Unqualified personnel... Dont know how to explain... Clients beware.. they forgot to put the discount on the items..BOGO they called... One get the half.. so they refund back to my card.. Without explaining correct... I get the refund knowing its taking back 5 to 7 business days... But they failed to say I had to pay again...a high amount for their error... Trying to make me pay over 75 cuz of their error... Even tho Im 7 days I get 42 back... UN appropriate and UN tolerable.. and its not the only time that has happened... Thats why I stopped coming

Dont go to vape city I REPEAT DONT GO TO VAPE CITY!!Rude customer service i purchased a cartboy strio battery 2 days ago first day i got it the bottom cap came off this morning it melted all my cart and the wax went thru the battery i go to return it they tell me its my fault for not going when the cap came off all they said was to bad we cant do anything about it total loss 55$ cart plus battery whack return policies also they sell broken glass pipes so keep an eye out the majority of glass is cracked just a heads up

Came in today and Chris really took the time to help me out and new what he was selling will definitely be coming back again for my smoke needs.

I got the new vape called drag 4 Friday evening and it has been leaking like crazy its literally brand new , I called the store and complained about it and they said they couldnt do anything about it which is ridiculous and the most ridiculous part was the fact that the manager told the employee that he knew that those mods were known to leak but still didnt address it to the employees to stop customers buying a busted vape and the employee said the manager couldnt help me out which is wrong because I bought a vape with expections of it working how its suppose to be intended to work ! I am completely frustrated at the fact that I am not able to get an exchange!

Bought a puff bar tried it & it was fine but 2 hrs later flavor went away & by that time it was closed called today in the morning & they said they cant do nothing since its past the 12hrs

One of the girls (with purple hair) that works there is hella rude. its closest to me but Id rather drive farther to get help from someone that is at least a little friendly.
