Either due to changing of rules and laws, or the pandemic which effected everything.If I was you, keep my eyes closely open on this place. Before law changes. They made their own juices, so that in mind. You might be able pickup some pointers . They have a good amount of product but the manager and owner doesnt really know much about her stock nor products to properly provide you with what you need. Gave me inconsistent parts to my module, quoted prices over the phone that were inconsistent in store.

This place is the absolute best. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and chill with customers. You can go in with no idea on what product to buy and the staff there will give you detailed information on any product. They will never try to up sell you and will work within your price range.

These people are so kind, and so helpful. The lady that manages this location is so informative of whats happening in the industry and what to expect in the future, and always helps me get what I need or a substitute recommendation. Definitely recommend!

This is the best store in Niagara Falls. They have the best customer service, and hes very helpful in pretty much every way. He shows you everything you are thinking about buying so you know for sure if you want to buy it or not.

Clean, friendly staff, if you have a question about your device they have the experience or are willing to help you find it out .Right now with the pending litigation, they are asking for the community support in overturning the emergency decree, on top of a buy one get one sale on nearly all related vaping products.

The counter attendant was soooo very very helpful, her name was Jen. Anything you need (420 friendly) is here. Vapes, papers, pipes, bongs, torches, CBD and anything related. Aaron is cool too cause I had a question and called and he seemed very knowledgeable so...They get a 5 from me.

This was the first vapor shop Ive ever been too. As soon as I walked in I felt comfortable and welcome. I talked to the owner and learned a lot of things. He was extremely helpful and more than happy to answer all my questions. They also have some fantastic juice flavors And mods for your e cig. Ill be going there will all my vaping needs

Ran out of juice today and came across niagra mist. Have alot of issues finding a juice i like. Got the apple melon with menthol and its a shame im not from around here. Great customer service

They moved this location, so it’s no longer in the pink building. It’s 1/4 mile or less further down towards Pine. They have the atomizers I use (huge plus) and nice juice flavors.
