Nice theater with a good sound system BUT at times it was way too loud. I dont believe there was anyone in the audience thinking turn it up. One thing they can, and should, fix immediately is the turning of the stage. The theater is in the round and the center slowly rotates so everyone gets a good view of the performers. The stage frequently took long breaks where we were looking at the performers backs. Not exactly in the round. The concession stands were outrageously expensive, but they have the best soft pretzels and vodka drinks Ive ever had. Compared to concession stands at other venues, the $58 pricetag for the delicious two drinks and a pretzel, kind of made it worth it.Speaking of drinking... Lots of drunk people as is typical but security usually keeps them in their place. Unfortunately the security guard sitting by us was a nice guy, too nice. One patron kept coming up front, shouting very obnoxious sexual comments to the female performers, and fell into me. This guy was making the rounds and after several strong warnings from a different security guard, he was eventually removed. Seriously NYCB theater, no nice guy security guards. Having fun is one thing, but this patron crossed the lines several times. All in all it was a good time, but there is some serious room for improvement.

I love going to. westbury , Everyone Is So Friendly & Nice even the security but too be honest the concession Stands could do better the drinks are good .. I was there last night we brought Popcorn & Pretzel and realized after getting to our seat the popcorn was cold no butter and the pretzel hard as a rock , When I returned to ask for warm popcorn the nice gentleman stated the popcorn was made since 4 pm and it is what it and all the pretzels are the same , If You can’t sell good eatable stop selling it , Very Disappointed

Venues nice, make sure you get there over 2 hours early. I got there an hour early and it look an hour just to go one block to get into the parking lot. They have no one directing traffic until you get inside the parking and still you are left to figure out where to park. Super unorganized in getting into the venue. They had a few lines and each were point in different directions. Once in the venue it’s crazy if you want something to eat or drink, again left to figure out where to line up BUT once you are at your seat, it was nice. Every seat has a great view.

Excellent venue for concerts as every seat is a good seat practically. Theater is in the round and rotates slowly meaning everyone will have a great view of the artist and performances several times a show.We saw Franki Valli and he was Excellent.Place is clean and they offer drinks and food snacks if you so desire. Relatively small so again easy in and out and usually a more mature crowd which we like.Wish they had more big names performing is my only thought of something that could be improved upon.Otherwise 5 Stars highly reccomend.Franki Valli again was AMAZING!!!

Good, intimate venue, although since part of seats closed for this particular show, it would have been nice for cameras/tvs to show more. Decent bar. Parking needs to have better direction by crew as spots were empty in rows and some places cars were over 2 spaces.Food selection, even in the club, is very limited.

I remember one time we were late and he just started to performed and we were walking down looking for our seat. And he was stopped singing and ask us if we found our seat and if somebody is occupying our seat? Then he came over to help me check our seat❤️. I don’t expect that he will came and helped and give a hug to me. That was a memorable night. ❤️❤️❤️

Seating not bad...you get what you pay for.My only issue is leaving the parking lot. Ive suggested that they put up number and/or letter markers to help guests find their cars. It can be quite overwhelming.P.S. Recently enjoyed Terry Fator(talented singer, ventriloquist, and comedian), and the timeless Dionne Warwick.

Awesome venue to see a show..in the round and for some shows the stage rotates and some acts will only use 2/3 of venue and stage will not rotate. Kevin hart.... HILARIOUS! A great showman. As for the music fair, if I could give them negative stars I would.Post dinner/Pre show getting to and inside the theatre, ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!! 5 minute ride from the restaurant to the theater took an hour and a half. The auxiliary police, police and the staff of the theater did a lousy job with traffic on Brush Hollow road and into the parking lot. Getting into the theatre and to our seats, another forty minutes. A total crazy fest!! 3,000 people trying to get into this small venue does not work....DOES NOT WORK when you dont have it set up correctly.NYCB, your lack of organization, lack of proper information from your staff (and wrong information) and the traffic into your grounds is disastrous! The show was supposed to start 10pm, It didnt start until 1106pm. Dont even try getting a cocktail. The lines and crowds in the lobby were horrendous. There was no air conditioning in the lobby and it felt like a sauna. The sound system needs to be fixed or needs updating, as we could barely hear the act at times, it kept going in and out. Then they gave us these bags to lock our phones up in because the artist did not want anybody using their cell phones. So God forbid, you have an emergency (how would you know, you cant look at whos calling you!!!!) You have to jump up out of your seat, run outside and have them unlock your bag just to get on your phone. No smart watches either! I understand this was the artists decision, but again, without organization, adding that extra layer of locking our phones and 3,000 people jammed together like sardines trying to walk through MAYBE three metal detectors was so disgusting!Planning 2 shows back-to-back was NOT THE SMARTEST idea when traffic is leaving and other traffic is trying to get in and both shows are basically sold out.Enjoyed the show but dont think Ill ever go through this again, at least not at this venue who cant manage huge crowds!! The aggravation is not worth the price we paid for those seats at this venue. You need to completely revamp the place, the entrance/exit and everything else.

My new favorite venue. Although it is a little dated the seats are comfy. I ran around and sat in alot of different seats and they are all the same 17 inch size in width. Which is excellent compared to the 15 inches offered by large arenas that are all about packing in people not comfort. I did not experience any dirty bathrooms or venue. Like I said dated but not dirty. The staff was very friendly. The concession stand, which offers popcorn, drinks, and snacks, had a small line that moved quickly and I was greeted with a smile. The ushers showed us to our seats and was also very pleasant. I loved the security. I do not mind waiting 5 minutes to get wanded and I already had my purse unzipped ready to get checked. I liked the peace of mind. Great job everyone! It is a round venue with the stage in the middle. Every seat is terrific. *TIP*: I tried the very last row against the wall and the seat width was still good but no leg room! I am 5 foot 8 inches tall and I was in discomfort with my knees in the back of the seat infront of me. I asked my friendly usher about it and she even said they have alot if complaints about that rows leg room.

Great venue not too big, has a revolving stage, easy to get to off the parkways. The only negative are the horrible parking attendants. There is simply no need for them. The NYCB Theatre is a delightful, intimate venue. Although the we purchased tickets close to the stage, any seat would have been enjoyable. The stage is round, so I dont believe any views would be obstructed. The sound system was excellent. The Westbury has multiple bars serving a variety of refreshments. We enjoyed very fresh hot pretzels, bottomless popcorn, and two specialty drinks. There is plenty of free parking which is another positive. My only critique is they need to host more performances.

Ive only been here twice but I can honestly say that Ive had a great time both times. Coliseum seating makes for a more intimate setting. The stage sits in the middle and rotates to give the entire crowd a chance to be in front of the performer. Comfortable seating and helpful staff makes for a more pleasurable experience. I will say that the bathroom area could be bigger to deal with the larger crowds. The drinks cost about what youd expect. Also, theres plenty of FREE parking. And getting in and out is easy.

This is a wonderful venue to see world class performances. The seating is stadium style and the stage revolves, for many shows, in the round tent structure. There’s really no bad seat even if you’re sitting all the way in the back row.Over the years I’ve seen Ray Charles, Tony Bennett, Dionne Warwick, and Smoky Robinson perform. Last night I saw the Fab Four, considered one of the greatest Beatle tribute bands. I was sitting in Section B, Row R (all the way back) and the seats were great as you can see from the photo. I was able to get $20 tickets at the last minute through Live Nation‘s National Concert week. There are refreshment stands in the lobby including wine and beer and servers go up and down the aisles with lighted trays if you want to order something during the show. You can also upgrade your ticket so you can sit in privacy in their cocktail lounge before the show. There’s also plenty of parking including handicap. My only criticism is that the theater could use some TLC. I don’t know when the last renovation was but it could use some updating. Other than that I feel lucky to live only 25 minutes away from this wonderful performing arts theater. Can’t wait to see another show there!

Let me tell you that this theater is amazing in its ability to give you some of the best seats in the house that you will ever have. I could have literally run up and punched any number of celebrities in the face but the beauty is this venue gives you such a great experience you dont feel like flipping out and killing people after spending $4,000 on front row tickets. You know it is a little disconcerting that as youre sitting there watching the show after paying $4,000 for front row tickets that the stage slowly but surely circles away from you it does circle back but this could be the worst venue for sound that Ive ever been in. Im not sure why but I have never heard or I should say I have never missed hearing so many frequencies in my entire life. At first I thought I was having a stroke and was slipping towards the great unknown because I just could not hear any middle and low to Middle frequencies. The lower end was made up of an overdriven cacaphony, just completely distorted pierced with intermittent crackling like an elephant stomping on bubble packing. And as if these loud sudden bursts of popping werent enough to aggravate you, like needles piercing the eardrum, the cacophonous blast of distorted low end was starting to actually tickle the part of my spine that controlled my bladder and I almost made a whoopsie. It was starting to make my ears feel as if somebody was pouring battery acid mixed with rock salt into the irritated, freshly torn open wounds in my already bleeding eardrums, yet every time my head begged me to get out of there and stop this I just yelled, What?! I cant hear you!! My ears are bleeding and my vas deferens have exploded!!! before I relented & silently subjected myself to more torture.... Because it was zz F+ingTop. Even my Emotional Support Emu Tedward Livingstone the 9th was upset and clawed the living death out of a lady in the cheap seats.

It was sold out show but only the hardcore fans showed up due to the weather. We all sat up front and the band did a Q&A with us since there was so few people. The space between rows is very tight though and should be remedied. Also some better traffic flow to get in and out of the show would add to the experience. Overall two thumbs up!

We went to see Kevin Hart. The parking was a nightmare, the lines moved quickly, but you had to bag your cell phone for this show and wait on line again for it to be unlocked after the show was over. If your purse is over a certain size you cant bring it in and have to treck back to your car to secure it. My advice is to get there early enough to park on the premises, carry a small bag and wear comfortable shoes.

I enjoy Westbury theater, its small and the view is good. I do feel they need to up their security. Multiple people in a group a few rows down were continously smoking pot through out the concert, they were over their limit with alcohol as well. This was a lee brice concert which is usually a well behaved crowd. There were young kids in the audience. This was not a place for this. There were 8 of them cramed into 6 seats. A little dissappointing. The women in front of us was giving her partner a lap dance as he felt up her breast and sang out there like pillows it was an interesting night.

The acts were fabulous. The sound not so much. Nice venue, however, the ramps to get to your seats are extremely steep and not the most accessible for people with disabilities. If you wear heels, be prepared with another shoe option for going up/down the ramps. Most disappointing is the treatment of people who are taller than average, who are told to sit or move even though there were many others standing. Were told to sit so that people in the vip box can see, but other people in front were blocking our view but werent told to sit down.I understand that being courteous to others is a priority but, try to consider how tall people feel when theyre the ones who miss most of the performances.Other than these inconveniences, its an alright event space.
