I do not vape but my son does . I was with him when he was getting his supplies. He told me the people who own the store are great people and they treat him good. He said they have very reasonable prices and I asked him how he would rate the store. He said 5 star so here it is.

Disappointed with their limited selection! They only sell a few (unheard of) vape brands, and they arent the best quality. The employees are always hotboxing the back room and come out only to do transactions. They dont give off the impression they care about customer service or assisting you in finding the perfect product for you. *Expensive* low quality vapes

Good Guy Vapes is the only shop I go to. Management, the employees, the product selection, you name it, it’s on point. I don’t even have to give my name anymore to pull up my account for rewards. I end up getting several free bottles of Nic salt every year because of the rewards system. I send people here all the time, and you won’t be disappointed with this shop. Guaranteed!

Great customer service. I bought a caliburn pod Vape and within a couple weeks it started self firing but I did not have my receipt. I called ahead and they told me to come in for a replacement. Zero hastle. Very pleased with this shop and its employees

Great location and friendly staff. A LOT of variety of products and theyre very helpful in finding you something youd like. I appreciate the rewards program they have, since I spend a lot of money there, and can end up getting cool free stuff after reaching certain tiers.

Staff can sometimes be hit or miss in terms of customer service depending on who is there at the time, but the vast majority are friendly, will answer any questions, and are patient if you want to try out different flavors. Highly recommended stop for the new or experienced vaper.

Good place to go if you need vape juice right away, otherwise save money and order online. Atmosphere and foggy. The girl there seemed more interested in getting back to hanging with her friends on the couches than helping me. Didnt feel very comfortable.

While on vacation needed new batteries for vapeing. Ended up going to a new system, no complaints price was good & sales clerk understand Im not into bellowing clouds just a smooth vape. I liked the shop most definitely be visiting there web back in the Midwest.

Theyre prices are good...when what you are getting is authentic. Purchased two mini volts from them, one was authentic, and the other was a clone. My sister also got ripped off when she got a twisted messes rda, and it was a clone. Check your stuff before you walk out of that store.

I found Good Guy Vapes online while I was in the Hershey area and looking for a nearby vape shop. I am new to vaping as a recent “former” smoker. I had been to other shops in the past when I had tried to quit smoking and I felt like I was being rushed out and that I was a bother. This was NOT the case with Good Guy!!!! Griff and Gavin were SO awesome and they let me try all kinds of different flavors until I decided on one! I also bought a bigger unit and Griff explained it thoroughly and helped me set it up with my new Naked Yummy Gum flavor! I felt so at ease and never felt pressured to leave or to stop asking questions. I only wish you guys were closer to Harrisburg!!!! A totally amazing experience!!!!

Always a pleasure stopping in. Staff is friendly and informed. They always have good suggestions for new liquids too. A bit pricey, but I rather support small business, especially one like these guys.

Great customer service helped me find a similar item to what I was looking for even though they didnt carry the exact item. Pretty good selection of products, I just have a unique taste in ejuices and I wanted an older brand that was no longer sold at their shop.

The owner needs to drug test these employees! I can’t remember the name of the individual but he was strung out and only seemed to want to get back to his vaping sesh with his friends. I felt like I was interrupting. Half of the staff doesnt have a clue about anything. I’ve went in for coils a few times and was told they didn’t have them, then a different employee found them. The guy who told me were out didn’t even apologize just went back to his vaping session with his friends. This place is highly unprofessional. And if you’re looking for juice better off taking your business elsewhere. They never have anything you are looking for.

I just want to say thank you thank you thank you. To the man from good guys vape that I spoke with over the phone. A week ago I bought a smok al85 model from a different vape store on Paxton st to replace the smok v8 that I had for a year (No problems with it and I was very happy with it but I wanted an upgrade) I went through 4 coils in the matter of a week. Using the same liquid Ive been using and it being a smok product I knew there had to be something wrong with the model itself. The store I bought it from was very rude, I didnt even ask for my money back I just asked them to replace it with a different smok model because this one was obviously not working for me. They refused and was very rude. I spent 80$ and could not afford to spend another 80$ so obviously I was upset. I called good guys to see if they were still open because it was snowing and the man not only listened to my problem but gave me some outstanding advice that worked perfectly. He was so kind and even informed me I was not the only one who has had this complaint about this model. The other store told me I must be doing something wrong. I am so happy with my experience I will now be taking my business to them and I will never go to east cost vapor ever again. I suggest if you want experienced and polite help you do the same. Thank you so much for your help and time and to the man who helped me (Im sorry I didnt not get your name) I hope you make it home safely in the snow and I will see you saturday. Thank you.

New to the vape world, I went in and once they knew I didn’t know what things were about, I was advised on my choices and helped me to select the right equipment for me. Both guys were great and I was extremely happy with my visit. Highly recommend

Purchased a device and supplies to use with it, and it lasted less than a week. $40.00 wasted as far as Im concerned. Went back and tried to resolve the situation on a couple of occasions, and I got no long-term satisfaction. So I have a device that I cant use, ended up getting one elsewhere.

Staff doesnt seem to give a damn if youre there or not. Theyre too busy talking to people lounging and vaping. I felt like I was interrupting their vape session. I almost apologized. Also, prices are a little steep.

Selection is ok. Naked 100 is their core juice brand. Ill stop by when Im in the area, but not a place I would go out of my way for. East Coast Vapors would be a better alternative.

This store is NOT ONLY one of my all time favorite stores, but it is also one of my best stop in and go stores, just to get my coils, glass covers, rechargeable batteries, and a great vape mod. They always introduce you to the store, and welcome you to the store, without any hesitation.

Staff was friendly but wouldn’t really help me at all getting my new coil to work kept trying sold me a bad tank. Low selection high prices don’t have any sort of options on coils will be out of business within a couple years

I was visiting from out of town when my vape died on me; luckily these guys had a great selection and were able to give me exactly what I needed and even gave me some free stickers. Great customer service; thanks very much guys.

Just bought my first vape here ($28 subvod-c kit rose/gold) and absolutely LOVE It! Employee.. (receipt says gavin?) was very friendly and helpful, store was clean and organized, store had a very chill non hipster vibe wich is great! Will definitely be going back for supplies and whatnot. Flavors here are ok but the service was... Awkward? Heard that they kick you out after like 30 minutes if you dont buy anything or something of the sort. Also they didnt have tester tanks, just a vape with a coil and no cotton that you could drop on to.

Excellent vape shop! Geared more towards experienced vapers who run with Rebuildables etc. But they definitely accommodate the newbies with entry-level devices such as pods etc. So whether youre new and trying to quit cigarettes or a seasoned cloud chucker check em out!!

Good Guy Vapes in Palmrya PA was a great exsperance. Good guys Griff,Ian and Gav were very welcoming and very helpful! They are very educated on the information of the vape technology. They would have some late night parties there and their customers would be out in the parking lot revving there engines and screaming. Now they close at 8 on Sunday, I get there 8:03 and the guy wouldn’t sell me a pen.
