He takes the time to thoroughly assess my condition and carefully explained the treatment plan he has in mind. His knowledge and professionalism gave me confidence in his abilities, and I felt reassured that I was in capable hands.Overall, my experience was exceptional. Amazing! I had had nexk pain for over a year, I smashed my head ontonthe aide of the pool while doing laps. Finally came here after it was recommended. Mayra, therapist, did miracles. Not going to lie. Treatment hurt, but it got rid of my pain and it return my mobility!!! All therapist are soooooooo nice!!!!!! Dr. Is super cool. I rave to everyone about this place.

I went in for a massage due to some tightness in my back and neck, and I came out feeling a lot of relief. Norma the massage therapist was fantastic and she applied the right amount of pressure on the muscles that were aching. I 100% recommend this establishment.

Staff is friendly and are very empathetic. I have not been able to get a massage because I am ticklish. Cristal understood that and was able to put enough pressure so I would enjoy my massage without laughing.

I really like this place! I came in with problems with my sciatic nerve and was in pain. After the first session, I felt so much better. I had been taking Ibuprofen every day for the pain and with one treatment I didn’t have to take any more. I highly recommend this place.

So far, Ive gone twice, and I always leave feeling relief from my back pain. Everyone at Pinnacle Health makes visiting such a positive and relaxing experience.

Staff was great. The Dr. was great at explaining what was wrong with my back and what his recommendations were for treatment. There was no pressure to set up extra sessions. After first session I feel a big difference with the lower back pain I was experiencing.

I called and stated I was looking for a chiropractor. When I came in someone that I believe was a massage therapist talked with me for a while. He then determined I had bilateral sciatica (?). I was placed into a room where he then called upon another massage therapist to come and work on me. He had me lay down on a table. The lady didnt speak much English but informed me she was going to hurt me, they basically yanked down my pants while I was laying down and she started in. I have never experienced pain like this either having a massage or from a chiropractor. I finally had to scream enough and she stopped and hooked me to a tens unit for 15 minutes. She came back in and did the same thing again. I never saw a chiropractor and I dont have bilateral sciatica. I have been going to chiropractors for 48 yrs so this isnt my first rodeo. I could barely get off the table and bounced off the walls while walking out of the clinic. I was bruised, hurt and was afraid I would get blood clots for severalweeks after until I was able to find a chiropractor that actually worked on me. I will never set foot in this office again. I would have given them 0 stars but couldnt post this without selecting one star.

When I check in, I filled a paper where I indicated where I was having pain, basically on the shoulder. When I was inside, I was told that the Dr. looked at the papers and recommended a massage on my back. It was a hand massage, and after that they placed some electro-stimulators that gives electricity to some muscles to have them contracted and released. Finally after finished all of this the Dr. arrived. I had plenty of questions but could not feel those were fully answered. He did some movements in my back, like judo movements. And finally told that I could come back again if I like it and just ask for the massage or electrostimulation or the judo moves. But, how can I tell what I need for my shoulder pain? something worked because I feel a little better after that, but the pain now was more of the massage and the judo and the electricity. But well, my expectation was to receive information like if I got a tenditis or something more technical about my condition. And information about what specific treatment or therapy I needed for that specific issue, how often, etc. After the 3rd day I continued to have the pain in the shoulder and no more information than before I went to this office.

Really enjoy my sessions. Everyone is very friendly and professional.

Dr Hernandez is really rude and does not have patience for patients. Easily agitated. I do NOT RECOMMEND.

This Dr doesnt work for you. He is a crook I filed complaints on him I definitely would not recommend him at all especially if you are in a lot of pain and need care hes not gonna help. Stay away

I am very happy with the result of my first treatment, for the leg pain I had. I hope my second session arrives soon. Many thanks to the clinic staff for their kind treatment of me. Two years ago, I was at the Clinic for treatment for shoulder pain, thank God and the fabulous medical team, that horrible pain has not returned. My recommendation is to try it. Blessings for all.
