Honestly? Almost felt kinda snubbed at first. Get Weird has very friendly staff that recommended we go there for something they didnt have in stock.The Vapor Mill did have it, but staff didnt seem very... happy to be serving us? Not sure what it was, but the vibe in the beginning was off putting.*Note: It did change after we hung around and sampled some juices, which is pretty cool to get to do. We spent almost $100 on juices, coils and whatnot. I do like getting to sample before you pay out for a whole bottle**Edit** Staff is in desperate need of retraining on guest relations. Ive never been to a place that makes you feel so unwelcome time and again. I understand one bad day, but in the 10+ times Ive been there, theyve been terrible nearly every time.Yes, the mixed juice is nice, but you can get 120ml bottles from Electric City Hemp on 28 for only $10 anyhow. They always seem friendly and personable there, too.

Okay so rating a Vape shop is something I never thought I would do but I have 2 now that deserve a mention. This is by far the most organized and clean shop I have gone into and the ladies were helpful and had everything I asked for. I definitely recommend

Obsessed with CVM. The staff is THE BEST. Every single person there takes there time to answer any and all questions and are very knowledgeable about the devices and such. Seriously dont understand some of the reviews on here about the staff. They make you feel like they have known you for years. The juice is top notch and so are the devices. I drive 30 min. across town just to get coils because I love the staff so much. HIGHLY recommend.

A tad pricey and my son didnt like the flavor blend at all. He said it didnt taste even a little like what it was supposed to be. I dont usually use a mod vape pen but I tried it and I couldnt help but agree. The service was great and the shop is trendy and well organized.

I always come here for my vape supplies! The employees here are so kind and helpful! Very chill place they don’t make you feel dumb about any questions you ask! I love coming here. And every since I started vaping the juices from here I can breathe better. I use to smoke cigarettes I felt nasty smoking and now I can stay vaping and feel great! I recommend this place!

Im personally not big on their juices for the most part however they do have some that are good. Great place to get mods, tanks and other accessories though. The staff is also friendly and willing to help.

This is the only vape store I go too, Juli and all her staff are great and always make me feel welcomed every time I come in to get juice and what not

Great looking vape shop, but will not be returning they have horrible customer service. It was my first time coming into the shop, and I instantly felt like a burden. Older lady was not helpful, and was insanely rude. Take your business elsewhere!

Awesome juice flavors! Havent had a bad one yet. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Sometimes I just go in and ask them to surprise me!!

My son in law bought my wife the innokin ez watt prism s kit about 60 day ago from Carolina Vapor Mill in Anderson, will the glass got a crack on the tank an I call them about a replacement tank an was told that they dont carry parts for this unit ( t20s tank or coils ) but they would be happy to sell me or you another 60 dollar ez watt kit. I even tried to return it for something they do have replacement parts for an was told by the Lady Manger that its past 45 days. So I would highly recommend that you go to one of the many other. Vape stores around Anderson. An I notice that they only a address the reviews of the one that gave them a good review an didnt bother asking about or trying to make right the one that had problems at there store

Most of the employees are not helpful and cant be bothered with you. Their prices are way too high. @Ross, the store manager there is the only one who has ever been polite or helpful.

First time and I feel I got the best of the best. From start to finish I felt right at home. Being new to vaping I had a bazillion questions but never felt like I was a burdon. From mod selection to the tank to the creation of my juice. I got everything I needed. Definately will become a familiar face in this place. Vapor for life!!! First step to a cigarette free new me. My five stars just went down to one. We have been going to Carolina Vapor Mill’s since before there was even a Greenville or Anderson or Powdersville location. We buy all our juice and coils there. We just recently started buying our mods there and out of the last 3 we have bought they have all torn up within 2 months. They will not let you return anything and if you luck up and they do let you return it they act as if your supposed to bow down to them! Reality check guys. Turtle specifically! You have wayyyy to much competition out here to be selling devices that you obviously have not vetted properly and for your managers to be so rude to your customers that have been buying from you since ONLY Spartanburg existed. I was a smoker for 15 years and had spots on my lungs then you guys got me to vape. Now I just need a pack of Marlboro Reds to deal with the anger from this store. Are you guys really hurting that bad that I can’t return a pack of coils that I just walked out of the store with because I found them $8 cheaper somewhere else? Yes y’all have great juice but that’s it! The devices suck and you do not stand behind them. We will go to Volcano Vapor Lounge from now on and I will no longer be referring anyone to you guys. I will refer them to Volcano✌🏻

Customer service upscale! Been there twice and both times felt like they were so sweet and kind. BTW they make their vape and I am hooked on the Zombie juice.

I cant shop here anymore. I just paid $10 more then other local vape stores for the exact same vape juice. I feel ripped off.

I asked what 80/20 was available. I was suggested the one line. The liquid is 60/40 and they hit me for 35$, which is a 20$ mark up. I know i should check before purchasing, but it was assumed you could rely on the staff. Now i have over priced liquid Ill never use

With valcano and family vape going out of business I searched long and hard for a vape shop . Most I got to seem like their own little club Im a new guy in. Not here Carolina vapor mill is my only shop I go to.
