I’ve been going here to get my eyebrows done for over a year now and they are usually quick and perfect; so I’ve been coming back continuously. However this last time I felt that the lady was in such a rush even though it was only my boyfriend and I in the entire store at the time. This is the first time I bled from eyebrow threading. I understand nicks happen so I was fine with that however she seems to have completely forgotten to snip my left eyebrow, now my eyebrows are an uneven length and I’ll have to go home to fix it up. The threading was also not as clean as the previous times I had come here. As you can tell from the photos I had a few stragglers at the end of my left brow. I was going to ask the lady if she’d be able to clean my eyebrows up (snip) however another customer came in and she moved on quickly.I’m thinking they may have had an off day or something. I’ll most likely try this place one or two more times and if service is not as up to par as previous times I’ll go elsewhere.

Horrible Horrible went for an eyelash extension they charge 45$. Location was not right to begin with when they were using a chair to do it. I guess that should have been a warning. Second warning when the eyelash extensions looked from the drug store. The young lady was quick at doing it and it turn out that she glued it to the skin. Asked if she can remove them and she denied it since the glue she used would cause the eye lash to fall out. Clearly one eye felt heavier than the other so it looked smaller than the other. When trying to check the eye lash she was a bit aggressive hurting the eye, because it was glued to the paper tape they used. Very upsetting, end up going to a much better place (which they did an amazing job in removing them and a Huge difference in the quality more natural. They end up telling that they did a horrible job and the glue they use over did it to the point it was damaging the natural eye lash). If you want to give it a try and learn the hard way best of luck.

The henna design was done very well and fast for an affordable price. The lady was also very nice and it was a very nice environment

I went for a blowout she want $35 I said no way my hair some parts still wet!!! And she said let call manager, she call and said ok $25 this is crazy …. This place it’s horrible she doesn’t know what she is doing at all. And I still pay her !!! Bad service even I ask a customer there she said NO WAY.. she should NO charge for that!!!

I used to love going to this place to get my eyebrows done from Nira. It was her and her daughter Nelu running it at the time and they would do great eyebrows. Personally, Nira was my favorite and had my eyebrows looking amazing as always. But for the past couple of months, every time I walk in and ask for Nira or her daughter , Im being told they wont be back for months bc they are in India and thats been happening lately with the business which is crazy bc the business is still so new to be making the customers uncomfortable like this. Hiring people who messes up customers eyebrows and arent as considerate about it. Ridiculous!

Absolutely horrible experience! I never post reviews, especially not bad ones, but I have no choice.They did my brows which turned out great, but they use a reusable brow brush, which doesn’t seem very hygienic. I don’t know how they clean that (if they do?) between customers.They also DESTROYED my hair cut. I had really really long hair and asked for a trim only because I wanted to keep my hair long. They said a trim itself won’t look good and convinced me to get a layers cut, and I ended trusting their advice as professionals. I asked to cut off ONLY 2 INCHES, but they cut off 5 INCHES! And it’s UNEVEN on both sides!! It’s extremely ugly and makes me feel hideous! I have to wear my hair up all the time because of how unbelievably ugly it looks. I have to attend 2 weddings in the near future and I won’t be able to wear my hair down because of how short and ugly it is!

Honestly I did use to luv this place when Nelu was there. I had microblading by Nelu and I was her demo person. I fell in luv with my eyebrows. And I would go to get a touch up threading and again Nelu had me feeling like a supermodel.... but then she up and left out the blue. I have returned a couple of times but its not then same. When asked where is Nelu they act like they dont know who your talking about. Your eyebrows are never the same shape now. I want Nelu back!

I have been going to this salon for a year or so after my mom recommended it to me. The last few times I’ve gotten my eyebrows done from here, I feel like they do it super rough. I have very sensitive skin and I’ve asked one of the workers to go a little softly and nothing really changed. They’re really sweet people, however, I haven’t been happy w the experiences lately :/ EDIT: I recently found out that my brows are now two diff shapes. Now I have to grow my brows out again lol

I used to go here for over a year without a problem and was happy it was never crowded and the original lady was excellent. Nira, the lady who has been there recently has been horrible. First she made my husband bleed and then his eyebrows were completely uneven. When we got home I had to trim the other one so it was a little less obvious… should not be the case. However, I decided to still come back just figuring it was a one time mistake. She completely messed up again…one eyebrow is rounded and thinner and the other one is a nicer shape. I pointed it out to her and she said ok I’ll make them both rounded and thinner but that’s not what I wanted when I said “clean up”…. She didn’t even cut them evenly. Horrible and I gave her a second chance. She Doesn’t compare both eyebrows to make sure they are even and it is obvious from other posts too- don’t waste your time. After over a year of going here, I will not go back.

I’ve been going to Nira since she was at an old salon and will follow wherever she goes.I do prefer that she threads my eyebrows, but have no problem if the young lady does them in Nira’s absence.I am usually very specific about what I want with my brows and they always deliver.They’re always honest about their availability and can accommodate you without an appointment.I only come here for my threading and juices so I can’t speak for other services, but they have a customer for life.They also have a rewards system where you receive a free threading after a certain amount of visits.

I’ve been going here for over a year to get my eyebrows threaded and i’m always happy with how they come out. I used to pay $15-$20 to get my eyebrows threaded at other places but they do a great job for a third of the price. They’re smoothies are also really good and well priced! I won’t stop coming here for either.

This use to be my go-to spot. I had a newer lady and she did a horrible job. It was the most painful threading I’ve experienced. I have been going here for over a year and today is my last day ever going here. I had grown out my eyebrows to make sure I had a thick shape. She rounded out one eyebrow and gave no shape to the other. They were completely uneven. I told her she did them too thin and she told me that I had too many hairs so she thinned them out and that I should have told her to only clean them. I cannot go back here again. Be careful.

One the worst waxing experiences ever. I booked an appointment. The waxing specialist left me in the waxing room for around thirty minutes alone and didn’t finish the job completely. She also criticized my appearance too and how much work needed to be done.The waxing specialist went to help other new customers even though I booked this appointment in advance. The waxing specialists didn’t use gloves or a masks either. I also had a waxing job done the day before at this same salon 💇‍♀️, and the other waxing specialist was rough. When they first opened they provided great customer service and did a great job. But, I’m sorry to say these good days no longer exist after this experience. I don’t recommend this salon.

There is absolutely nothing perfect about this “Perfect Salon”. I saw this place had great reviews so I decided to give it a try but trust & believe I won’t be coming back. I was rushed out the chair so she could service someone else who was apparently running late to get back to work. I left the salon with my right eyebrow thinner than my left one and it just didn’t look like I got them done at all. My eyebrows were still messy. I got in the car and even my mom said they didn’t look good. So I went back in the salon to tell them and the same lady tried to make it look better but I left with a bald spot in my left eyebrow and my right eyebrow thinner than my left one. I cried the whole way home. Like ugly tears. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This is my favorite salon to go to for my eyebrow and lip threading. I was coming here in while I lived in LI. I moved to Minnesota in March of this year and I havent let anyone touch my eyebrows since. Im visiting my family and had to make sure I stopped by for my eyebrows. I Ddony let anyone else touch my face. I need to make more trips to NY. Nira also fixed my moms eyebrows that were uneven and thin because of another salon.

Despite living in LI my whole life, I never thought I could find a perfect threading salon locally and would drive to queens or go in Manhattan only for 25 years. Then I found Nelu - she has an expert eye for creating the perfect shape to flatter your face and takes the time listen to the look you are going for. She never goes too thin yet is able to create an arch and explains her process the whole way through.Over the past 3 years I have come to love this salon and wax here also which is also excellent.Highly recommended.

The only good thing from my experience was that the eyebrow threading came out okay. I came in quarter after 7. From my understanding the hours posted On the window was that they close at 8. The young lady comes to the door and I asked If they were opened and she answered opened but the door was locked.. i asked if I could get my eyebrows done and she seemed so bothered, she rushed the job and I inquired about eyebrow tinting and what was that for. She proceeded to respond by saying that they do tinting and it will be $15.. once I said I would like to tint them she said ¨okay I will put on the tint and you could wipe it off 15 minutes later, I will give you the tissue ¨and that everyone apparently does it like that.I was in shock because I have never left with eyebrow tint from an establishment and the fact that she said that a lot of people do that is even crazier. After tinting usually the person would go ahead and check to make sure there are no stray hairs.. Just poor customer service from the rushing to being told to leave with eyebrow tint on my face.

I’ve been looking for a eyebrow threading/tinting place since I moved out here 2 years ago. I’m so glad I found this place because the lady who did my eyebrows did AMAZING! I also got my lashes done it was a mix of extensions and individuals and it looks PHENOMENAL! This place is amazing and they provide so many services. This is now the ONE and ONLY place I will be going to.

Nelu has professionally & beautifully taken care of my daughter & I over the past year!Most recently, I have my eyebrows micro-bladed; I have never seen such detail in articulating my shape/ color etch! Nira has been doing my eyebrows for years now! Im so happy she has her own place! She never hurts when threading my eyebrows, and I always have a great shape when she is done with them. The staff is always kind and professional everytime Ive been in the establishment.

Just got my hair done here today by Nelu. I have very long hair and I paid a very affordable amount to get my hair done. It was way less than what I paid somewhere else the last time I got it colored. I made a smart decision coming here. My hair color turned out amazing. I wanted a light shade of blonde for my highlights and that is exactly what I got. Nelu is the best. I have recommended this place to my family and coworkers because they all love my hair.

You should go here if you want your eyebrows to be completely messed up. One eyebrow is up and one is down and the girl cut me. She was highly unprofessional she seemed like she was bored or bothered and just wanted to hurry up and be done with. I also got eyelash extensions here and they literally came off by time i got to the car. I went back in and she “fixed” it and it came off later on that night. I would never go back.

Horrible customer service! People here are extremely rude! They completely messed up my eyebrows and when I complained I got cursed by the guy behind the register. I own my own business and let me tell you I would never treat my customers like that. You have to be blinded to not see how they completely left my eyebrows uneven. I have thin i eyebrows however before I walked in here my eyebrow were not a complete different shape from the other.

Friend got her lashes done paid $70 and they fell off within 24 hours...she went next day and the guy said girl was in school...come back friday. call today and some guy who says hes the manager start getting an attitude cursed at me and said the service is paid for and you dont get a refund. this is not the first time she got her lashes done but this was the first time she decide to get her lashes done local to support local business!!! BIG MISTAKE!!! she got an glue in her eyes that irritated he skin and now they dont want to refund just do it again. if the professional fails to do the job right the first time why would you go back???? look at the pic worth a 1000 words that was taken the same night...done on Wednesday on friday they fell off...RIPOFF AND SCAMMERS!!!! Stick with AAINA!!!

I been going to this place for the last 3 years. Nelu’s been doing my hair cut, hair coloring, eye brow threading and sometimes henna tattoo just for fun. I recommend this place because Nelu’s great and the price is reasonable.

Many stylist for many years threaded my brows and made them thin and lacked a proper arch.Nira!!!! brought life back to my eyebrows!!!I appreciate a professional beautician like Nira.

Ohhhh myyyy. This place can definitely accommodate any crazy schedule. They do so much. Lets see Manis, pedi, facils, waxing, threading, they do your hair, lashes, oh so much. They do smoothies, they have snacks and drinks as well. Pocketbooks, scarfs, and accessories. Whats an outfit without accessories??

The best quality you can get by not having to spend a lot. It’s a great place to do everything at once, I did my hair, my waxing and threading and even my nails. Professional and will definitely exceed your expectations.

They’re trying to do too much now. They used to be the go to place for brows but now they don’t have enough people and it takes 45 minutes for you to get your eyebrows done.

Got my nails and hair done here! Absolutely loved both! Staff are really friendly and the nail tech did my nails exactly how I wanted in the picture! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Went there because I saw it had a five star rating . The girl poked my eye so hard when the thread broke didn’t even apologize. She her sweet time and didn’t even do a good job , honestly rather pay more for a better service .
