Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Elements Massage Alamo!The location in the plaza is super convenient. The ambiance is clean and welcoming, with a team that delivers fantastic customer service.I recently had a massage with Ileen, who went above and beyond to ensure I received top-notch service. After the massage session, I received a personalized recommendation card filled by my massage therapist, suggesting areas to focus on, home care recommendations, and alternative therapist recommendations.Loved the option to enhance my massage with various essential oils, like lavender, orange, or eucalyptus, for just $10 extra. They even offer CBD oil for $25. While I didnt try the cupping therapy or Himalayan salt stone yet, theyre definitely on my radar.Plus, the month-to-month membership perks are unbeatable – a free 1-hour massage every month! Unused sessions roll over, and you get member-adjusted prices for 1 hour, 90 min, and 2-hour massages.Highly recommend this spot for anyone seeking a rejuvenating experience.

Elements is great. Ive had the pleasure of working with a lot of their massage therapists over the last year, and without exception, they have been communicative, professional, and thorough. The subscription is definitely worth it!

I had an appt with Ileen and I was impressed by her addressing my areas of concern and recognizing other problem areas that needed additional attention. The whole experience was relaxing and I left feeling good. I frequent spa places because of chronic shoulder, back and feet pain (due to sitting at my computer too much and sports activities) and have to say this was the best massage I have had in awhile. I also love that the salon is in a convenient location (“downtown” Alamo right off the freeway), open 7 days a week and sends emails with avail appts for the upcoming week. I will be going back!

Im really upset. Based on reviews, I was so excited to purchase this service for my husband as a birthday gift, and it was a surprise for him, I made the appointment by phone and we traveled for 20min to get there . once my husband got there, they told him your appointment doesnt exist, although he showed them the confirmation message we received from them.Otherwise, the receptionist was nice with him, and rescheduled him for another day, but it was so sad that my surprise didnt work the way I was planning to 🥺

We had a great first experience at Elements! I got massages for my boys as a graduation gift, and we all throughly enjoyed the experience. Very professional and clean - and the staff is super friendly.

Ileen was absolutely amazing! The right amount of pressure and very knowledgeable. She made a 50 minute massage feel like an hour and a half. I highly recommend here for a massage, she worked wonders on my neck.A note to management, when I was there they were discussing with the massage staff issues that I thought should be discussed privately and not out front for all the clients to hear. It wasn’t private client info, just not professional to discuss in a client area that you would think they would want to be relaxing. Also , you can hear a lot of what the front desk is doing and saying in your massage if they aren’t mindful about their volume. I would still go back because Ileen made up for that, but just FYI to the two front desk people, handle business in the back.

Had a wonderful 2 hour massage session with Andrew. Pressure was perfect and the Himalayan hot stones was amazing. Kevin is the co-owner and a great salesmen… I have a membership now!

Super clean. Receptionist was helpful and friendly. My masseuse was attentive to my problem areas and asked throughout the massage about his pressure level. He also didn’t tell to me durning my massage which I appreciate (I’m a silent massage type gal). I’ll be back soon.

I’m a founding member, getting 1 massage a month. I’m 4 months in and very happy. The location is convenient and the therapists cater to my needs. This location is brand new and super clean. I recommend trying Elements in Alamo.

Kamil was phenomenal. She even had a chocolate for me on the massage table. The temp, lighting, and music in the room were perfect. Kamil checked in to ensure I was comfortable, but not too much. She provided stretches for me to do at home to at home as well.
