I’ve been a regular customer for almost 2 years, coming in nearly everyday and everyone who’s works here is awesome! The customer service is always over the top and they always have amazing products. The owners are always very kind. Tyler, Chris, Sam and Gabe are some of the chillest people. I love coming here. I highly recommend!!!

I absolutely love this shop, its awesome. It has everything you could ever need and the prices are reasonable, its small and a bit more on a personal level and my most favorite employee is Ethan, he is a wonderful young man and so helpful. Definitely gets 5 stars from me.

Visited to look at the glass pieces and didn’t find anything I liked which is normal the guy was nice and recommended me to 3 different places. Cool. I’m waiting on the side of the building , for the bus out of the rain smoking when a lady pops around the corner saying we can’t smoke on the property. Confused cause there’s no signs posted saying we can’t we go off the property and continue smoking. Not even a minute later she comes out and aggressive accuses us of being minors and threatening to call the cops. Not cool. We tell her we’re no longer on the property and if she has a problem to call them then. She under up actually calling them lmao

I dont smoke, but if I did, this would be a great place to find anything that has to do with smoking or vaping. I was looking for a special battery for a solar light that we are trying out to see if it works. Batteries plus bulbs told me to check there. Parking is terrible but the store is cool.

Employees are always helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The store has a great range of price points on everything they carry. Shout out to the employee who ran home to get a new and hard to find replacement piece from his own collection when the store wasnt able to find it and order it.

Everybody is kool just last two vapes got are 1700 puffs and run out in 3days when b4 use to go all month with one vape i know dont puff 1700 puff in 3days i know myself and there is no way .also understand thats how they come but there riping you all off and us as well customers JUST SAYING

Not too many vape/smoke shops have friendly or helpful employees however vape n goods does. My fiance come here at least once to twice a week now. Chris and Sam are always quick to help and very knowledgeable. They dont ever make me feel rushed like some places. Thanks guys we appreciate you!!!

Destiny has been beyond helpful! We stopped in to find some new vape juices and she helped us find 2 that we absolutely love! Hands down the best service we have had in a long time! We will definitely be back to see her for any of our needs.

I bought a torch from these guys and forgot my receipt. It turned out to be bunk and when I went back in to buy a new one, their manager recognized me and inquired into the one I just bought. They offered me a trade in, even though I had no receipt and threw away the packaging. They definitely stand by their products and have great customer service.

I was checking and text from my mom and the lady behind the counter yelled at me saying that they didnt allow people to check their phones because they were afraid that you were cross referencing their prices with another price. sure I understand where theyre coming from, but I put my phone in my pocket, looked her straightened the eye for several seconds, and then walked out the door and have not been back since.

Amazing customer service. They have the best prices in town and care about your needs. They will even order in shipments for you and let you know when the shipment is in. They take time and let you smell the ecig flavors which is a huge plus. They also have buy 10 ecig bottles and get one free.

Vape N Goods is a big city quality shop in a small town. It offers by far the greatest selection in town in not just vaping goods but glass as well. This store has the best customer service that can be offered. The owner will go out of his way to deliver to his customers specific merchandise they want at unbeatable prices. The shop has a friendly atmosphere and will make you want to shop at no other shop.

Prices are MUCH lower than some other local competitors.Service is swift and knowledgeable, nice atmosphere.A little bare, but this is to be expected being that the shop is so new.

Good for everything except for there puff bars, they always have you try it in the store and then 20 puffs later it completely stops working, has happened multiple times, we will no longer go there for them.

One stop vape shop for every single of your vaping needs. The prices are unbeatable. The best costumer service, they know every single aspect of everything they sell.
