnt the best masage or enjoyable the one I picked was a 20 minute for 28 dollars I was there on the bed 2 minutes into the masage and was told i needed a 30 minute and stupidly agreed and was left with a bruised back and pain all over the next dayFinal cost £ 50 wouldnt recommend

If you are in need for a full massage or just a quick pick me up massage I highly recommend this location. They do a great job for reasonable prices.

Usually good tho sometimes inconsistent. Staff seem friendly and hard working although there is an unfortunate communication barrier if you are trying to convey that you would like them to focus on an area or to avoid an area. I get a massage almost every time I go to this mall.

Asher and the crew at Relax do an incredible job. Deep tissue, accupressure and reflexology. Prices are very reasonable and they are open 7 days a week.

I love going for a 30 minute foot massage twice a month sometimes more. My feet feel amazing. No more foot pain.

They give really good massage on ur feet only thing I get done..Havent tried body massage yet..But Im sure its good..

Amazing. I was in so much pain when I walked in, by the time I left I was pain free and stayed pain free for a week. This place does great work.
