This is an incredible spa and after spending many special occasions at the nearby Four Seasons Spa, Spa Relais comes out on top. One may almost hope that it stays a hidden gem to retain the lack of crowds at the spa pool. You don’t need to worry about getting a seat at the pool there is plenty of room. A few minor cons of this spa was that the outdoor pool was right next to the restaurant Mediterraneo and there happened to be a party from 11:30am -2:30pm on Saturday playing loud music with lots of screaming and cheering. If you wanted to come here to relax and enjoy peace and quiet this did not happen for us due to this. The massages were good but very short. They have 50 minutes or 80 minutes. 50 minutes was all that was available when booking. Massage therapist came out 5 minutes late but stopped right at the 50 min mark. Throughout the massage she was pausing for long periods of time fiddling in drawers (time spent was more than just grabbing more oil). Overall was a very nice and clean facility but they could improve on such simple things like not cutting their massages short or simply extending to 60 min if they need breaks in between or are going to show up late.
Very nice visit. we got a couples massage, and it was very nice. The spa its self was great. The massage therapist was very nice with an awesome massage that will definitely return for our next staycation
Decided to go to this Spa for a special day with the wife for her birthday and we really enjoyed our time at Spa Relais. We had massages at 4pm so we decided to come earlier to lounge by the pool and have lunch which was good quality. The customer service was top tier, everyone was very accommodating and going the extra mile for us which was great since it was on a busier day. For example, we had one issue with the food bill but the Pool Manager reviewed the bill with me and I told them what we ordered and she was able to fix the issue quickly which I am grateful for. We had a few questions on the amenities and everyone walked us through and helped us. One thing to note, my wife said the womens bathroom was busy, so you may need to work around that but for the guys there was nobody, so I had the spot to my self. If you want to go and take a day away from the bustle of life come here and enjoy. We will be coming back and may try the hotel as well.
This place transports you to a relaxing paradise. The staff are so friendly and kind. They have thought of everything-someone in my party forgot a bathing suit and they had an adorable one for purchase in the gift shop. The treatment I had was fantastic too. The therapist listened to my needs and met them. The food is fresh, healthy, delicious too! The pool /hot tub are relaxing and a fantastic way to spend time with your party. The common areas;the quiet zone peaceful, beautifully decorated, inviting but reminds people they need to be focused on their self care spa day(aka no need for phones). The locker room has such a beautiful energy too. The cleanliness is kept up and spotless in all the areas. The cold shower, regular showers, toilets and sinks, and the getting ready areas-make up/hairdryer stations. But the jade steam room and salt sauna are the icing on the cake-or maybe its the luxurious robes they loan you. Either way your time here is relaxing and wishing you could bring its amenities home with you. Highly recommend and look forward to the day I get to go back.
They simply didnt let us in. Previously we came to find out all information regarding spa accomodations, prices, policy regarding walk-ins, and they told us all the info, all made sense, walk-ins are fine. However when we came here the second time to buy walk-in day pass to enjoy steam room, sauna and pool, and order some cocktails and fruit bowls, they said they cant let us in! Saying they dont allow walk-ins on Saturday, that we have to book specific service from the menu in order to use the spa. When my family member said she will book massage, they quickly responded that they have nothing available! But thats not true, the place was far from full. And the manager came to simply force us to leave. This is ridiculous. We, the respectable paying guests came here to have a spa/sauna day to enjoy, only to be told we cannot buy day access and in a rude way forced to leave! For all luxury SPA places around US that we have visited, this is a first time when the spa REQUIRES you to buy extra service before you can simply enjoy spa and access steam room, sauna and pool. This is unacceptable treatment that has left a bad splat on our vacation.
I had an absolutely amazing time at Spa Realis with my girlfriends on August 4 for my birthday. The staff is friendly and top notch and my massage therapist, Chelsea was out of this world amazing. My girlfriends and I enjoyed all the amenities and the drinks and food were so delicious! We loved the guacamole and the turkey burger. The berry mojito was just too good to just sip. Lol!! We will be back. This has become a birthday tradition. Lots of love to the men and women who make Spa Realis a slice of heaven on earth. 🥰😘
Second Chances! An amazing spa facility and the customer service was just what you’d expect for Westlake Village - TOP NOTCH!! I visited the spa summer of 2021 and had a negative experience with the pool customer service. I gave the spa another chance and happy i did. The spa recently took over the management of the pool area. My girlfriend and I were taken care of by Jorge. He was so attentive and sweet. The food is delicious - we ordered salads and had several yummy cocktails. (Sorry no pictures as it was truly a “disconnect” type of trip!) We stayed at the spa and lounged at the pool nearly ALL day! It was just what we needed. Our massages were incredible and the facility is superb. Everything you need, they have! This is a must for girls day, couple getaway or any kind of self care activity. I will be back!
I visited the spa over the weekend and had the most wonderful experience. My Massage therapist was Jenna for a deep tissue massage. She was absolutely amazing! I then followed it up with a nice restful meditation in one of the meditation beds they offer. I then went into the sauna and steam rooms and finished my visit off with their snowfall shower. Literally ice comes down from the ceiling! It was pretty amazing! I can’t wait to return.
I have visited this spa multiple times in the last few months and have had various treatments. Each visit, I have been blown away by the customer service, and I always leave feeling so relaxed. The spa itself is peaceful, and the design is just breathtaking. Hannah, the spa supervisor, has greeted me each time upon checking in and she is always so friendly and helpful. She goes above and beyond. Today I had a deep tissue massage with Deborah and she was phenomenal! I highly recommend her as she is very attentive, smart, and definitely has healing hands. I also received a hydrating facial with Reba. It was my second time getting a facial with Reba, and both times I have left with glowing skin that lasts weeks. I highly recommend this spa. Its beautiful inside and out, you can relax by the pool after your treatment and each lunch, and the people that work there are lovely.
It was a birthday gift for my wife and daughter, yes they have the same birthday. They absolutely loved it 100% they said the staff was great the other guests were great and didnt act booshie. They said it was way better than the four seasons spa gift cards I got them years ago. My wife wants to go back with me but said she gets the Sama massage therapist that she had the first time.
Absolutely sublime- great facials and by far one of THE BEST massages I’ve ever experienced.I recommend early appointments so you can experience soaking up the sun over lunch by the pool
What an amazing experience! Greeted with cranberry mimosas from such a lovely staff! My body scrub was fantastic. The whole atmosphere is spot on! Highly recommend!
Spa Relais is clearly well managed, from check in/out to locker room assistant to the poolside service and masseuse the customer service was flawless! The Spa surroundings are comfortable and the decor is gorgeous. Compared to The Four Seasons it lacks the stuffiness and has a very relaxed vibe while still maintaining excellent quality and professionalism. Spa Relais has the sophistication of an LA Spa but lucky for us it’s right here in the Conejo Valley!
I’ve been cabin fever for a long while and Spa Relais has been a great getaway. Beautiful design and details. Great customer service and very attentive. I’m usually a Ojai Valley Inn and Burke Williams go-er but I found Spa Relais closer to me. Maria is my go to masseuse. She’s super sweet and her hands are a gift! I’m a small person but can take deep pressure and she has relieved the tightness! It’s been my second time and I plan on coming back atleast every beginning of the season!
What a gorgeous property. Epitome of a spa. Such a beautiful experience. I almost want to keep this place a secret. I go to different spas often and this one by far is morw superior. Paid so much to detail and everything was just perfect. Great job Spa Relais.
Incredible! I loved my facial with Jenn! I loved the saunas, the details and the incredible products and scents! Amazing place to relax and rejuvenate💖
A wonderful place to relax and find some peace. Treatment rooms and. Therapist are first class. Expensive but worth every penny.
Love love love getting a facial here! And their seasonal drinks are delicious!
