Holy SMOKES! This place is amazing! The store is well organized and has a ton of options for anything vape, CBD, weed pipes and so much stuff in the realm of this type of business. I couldn’t believe how many vape liquids, mods or bases of the vape thing and like I said this place has everything oh and the prices are great too. They have many ways for customers to earn discounts, I thought that was pretty cool. I HIGHLY recommend this vape store. One of the great things is the person behind the counter actually had a bunch of useful knowledge about all of the products in the store. Go check it out it is worth your time and they will earn your business. They’re not pressure sales reps they just want to make sure you get the right thing based on what you’re looking for.

Sam is so sweet to me..she helped me get a couple vapes today cuz I’m in a wheelchair 🦽 with an enormous cast all the way into my groin. She’s always there when I go in and we have sum great conversations! Give that girl sum kuddo’s n a raise!!

I recently had a really bad experience here. No one greeted me when I walked in, everyone was super rude. The workers were very disinterested and unhelpful,. They acted like they didn’t even want to help me.I tried to engage in conversation but they just shut me down every time i get. It left me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated with the overall service. Customer service plays a crucial role in shaping the customer experience, and unfortunately, t fell short of expectations.

I recently had a disappointing experience here. The representatives were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in resolving my issue with the vapes i bought. Despite my efforts to clearly explain the problem, they provided vague and generic responses that did not address the issue at hand. Additionally, the wait times were excessively long, making the overall experience frustrating.Its disheartening when they fails to prioritize customer satisfaction and fails to provide adequate support. Effective customer service is crucial for building and maintaining a positive relationship with customers, and in this case, it fell far short of expectations. I hope they takes steps to improve their customer service processes to ensure a better experience for their clients in the future.

The best customer experience I have experienced in a long time. They took the time to give me demonstrations of the different glass and made sure I understood what I was buying before I left the store. AWESOME!!Great selection of glass and vaporizers, these guys are going big and doing it right!!

If you’re lost and need help or advices as to what to get, Sebastian is definitely your guy to go to! ☺️ Visited Washington on vacation, and was recommend by a few friends to check out the shop. First time ever visiting a vape shop btw, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But Sebastian made me feel welcomed from the moment I step foot inside until I checked out. When I visit again, I would definitely come back for sure and I should definitely recommend this shop to all my friends!!
