The NOW Massage Westlake Village

I’ve been going to The Now for a long time and have always loved their atmosphere and vibe so I was so excited when they opened the one in Westlake closer to me. The staff in whole is incredibly welcoming and helpful. My massage therapist Pia is wonderful! I am so thankful to her. She creates such a positive and relaxing environment and I always leave a session feeling the benefits of the massage. I have always had lower back issues where certain spots are incredibly sensitive and painful to the touch but seeing her regularly those spots have improved wonders!

I absolutely love Now Massage! I had a 50 minute massage and my massage therapist, Jennifer, made me feel totally comfortable. She did a great job and made sure that I was comfortable with the level of pressure applied. The front desk staff were very friendly. The decor is unique with a very cool bohemian vibe. I enjoyed my massage so much that I decided to sign up for their monthly membership plan. This isn’t a typical spa experience. They don’t have locker rooms or showers, but this is an excellent place to have a nice relaxing massage without all the extra fluff. They offer 25, 50 and 80 minute massages that include some aromatherapy. They also have some lovely add ons like scalp serums. I’m already looking forward to my next massage.

Perfect massage without all the spa fuss! My sisters and I booked massages and we each had amazing experiences. The masseuse was on time and the establishment was very nice! Although the room is shared by all guests there is a very private and intimate feeling that you’re the only one there. I am contemplating becoming a member!

Been getting massages here for almost a year and can’t recommend it enough! Love the style of the place and how nice everyone is, really good vibes! I got an 80 minute massage from Charlie today and had to write a review. Absolutely exceptional and she even slipped in an incredible face massage - never experienced that before, almost went to another dimension!

This was, by far, the greatest and highest elevation of a massage experience I have ever been fortunate enough to have. I walked inside and immediately felt comfortable and welcome, even before the kind staff said hello. It was just an aura I sensed right away. The front desk treated me very genuinely and kind. They guided me through their unique options of enhancements. My masseuse, Ellis, was impeccable and most professional. I signed up for a twice monthly membership, as this experience as a whole was such a distinct level higher than any other massage experience Ive had before. THANK YOU FOR DOING IT RIGHT!!! I have ~NOW found a uniquely beautiful home for all my future massages.

Such a top notch experience!! On a late Friday night I booked an appointment for the following day. Website was super easy to use & I was shocked at how much availability they had. The staff were attentive and very professional. The facility is gorgeous!! My massage therapist was Charlie and she was ahhhhhh-mazing!!!! I was so impressed that I signed up for a membership on the spot!

Book Jessica!! The best massage I have had in a while in Westlake/Thousand oaks. She massages every point of your body. I request a deep tissue massage and that is exactly what I got and more. She’s strong! She also has really good small hands that feel so good. I highly highly recommend her!!EDIT: There are 2 Jessicas now and I rec Jessica S.! Also really enjoyed my massage by Nana T.

The Now is absolutely amazing. My therapist was Charli and she was spectacular- very intuitive and probably one of the best massages I had. Definitely coming back

I enjoyed a wonderful massage with Jade. I did an 80 minute massage with the scalp treatment add on. Highly recommend adding the scalp treatment - it was so nice. The ambiance is great and provides a relaxing vibe despite it being a “shared” room (there’s curtains). I will definitely be back!

Pia has been absolutely wonderful! She has literally changed my life. My body feels more at peace and better that it has in a very long time.

This massage was everything I needed and more. I have alot of stress and tension in my body and the massage was so therapeutic and everything I asked for. The check in, and check out was flawless. The ambiance and environment is so warm, inviting , and clean. I bought two products from the retail area and they’re both amazing! I got a cute necklace also. I will definitely be back for a massage in the future. Thank you so much for the beautiful experience.

Jade did an excellent job with the combined Swedish and deep tissue work. She also helped me identify an injury. Very patient and thoughtful.

I am pregnant and have been having neck tension and headaches so my doctor recommended I get a massage. When I checked in, I was turned away because I am considered too early in pregnancy. Even though my doctor approved it. My mom had an appointment booked with me and they tried to send me away but told her she had to get her massage. They said we would both be charged because they have a 12 hour cancellation policy. Even though I just booked the appointments 2 hours prior. Ridiculous policy and ridiculous to threaten to charge us. Bad customer service and I’ll definitely not be coming back. A pregnant woman should have the right to choose when she would like to receive a massage, especially when recommended by a doctor.

What a wonderful, relaxing experience! my husband and i have both been here on separate occasions and it was worth it. the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the open concept — it was all beautifully done. rylie was my therapist and she did a great job! they have a great membership program too!

Wow! I booked an emergency massage here when my regular therapist was out of town, and after my massage with Christina G., I left with a membership! The membership terms are pretty simple and basic compared to other chain memberships Ive had in the past, so I really didnt mind signing up knowing that I could cancel at any time.

Have had numerous massages in my life, and my massage this evening at The Now in westlake village was truly incredible- a world class massage with service and facilities to match. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you Stephanie & The Now staff, keep it up!!!

Great experience - 10/10. Great location with plenty of parking and other places like Mendocino Farms nearby. The staff was very welcoming, extremely accommodating and actually listened to what I wanted. The space itself is very well-done and soothing. Highly recommend.
