I’ll start by saying I will never go anywhere else… been a client for years and years. Illusions offers everything you could ever want in one place. They stay up to date with their knowledge and what’s trendy which I love. Everyone there is so sweet and welcoming and helpful and they make you feel like family while you’re there. A lot of salons are so intimidating but Illusions has never once made me feel that way. I’ve gotten my hair done by multiple stylists and I leave feeling amazing every single time. They always have good deals on different services too so I get try out new services pretty often. If I could give ten stars, I would!

Not only was I nice enough to reschedule because the stylist had a family event she forgot to schedule. She was later than what she said she was going to be, but had the nerve to overcharge. I have thin hair that barely reaches my shoulders. I went in for a style and wash. My hair came out horrible and was charged $60. I shouldnt have tipped when she told me the price with a bad hairdo, but I couldnt just leave without tipping. Be careful who you let style your hair. Worse hairstyle that was extremely overpriced!

Illusions Salon is my one stop shop for nearly 2 years. I would be lost without Jazmin for hair and Karina for facials and waxing. They are skilled and accommodating. Illusions excels in nails and massages too. Grateful to have found my happy place.

First salon I visited since moving to Pasco a week ago. Best customer service experience ever! My nails look amazing and my hair color and cut turned out exactly like I wanted! Illusions is my new 2nd home!! 💅💇🏻‍♀️❤

I had Jazmin as my stylist and she was super sweet & did an amazing job! I’m obsessed with my hair!! She was also super helpful about questions I had about hair dye, so she gave me her number!

The Salon is fine, the stylist I do not recommend. I had the worst experience with Jasmine, I was very specific about the color I did not want…well that’s exactly what I got, along with a bad cut. I called the next day to see she could correct it, but was told she’d have to charge me… are you kidding me!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I went to the Paul Mitchell school to get it fix… did an awesome job!!

They butchered my eyebrows. I cant comprehend how can someone do this to someones eyebrows! Never go there stay away!!!!!!! And the issue was not even resolved

Overall the salon is amazing great staff sweet owner. New to the area & trying to find a new nail salon & tech. Overall nail tech was sweet listened to what I was hoping to achieve took her time & all. But overall NOT happy with how my nails turned out she had to eventually paint white lines on to even the French manicure part out looks horrible some parts being thicker & was told you really cant tell sad part is you can. Unfortunately I wont come back for my nails I was really hoping I found my new nail place

Bonnie did an amazing job on my hair ! It was my first time ever dying my hair and I was super nervous but she made me feel comfortable. She is extremely nice and was easy to talk to. She also cut my hair and ive never had a better hair cut ! After my first visit, I immediately booked my next appointment. Thank you bonnie !

I always get my hair done here with Bonnie, she’s so amazing I’ve gone with her for two years now. My hair has never grown this much until she has cut it or even a trimmed it, it grows so fast and thick! When she dyes my hair it always stays in a healthy condition. I am even more lighter and blonde now, and my hair has never felt better! She always so fun to do my hair with. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair (:

Bonnie is such a great hairstylist ! I had gone to another person that gave my hair a poor hair cut , but Bonnie has given me both times a great haircut ! So edgy and fun! Don’t ever underestimate her job she sure has made my hair look beautiful ! She’s also very sweet and friendly , I have not seen her be rude to anyone around her and all in all that makes the experience that much better :) fast forward one month since I visited her and my hair still has a nice shape and healthy looking.

Alex is so incredibly amazing at doing facials!!! I have problem acne and after 1 session with her, I saw improvement. Ive continued to make more appointments because Im so excited about the progress her facial services have done for me😊 she goes above and beyond and you can tell that she is so passionate and the best at what she does. 💜💜💜!!

Britni is amazing, I absolutely recommend. I’ve been playing with my hair since I left the salon, it’s so soft and it smells so good! It’s obvious why this salon is rated #1 in the Tri, they go above and beyond for their clients!!

Had a great experience with Jazmin. New to the area and trying to find the right person to trust with your hair can be tough. She understood what I wanted, had some creative ideas that gave me the confidence to try something new, and was very pleasant to talk to. She was also not afraid to ask her peers a question to make sure she was on the right track to create the right color. It was a nice trip and I would highly recommend both the salon and Jazmin. Stopped in town for the night and needed a haircut. They got me in with whitney right away and she is amazing! She was nice to talk to and is a talented stylist. The price is reasonable too. If I lived here I would come regularly.

I love Illusions salon and Spa, because every last lady in there is very nice, professional and very very clean. The receptionist are very knowledgeable and helpful. The owner has been there for 23 years and is the nicest person you will ever meet. I love this salon!!

Went in to celebrate my weight loss with a new style and color. I had an idea of what I wanted and it turned out much better than I could have asked for! I saw Bonnie and she helped me pick out the best cut to fit my face shape. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! Everyone is very welcoming and friendly!

Bonnie did an amazing cut ! I haven’t had my hair cut in a year due to two places messing it up and I was too afraid after . I did my research on who I wanted after a family member recommended this place . She listened to what I wanted EXACTLY ! And even some! (Told her I hated the grown out bleach blonde but I love my natural hair color) so she blended the blonde so it wasn’t so blunt growing out and more subtle . I’ll definitely be coming back

Michelle. I think thats how you spell it. She was fabulous. Got foils, wash, cut and style for 85 bucks. With a bonus of great conversation and a great hair dresser. I cannot express how great she was. Everyone from the receptionist, hair dresser and manager was fantastic. Beyond happy with the experience and my new a line. Thank you so much. I will be back.

Its so hard to find a good person to cut hair but Im very happy with Brittney. She always does an amazing job cutting my hair and shes really nice and down to earth. I wont see anyone else now!

I went in for a consultation and they told me to use color oops and come back for highlights. my hair got orange and i went into the salon to get it fixed back to blonde. they dyed my hair brown again and didn’t even do the money pieces i asked for. i then called and asked for a refund and they said their boss will call me back. i never got a refund or a call back.

Janice did my eyebrows and upper lip waxing and she did a really good job! I recommend her. Was my first time going here,and was a bit nervous. But she was really nice, and did a good job :)

Did a body melt service at illusions and I absolutely loved it! the workers were so informative on the service and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. the body melt has reduced weight, cellulite, and imperfections on my body and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

I highly recommend this salon!!! Very good stylists . It is a full service salon. Red light therapy, 4 types of tanning. They also offer just about whatever you need. The prices are good. Everyone here that does services are very friendly. Actually its the best salon Ive ever been to. I highly recommend going here. They also have a great selection of products as well.

Honestly i dont even want to rate the reviews... but i dont want people who would have to deal with my case. I recently got my hair done this monday and one of the lady cause total damage to my hair that my hair was damage before and never ever told me anything that what has told me and she cannot to do any refunds because she is professional hair stylist using expensive products... seriously if she is a professional stylist why in the world can she damage my hair and even people do make mistake but this is huge mistake and also made me in tears and broken heart inside and outside and im visiting my family out of town in few days soon and i do not recommend to get a hair style or dye from bonnie... she even paused when she was talking with my boyfriend and throwing toned up words with us. Honestly i trusted her to do my hair but she is needs to learn how to be polite to her client and honestly NONE OF professional hair stylist burn off your long hair into shredded cheese even if there was little damage to hair because she is total lier about how my whole entire was damage. I took so good care of my hair and i already knew that i had tips of damage on my hair but not the whole hair. It was total embarrassment to walk out of my house doors. I trusted them to get my hair done because it have alot of reviews and good ratings but honestly very huge disappointment i dont recommend this place. Even the manager couldnt anything to help but sorries...

My hairstylist is Amazing Courtney Taylor i highly recommend her to anyone who needs there hail done or even a simple wax my only down fall is the reciceptionist they always seem to have attitude or or even not like there job so it is not always a pleasure to see them when i walk through

I had Jasmin. Scalped me. I said I dont like my hair longer in the back than sides. It is now much longer in back than sides now than when I came in. I said chin length & its up around my ears. I said frame around my face and it is not. She used razor cut w/o asking me. I cry every time I look in the mirror

Ive been coming to this Salon since Kandyce moved over here. This is a nice well kept clean place.The staff is friendly and its easy to get an appointment when I need one however I call Kandyce and schedule with her directly. If you need your hair cut call Illsusions and ask for Kandyce. Become one of here regulars...you wont be disappointed.

The niece of owner was late to consulting appt. She seemed unsure and had to keep running upstairs to the office to ask questions. She then promised to shop for the hair I wanted and said she would contact me within a few days never to be heard from again. Unprofessional and I wont be back. Three stars is for the salon itself and the very sweet lady up front.

Bonnie here is amazing! She was able to turn my disaster into exactly what I wanted and more! Every one here is friendly! But I highly suggest Bonnie! She knows what shes doing and shes friendly and professional.

Ive been going to Haylee B. at Illusions for a bit over two years now. I get bored with hair styles easily so Ive changed mine about 4 times in the two years. Shes come through, impressively every time! I deff recommend Haylee and illusion to anyone who wants higher quality hair care and customer service.

I got my hair dyed and cut by bonnie and I never felt more comfortable with someone touching my hair she did an amazing job I explained what I wanted done she did 100 x better then what I could have asked for I will most definitely be going back to her for more work

This place is amazing the owner is a caring loving sweet heart I bought a high membership package back in February and my disabled son got sick and I didn’t use my membership for that month I believe and I called in to see if it just goes away and she advised me that I bought it on Valentine’s Day and only used it 1 time with out me asking or questions she gave me that month I was unable to use and is allowing me to use it..Thank you so much illusion salon I am all for supporting local business owners and you have my full beauty business and will recommend you to everyone I know.. Illusions salon is top notch this salon has so much to offer I would recommend this salon to everyone.illusions is full of some of the best cosmetologist you could ever find every person in that salon provided me with such comfort and reassurance you leave feeling absolutely amazing rather its from tanning in the three different kinds of tanning beds which includes three high pressure beds and four or five regular beds always hot bulbs and has given me such a rich dark beautiful tan on top of that Illusions has always been very clean that means a ton to most people.I also have to Bragg on the body melts this salon has available I started doing body melts at Illusions twice a week for probably a good month and lost 20 pounds these wraps are so relaxing and also in one session I was burning up to 1400 calories not to mention it has infared lights that help with cellulite and break down the fatty tissue I highly recommend these wraps for anyone its very great way to detoxify as well.anyone who reads this please please you HV got to go try one you wont be disappointed.for sure a five star salon.illusions is the best salon around.

Went to get my gsons hair cut at the barber end of the shop w Robert Sanchez and my gson walked out looking line up n fresh. Robert does an excellent job and is great w kids.

Dont know anything bout there services, however they dont know thier clients or contact info !! For 10 days they sent me text reminders of appt (use a bogus number that doues not allow a response) called them to inform and still recieve more notices, my opinion is this a backveoods run company
