Went here based on the reviews to get a replacement mechanism for the person I care for and this amazing man not only helped diagnose the issues with her original ones but took the time to explain it to me in detail AND clean them out for her!I never even asked for anything but a replacement that would be the same size connection she needed and he truly went above and beyond. I still bought a new one for her so she could have a backup and it was so affordable I didn’t even use 25% of the cash she sent. She has an extremely fixed income so gratefulness doesn’t even begin to describe it.THANK YOU and you have a couple of new loyal customers plus happily spreading by word of mouth. Go here!

Great selection and amazing customer service. They remember all their common customers and even your preferences. Hours are great and the staff is always helpful. Theyre not the sorts to try and upsell you just to make it extra buck and they will tell you if something youre buying even from them isnt great or what you really want.

The gentleman who runs this place is very knowledgeable in all aspects of vaping. The prices are the best in town. He also has alot of specials on the counter. If he doesnt have it he will get it. Alot of different juice to choose from. My last online order for juice was ok and a good price . If I would have went here first I would have saved time and money. Plus they have a frequent flyer card they punch everytime you buy juices,after so many you get a really great deal. Absolutely five stars!! Good work.

In and out store, just how I like it, but you can stay there and get recommendations for products. Large stock and Im expecting an even larger one for more flavors and generally more options.Ill def be making more trips here into the future.

Shop was very clean and well laid out. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made an excellent recommendation that I was very happy with, and then helped me open the bottle cause apparently I cant handle a child-proof cap.

Ive been coming here for awhile now. Im very in love with this shop. Its very clean, great prices has a wonderful and friendly staff. They always help me out with new recommendations for different flavors of vapes. The last time I stopped in I was recommended Hyve laf berry bliss ice. One of the best recommendations they have recommended. Definitely will be going in to try more flavors.

Went in with intentions of having to purchase a new vape however David took the time to help me with my current vape and figured out what was wrong with it. He was super nice and very helpful. David also helped me pick out new juice, coils and pods. Definitely will be back again! Thanks David!

Sage was amazing! I went in and told him what I was looking for and he was more than helpful! He answered all my questions and even offered to help me setup my new mod! I cant speak to all of their products or prices but they seemed very reasonable to me! I definitely will be returning for all my vaping needs!

What can I say. Ive been going here since opening day and couldnt be happier with them. They always try there best to keep excellent stock of juices and now have sapphire nicotine in stock so you can change the nic of the juices which opens up every juice to people who like odd levels. And always friendly employees.

Everyone that I have spoken to here has been extremely helpful and nice. Very knowledgeable staff and a very clean store. They almost always have what I need in stock too.I did have an issue trying to find new coils for my mod (Im new to vaping and have no idea what Im doing). The gentleman that was working that evening wasnt able to figure out what I needed either, not his fault though.

Had a terrible shopping experience. Went in for vape supplies. Seems other items are a priority. Uncomfortable. Not much selection for what I was there to buy. Wont go in again.

This place might not be the cheapest when it comes to supplies you may need for smoking habits or what have you but Ill tell you what its a little store its not too far and prices arent bad but they always have what I need Im sure other people can find that quite accurate as well Good little store good people, well stocked. Best vape shop around by far!! Dave the manager is very knowledgeable and helpful! Very nice variety of juice and devices. Sage has great customer service skills and never makes me feel rushed!! Overall I would give Level Vape a 6 if I could!!

My go-to spot for my vaping needs. Coils, juices, and mods, Level Vape has almost everything you need. If by chance, they dont have what youre looking for, they will order it for you, if its available. Customer appreciation card for purchases, discounting future buys.

Never have a real problem with the place. i can understand pricing they use. But whenever i try to call to see they have a product before having to drive to their place of business, there is no answer. sometimes is seems they deny the call due to being put on voice mail early.

This is my go to vape shop. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable with the products they sell. They make great recommendations on products if you are looking for something new. Parking is also good at this location.

Every time I walk in, a worker is playing Fortnite and ignores the customers. You think he’s talking to you, but he’s talking to his friends online and doesn’t decide to help you until he’s done playing. Also...on two different occasions I showed up at 11 am on my lunch, when they’re supposed to be open, and no one was there to open. I stayed until 1130 and 1140 and both times no one showed up. Very disappointed with this shop. Won’t be going back.

Very clean, neat, & bright! Right near the historic downtown stores and cafés. Very pleasant staff - good prices/deals - popular brands & high VG easy to find. Standard amount of in-house stock of parts, systems, liquids, etc. Awesome visit! 2 bottles of Sadboy for $30! Highly recommend! And you can park & walk here to the Sines 5 & Dime and Karlton Café without a car - walking distance to everything!

Went to this store today and was amazed at how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were! The staff took the time to go over their products with my boyfriend and I for over an hour! I highly recommend Level Vape Shop!

Kelly and Tyler are ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! They took so much time teaching us everything we needed to know about getting into vaping and were so patient and kind and KNOWLEDGEABLE! I seriously will NOT GO ANYPLACE ELSE EVER!

I had lost the tip of my vape at an Easter egg hunt and called here. These guys told me to come in and they could fix it for me right away and they did! My new one is better than my old one.
