This is my vavorite vape store and smoke shop. They are Wonderful, kind and friendly. 10 stars if I could.

Bought a batter charger that broke within a week. Then the mod I bought broke couple weeks later. Said they couldn’t do anything for me. I mentioned how I could replace the mod online for half the price was told go ahead then. Seems like there not to concerned about taking care of the customer. Even know this is the closest vape shop. I would gladly drive further for better customer service.

Very clean establishment and courteous employees. Went here to pick up products for my husband and the employees were really helpful, I really appreciated their insight and advice.

I love this store. They have a fantastic selection of everything I ever needed and their prices cant be beat. The customer service is the best, especially Nick. We moved across the country to Georgia and Im really going to miss this store. I cant recommend it enough. If I ever get back to CA Ill definitely be stopping in!

I enjoy going in to this shop. They have specific things that other stores don’t offer. Their customer service is amazing. Very kind people. I was inquiring about an item there and the employee, who I believe is one of the owners told me not to waste my money. That they had only sold 2 of them in the last 3 years. Being an owner, you’d think that they would talk it up just to make a sell. Nope, not this place. Very honest people who obviously care about their customers. Unfortunately, those kind of qualities are very far, few, and in between. Highly recommend this shop for anyone who is looking for any kind of smoking essentials.

Very happy with the way they handle business. Had an issue getting a hold of a pod and was taken care and resolved in a timely manner. Seems like they take good care of their customers.

The absolute best customer service I have ever had. New to the vape world, these guys will answer your silly questions (even if you aren’t buying anything) with no complaints. Also they have great deals on disposables vapes.

I literally drive from North Redding just to come here. They have absolutely every single thing you need for any type of smoking need you have which is the first thing and second thing is that if they dont have it theyll get it. Best customer service and best employees pretty much anywhere of any type of store I love this place. Youll come here and you will not go anywhere else after.

My favorite smoke shop anywhere around here, I get all my supplies there. The workers are the best part of going, they are knowledgeable and friendly and remember you. I get cigarettes, papers and rollers, kratom and delta 9 vapes. Dont go anywhere else!

Anderson Vapes n Smokes customer service and technical knowledge of it products is unmatched. Nick and Casey at the shop there will answer any questions and solve any vape or smoke related problem you have give you the best recommendation of product you are looking for. I have been regularly going to this shop for about 4+ years. Their selection of different vape juices and smokes is top shelf quality. They also sell glassware for every occasion. Their most recent expansion features a humidty controlled cigar room for you tobacco connoisseurs. They carry top of the line and most uptodate products and technologies for your smoking and medicinal needs and to top it all off they are always running discounts and deals. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. If theres was an option for 6 stars I would give it 100 instead because nothing matches the quality you recieve in a service like this store.

Got sent to this shop from another shop in redding to check out the store and glass they carry here. Really clean and well laid out and the selection of glass and other little nic-nac things is endless. I could be in the store for hours.

I stumbled across Anderson Vapes N Smokes shortly after I moved to the area and it has been my go-to spot for cigarettes ever since. The staff is friendly and transactions are completed quickly. The prices are the best Ive found. I dont know a lot about the vape side, but Id say 70%of the store is dedicated to that and when Im in the store, most of the customers are there for vape-related products. When I see the vape customer / store staff interaction, the staff members seem to be extremely knowledgeable about their products. Id check em out if you are in the market for either smokes or vapes or both.

Love the layout of the store you can see what your buying and thats a plus for me. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It has become my favorite shop in Anderson and its staying that way

I got suggested by the other guy at redding tobacco n vapez to come here for glass and I tell you what the selection they have is endless it feels like. Also very kind. On top of that the customer service from the employees are a 10/10

There are quite a few smoke shops around Anderson but I always go to Vapes N Smokes... They have a great selection of everything, really good prices and the most important thing is how insanely awesome their customer service is!!! Probably the best smoke shop Ive ever been in. Ultra friendly staff, great prices, good deals. Couldnt ask for a better experience honestly.

This is a great vape store. Great selection of different juices, both regular and salts, and the price is great. Generally 100ml bottle for $20 where most stores in the area or Redding charge $30. The display cases are on the customer side of the counter so a blind guy like me could read all the different flavors and mgs available. The have all the coils you could need, and the staff is totally helpful. Ive texted them to ask if they have a specific flavor in a few times even. Not called but texted. And they respond 😃I only go here now

The staff are very cooperative and are full of energy ever time I go in and even being quite new to the scene it feels really comfortable and they have answered any question I have without making me feel stupid
