Did my bridal makeup and hair at Misbehaven. It was just me for a small local wedding. It was really nice and lowkey. Everything turned out beautiful and they ended up finishing my appointment a little early on the day off which gave me extra time to drive to the venue and finish getting ready.

Hayley did an amazing job with my hair today!! She listened to what I wanted, and made It 10 times better than I ever imagined!Also, great listener!! Therapy in a stylist chair is just what this girl needed! Thank you for helping me with yet another step in changing my life for the better!!

It’s been a month living with my hair and this has been my experience. I called and made an appointment to get some touch up highlights and eliminate some of the remaining brassy tones at the ends of my hair. I asked for a stylist who has a lot of experience with highlights and the front desk reassured me “oh yes, she’s good”. I arrived and showed a photo to give a concept of what I was going for and asked her if this was possible and the stylist said yes. I have been through a very long hair journey. It took me a couple years to grow out my grey hair get it healthy and shiny and LONG. I wanted to keep growing it longer so I told her I want to make sure my hair stays healthy. She got to work and all was fine until she pulled off the towel to reveal extremely orange highlights, some to the root but most spread out weirdly chunky and uneven all over my head. More orange? I was so close to being over that! I’ve had my virgin hair bleached before and didn’t have this problem.She put more toner on which turned my lightest strands greenish blue and the orange was just blended in to look like one extremely dull head of hair. My beautiful silver money piece that I wanted accentuated, pretty much gone. My hair felt brittle and I was devastated as I just went through a bad breakup on top of coming out of my hair transition and I was finally feeling like I was about to get my dream hair.I went back the next day and one of the owners did a color correction. The end result was better, but still more orange root to end, and not at all what I wanted. I wondered how my hair would do as they both still assured my hair wouldn’t be damaged from all the processing and re-processing in 24 hours.I had gotten a trim two weeks before I went. They gave me another 2 inch trim while I was there because of course there was damage done.And well, I had to go get my hair cut again a week ago - 3 1/2 more inches because it was knotting, frizzy and little pieces of my hair would break off when I tried to brush it. Mind you, I’m a one wash per week kind of girl and did my best to keep moisture in. Now my hair is short, orange, blonde, grey and brown, tiny highlights so hardly any dimension, no money piece. I’ve lost a bit of confidence as I’m in a new city and state and don’t feel like myself. I did find a stylist here that can help once my hair heals and I have the money as I am out $300 with all the cutting and coloring to get me here. I’m sad and I just want my hair to go back to how it was before, but it will be at least another year as I know from recent experience. Lastly, during the correction the owner mentioned she’s actually a newer stylist so I felt the whole experience was very misleading, even a little dishonest.For reference, the photo in the purple shirt was after the correction, 2 days before I had to cut more inches off.

First time going and getting hair cut at an actual salon and it was an amazing experience. Monica made me feel super comfortable and did exactly what I asked while giving great advice. 🥰

Great service. Higher than average cost but worth every hapenny spent. My wife and son are regular customers. Me, Im a barber shop kinda fella. The staff are kind and attentive. Everybody knows your name here. Cheers!

Best haircut EVER! Meagan was absolutely amazing. She was so detailed and created such a personalized style for me. My hair is shoulder length but she still spent the full time making sure that every single piece of hair was perfect. I have never had a hair stylist care so much about her work, and bring such a lovely artistic element to my style. She was so easy to get along with, and I will definitely be seeing her as my hairdresser moving forward. Incredible atmosphere and products. A fantastic experience throughout.

Tried this as a new salon because I can’t find a stylist that can get the results I’m looking for locally. The stylist did ok but the result still wasn’t what I expected. She was professional and knowledgeable. The salon is clean and classy. My biggest shock was the outrageous price. I was charged $185 for a service I pay no more than $80 for anywhere else. My mistake for not getting a quote prior, but I never imagined it would be more than double what I normally pay. I can’t afford to go back even if I loved it.

I see Mikayla to get my hair done every 7 weeks and she makes magic of my hair! Friendly staff, clean, great retail selection. I love coming here for my appointments. Highly recommend.

I took my 6 year old daughter here to get her first pedicure. Courtney was amazing! She was so kind when my daughter asked a million questions and she did a fantastic job on our toes! Now she wants to go back to get a manicure!

I booked a last-minute appointment on a whim while visiting from out of state. My hair was shaggy and grown out, and I didn’t have time to get a trim before leaving town. Very nice place. In a beautiful old building. Lots of space. I called for a last minute eyebrow waxing and was able to set an appointment for the same day. When I got there I checked in and within a minute or two Lexi came and got me. She did a great job, especially since I had been letting my brows grow out so I could get them reshaped.

My daughter and I were visiting from the east coast. We called to get a manicure and we both had manicures with Sara she was awesome then we booked massages the next day with Renee and Aiyana. We have massages often back home and I have to say these massages were among the best we have ever had! The location is beautiful the staff was friendly and nice.We will be adding this to our list if things to do when we visit Walla Walla. ❤️

My bridal party and I went to Misbehaven for our hair, makeup and nails. We had the absolute best time and everyone left there feeling relaxed and looking gorgeous! Their team was so nice to us and stayed right on schedule. I couldnt have asked for a better place or better people to spend the morning of my wedding around. I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Kailee and she did SO GOOD!!! I loved how they turned out and even now it’s been a week and they are still full of color and well defined. I’ve gotten so many compliments on them! Definitely recommend, good quality service, very personable and very skilled! Plus the shop inside was so cute!!

Kayla is personable, kind hearted, and great at what she does. She always makes me feel so welcome and special as one of her clients, shes also incredibly understanding of my crazy schedule being a stay at home mom when it comes to finding childcare for my appointments, very thankful I found a stylist like her!

I loved my experience here! I had not been to a salon in almost 2 years and my stylist was so helpful, kind, and TALENTED! She really did a beautiful job with my color. I could not have asked for a better finished product. We also took over 17 inches off my hair and she made me feel very comfortable with this extreme change. Thank you again. This was my second trip to Misbehaven Spa to get my hair cut. Mackenzie is a great job. I had an excellent experience here. The hair stylist did a great job with the self cut hair she had to work with. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing and all the folks I dealt with were friendly and helpful.

Busy busy busy. Some of the stylist arent friendly, rather youre their client or not. They dont treat their employees with mental health issues very good. Meh.

Ari is my girl!! She always listens to me and does an absolute amazing job on my hair every single time! She is also an amazing person to get to know which has made my experience there even better! I highly recommend this salon!

Courteous staff and knowledgeable clinician. This location is a one stop for pampering in the Walla Walla area. Unfortunately for the average person just showing up in town during a very busy season - graduation, its very difficult to get an appointment. I was thankful and lucky a friend said CALL and there was a cancelation. If it wasnt for this I would of missed the experience of being in this boutique. Thank you.

Two weeks ago I went from long hair to short. Kati Hill assured me to give her a call if it needed tweaking before my next appointment. Well, it did, a week later. So I called and she was able to find a slot in her booked schedule on short notice. We went in for round two and the finished product was exactly what I was looking for. Then, as if it could get any better, Kati did not charge me for this, saying it really was just an extension of the first cut and change in hairstyle from that week. Now, THATS outstanding customer service. Ive been coming to Kati for years now and never once have I been disappointed in her skill, her professionalism, her generosity and her pleasantness. Misbehaven Spa is lucky to have her, so kudos to you for doing so!

Kami has always done an excellent job on my hair. When I arrived to college threw years ago, she took me as a walk-in and took great care and patience in leaving my hair exactly like I wanted ( Im a very hard to please). She has also done my eyebrow waxing and its always a gentle and calming experience. I always get super high quality results, servose that goes above and beyond, and all at a reasonable price. Very worth it.

ImSo just got back from a wonderful massage my little sister got me for mothers day. Its pretty when you walk in. They offer you a beverage and there are small baked goods next to the gourmet coffee. The seating area is hard to see so you have to ask. The staff are friendly the room was decent. A little art would go along way. My tech was very nice young and maybe a little nervous but so wonderful with her hands. I feel amazing. She walked me to the door and took my glass of water. Just wonderful for a few mins to your self.

Megan is always so gracious and goes above and beyond. I had just returned from vacation in Hawaii, and she provided me with samples before and after to help me manage the craziness that humidity can do to your skin. Im grateful for the ambiance, the attention to detail, and the wonderful service Megan in particular provides!

Their stylists are hit and miss. Had one stylist that my daughter and I both used and we loved him but he moved and so we went to a different stylist. Unfortunately she shouldn’t have passed beauty school so I switched salons. After many years decided to give them a try again. The girl I’ve seen a few times does a great job, but they do like to push product and their hair product they use Kevin Murphy is watered down poor quality at a high price. But I liked the way the stylist cuts my hair. Today I showed up 10 minutes before my Appt and they have sign asking you to call and wait for someone to come out and check you in. I called twice and answering machine says to wait in your car and they will be out to check you in. Ended up waiting in my car for 40 minutes. No one ever did come to check me in. Their website says there is 100% charge on no shows....but what if the stylist is a no show?

Great vibe, fun staff and quality service! My hair went from dark brown (with box dye grow out) to a beautiful and healthy blonde! I appreciate Rachelle and how hard she works to keep my hair healthy and the color that I love.

Everyone throughout the whole facility is so friendly and helpful. I enjoy all the smiling faces. Even to me a bald craggy old man. They make me feel welcome. I don’t feel ignored. It’s my only event I do throughout my month to pamper myself. They do a great job. Especially attacking all the hair that’s in all the wrong places. Plus we always manage to have some great laughs. I treasure the relationships that be made there. Thank you all very much. 😊

Friendly staff and cozy environment! My stylist is Ari Parker and she does and amazing job with cuts and color and would definitely recommend seeing her. She and the staff are very professional and do good work.

I give it 5 stars for friendly staff. Beautiful interior and the price isnt bad either. I love the service and they are very attentive and easy to work with. Also very clean and sanitary. Rachelle was really nice and did a fantastic job. I know Im just a guy getting a military hair cut lol so probably not that difficult but the friendliness and service were fantastic.

Katie is a master with curly hair, the only one I allow to touch my curls! You get what you pay for. Services arent necessarily cheap here.... but they are worth every penny.

I started going here only because my fiance goes here, was my first experience with a true salon and its the greatest thing ever. I used to buzz my own hair or go to a Supercuts but Ive been going to Misbehaven for a couple years now and dont plan on going anywhere else. Service is amazing, everyone is so happy and very personable, I highly recommend it.

I love Misbehaven. Its upscale. Without upscale prices. Its clean, glamorous, and professional. All the staff are delightful. When you come through the doors youre welcomed into a lovely environment. You can get anything from a simple wash and trim to a cosmopolitan full treatment. I tend toward the simple end of things, No perms no dyes, just good shaping, and tips for handling and styling. At Misbehavin I have never been made to feel less-than for my simple choices as I have in some other salons I have visited. And a good cut makes me feel and look just as special as if I had gone through a more intense process. I tried a couple different stylists before I settled on a favorite but I never had a bad cut or a bad experience. The appointment system and front desk are run smoothly. Ive never had mix ups or miscommunications or cancellations or anything like that. I think its one of Walla Wallas best run businesses.

I followed Beth to Misbehaven when she left her last salon. She has always given me a great haircut, which to me is the most important part of going to a salon. She gives suggestions or takes mine! The salon staff is very friendly and eager to please and the atmosphere is pleasing and relaxing!

Misbehaven is the finest Spa & Salon in the great state of Washington! Their services are extraordinary, extensive and first class. Misbehavens modern renovation of the historic McDonald building using sustainable practices is very well appointed, modern and luxurious. The staff is kind, friendly, knowledgeable and they also use organic beauty supplies that are available via retail.Ashlee recently styled my hair beautifully for my first book signing, which made me feel successful and confident for such an important life event. I highly recommend the wonderful services at Misbehaven to anyone who only wants the very best spa & salon experience!

I made a massage appointment for my boyfriend and he says it was the best massage hes ever had. Hands down the best! We were visiting from out of state and when we come back to visit again, we will definitely make another appointment, probably two, here.

I’ve been having my hair cut and colored here for almost 3 years. Chian has always been amazing. My hair went from brittle and breaking to long, healthy and beautiful! Her balayage is exactly what I asked for and she knows the right products to make my hair work with me. The salon carries/uses Kevin Murphy, a great cruelty free company with 100% plant based options in their product line.

I was in town for my brother’s Whitman graduation and Ari was luckily able to fit me in! I had a lot of hair to chop off and not much idea of what would look good, but Ari knew exactly what was needed and did an amazing job — I’m so happy with my haircut and it looks great. ✨

Super disappointed in the customer service (or lack thereof) and felt very judged from the moment I walked in to the moment I left for the door. Seeing stylists gathered at the front desk and gossiping about clients wasnt exactly welcoming. This was just a consultation- youd think they would want to make a good first impression to ensure loyalty. Stylist that met with me cut me off while I was speaking multiple times, corrected me, and talked about less experienced stylists in the salon who could fit my budget. She wanted me out of that chair. I understand that this is a higher end salon, but customer service is still paramount. If I was treated with kindness, I would have worked hard/saved up to come back.

First time Ive been here. Very nice place. It has lots of hair products and other items that are nice for gifts for sale. Cups, aprons, kitchen things, shirts, sweaters and more. I had a massage and she was really good. Price was great too. Ill be back again.

I’ve been visiting Misbehaven for about 8 years and have NEVER been disappointed. Kacey Gartner is the stylist I use and she is top in her field. This is a quality salon. Not only is the staff extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, the building itself is beautiful! It’s worth the drive from the Tri-cities. I will never go anywhere else!

Misbehaven Spa and Salon is a little pricey. But they do go the extra mile on custmomer attention. It had been a long time since I actually got a scalp massage and shampoo along with the haircut which was top notch to. So the extra money you pay is mostly worth it to me. And the stylist was very friendly and nice. I know that may not mean much to those who only care about the haircut. But if youve ever experienced one who is not so friendly, you can appreciate the experience with these guys. I would visit more often if they were closer. Walla Walla from the tri cities just for a spendy haircut experience....well lets just say it was probably a one time experience for me just for the sake of distance. But great place and stylists.

I waited to write a review until after Id washed and done my own hair--I didnt shower for 3 days because I loved how it turned out so much when I left the salon! In general, this place is a little much for me--very swanky, expensive, lots of staff, they bring you water and coffee or whatever. Not really my thing. However, Courtney, who at this time is a Level 1 stylish and therefore does cuts at the salons base price, $36, was amazing! We had a good consultation, she actually made suggestions to help me figure out what would look good on me and also be what I want, she was very exact in her cutting and explained everything she did...and she also took the time to explain how I could style the cut on my own--curly or straight. I was so impressed with her skill and communication. I appreciate having someone who stops along to way to ask questions and show you what they are thinking BEFORE they cut. This is more than I would usually spend on a haircut, so I was nervous, but even my frugal self can say that it was worth it.

I had a gel polish done and needed my thumb fixed...they got me back in asap and fixed me up with no problems. Very good selection of colors and friendly staff.

The reason for my visit to Misbehaven was to replace a horrible mani-pedi that I got from another, smaller place, in Walla Walla. Truly a sloppy job. While I hated that I had just dropped a bunch of dollars on the same service, it was *so bad* that I was willing to spend more to fix it.While being able to get an appointment on short notice is nothing more than coincidence, what came after prompted me to write this review.1) I was greeted warmly, not awkward-friendly.2) The atmosphere was happy chatter between clients and staff, with a sound system that was just enough above background to be easy to listen to while never intruding on conversation or mood.3) I got a manicure & pedicure that was neither rushed nor tedious, of superior quality and left the salon relaxed, energized and completely satisfied with the experience and service.Kami did a wonderful job, working purposefully, calmly, and carefully. With easy conversation, skilled and efficient use of the manicure tools, etc., she never, ever, made me feel like she was rushing me through the process to get to the next client. What a treat!Its fairly spendy, but Ill be back because I think what I received was good value. Thanks, Misbehaven!

I have been a client of Beths for many years and have always been very pleased with the service I receive. It has continued in the new facility, which is bright, clean, spacious and modern with a nostalgic feel. The employees I have interacted with are friendly, competent and positive.

My grandchildren were visiting from Sacramento and went to Angie for a haircut. She treated them like royalty and they loved it. The cuts were the cutest ever and I so appreciate Angie making them feel so special. My daughter also received a cut from Angie and loves it. She cannot find anyone in the Sacramento area that give her this perfect cut. Thanks Angie and Misbehave.

I have been receiving facials for over three years from Meghan, and she is amazing! We have been working on pigmentation, aging lines, and smoothness of my senior skin, and the improvements she has helped me achieve, along with the recommended products, have slowed the aging process. Each person with which I have had the pleasure of interacting with at Misbehaven, has been very professional, caring, and knowledgable. I love the on-line and texting features of Misbehaven!

The salon cancelled out 4 pedicures, less than an hour before our appointment time; it was a Saturday and 3 of us travelled from out of town to take our mom for her birthday. They didnt offer a discount or for future services or any other apology for the experience. We are so disappointed.

This is the 5th time I’ve gone to get my haircut here. Every single time I ask for no more than half an inch off the top. For whatever reason, this task must be impossible. They always cut 2 to 2 1/2 inches off the top and do NOT fade the sides. Overall, terrible for men’s haircuts. I recommend a men’s barber instead to cut men’s hair.

For all my esthetic needs from waxing to skin care to make up, I trust Megan and the staff at Misbehaven. The ladies are quite knowledgeable and use all the products the sell such as Eminence, Dermalogica, Bare Minerals. The services are top notch and the salon and spa space is gorgeous.

Drove an hour to get turned away. I was 4 minutes late. I had spoke to the lady over the phone we set it up for 6:30. Apparently she had told me the incorrect time and wanted to reschedule the appointment. I was offered 5$ off and asked to come back in a week. 😡👎👎

I scheduled an appointment weeks ago and when I showed up for my appointment yesterday they canceled it. I was quite upset. They put me on a cancelation list, and was able to get me in a few days later thankfully.

Great massage but felt like I was the invisible girl in a pack of cheerleaders. The front desk pretty much ignored me and I waited about 10 minutes just to check in for my appointment.

This isnt Mike its his wife Dianne. I love this place and have never had anything less than outstanding service. In particular I recommend Brianna for nails and Chian for hair!

This place is incredibly overpriced when you can get the same quality at another business in town for half the price. They are great though. The price just isnt right is all.

Super friendly staff. When I wanted to try a new color, the stylist helped go over the pros and cons of each color and helped me pick the perfect combination for me.

I just use the chiropractor. She is super friendly and always fixes any neck or back issues I have!

This is a full service salon with a great atmosphere. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is some of the services are a little pricey.
