Have been going here since they opened and they to this day have hands down the BEST customer service, and juice/hardware prices in town!!! Highly recommend them if you are a new or long term vapor. Staff is both friendly and very knowledgeable. Keep it up madvapes , always my number one store in Anderson for all my vape needs.

The lady working was very helpful and pleasant, showing us several options. Prices are a little high, but local shops are always higher in price. No big deal as long as the service is high quality. And youre supporting local families.

Mad vapes has really good customer service. When you go in you get a very big welcome and they always have a smile on your face. The works are nice and try to help you with as much as they can. The products are great and the place is always clean!

I had bought eliquid from here but realized I didn’t like the flavor. I called them up to ask if it can be exchanged and the person whom I spoke to said it’s possible and told me to come down to their shop. I drove all the way there for the exchange but upon arrival the lady said that they cannot do it. I understand about their policies but I was given wrong information from their own staff. In the end I got no compensation. Least they could’ve done is own up to their mistake and offer an alternative.

I was on the fence about starting to vape after having a bad experience at another vape shop but after coming to Mad Vapes and having things explained to me to where I could understand, rather than being talked down to at the other place, Im a fan. The staff is always willing to help me out and show me new stuff without seeming like theyre trying to just get a sale.

So friendly and professional! My first time was there today. They helped me pick out some flavors. Then they asked if I had any questions. I will be coming here. A lot!

This is the best vape shop in town, great prices, great staff, I buy everything from this shop I wouldnt go anywhere else because the staff becomes more like friends to you. I come up here about every week and I have never had a bad experience.

The guys where knowledgeable and friendly. But not as large a selection as I had anticipated. On the flip side they had an ok selection of house caped, heavy on the fruit based flavors, a good selection if not a very wide variety.

The shop has a very good, clean, and friendly appearance to it. Their house juice has a very good price, probably one of the best in town. However, it is very inconsistent. The workers manually mix the juice leaving room for discrepancy which you can taste in the juice. Once you get the juice, the custumer must manually shake the juice to make sure the nicotone is dispersed properly. Ive seen a gentleman running a stand at a flea market that has a machine that throughly shakes the juice bottle so that the nicotine gets distributed properly. Now if a guy at a flea market has this machine, I dont understand why madvapes cant invest in one of these. I have hit my ecig juice and gotten hits of just nicotine because of this. Their juice is not that good and you can never get the same juice twice since its all mixed by hand and this can be very inconsistent. Also when I was in there, employees were cursing and ignoring customers while they talk to their friends. The employees themselves expressed their feelings on how terrible their house juice is. The employees lacked professionalism. The store has a great appeal to it but lacks in quality and customer service.

Great selection of flavors at a reasonable price, especially if youre a college student. Also, amazing customer service who will help you out with anything you need, no questions asked.

Sunday hours say 12-5 it is well after 12 doors are locked and no employees in the store. I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere.

FYI creamy tobacco does not taste like menthol, worse suggestion ever..it tastes like Carmel and coffee ..what I specifically asked not to get..

Got 3 bottles of juice ask for 3 nic in them there is more then 3 in them bc they are harsh flavoring an i live almost 2 hours away never going back
