Been coming here for years and ill keep coming back! All the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, especially Robin. and they have great prices!

Bought a vape battery for my cart had it for 3 days before I used it to find out it didn’t work. Took it back and they didn’t have the original battery I bought but gave me a battery of equal value and let me get a free torch lighter overall I’d say a pretty cool laid back smoke shop. They are always friendly and will even haggle on prices.

Such a breath of fresh air!! What a great store and change from his it used to be!! Been twice now. Pleasant service both times, learned somethin each time too!!! 5 stars

I absolutely LOVE this store! Staff really make a place, and the staff here arent just knowledgeable, but theyre super friendly and always willing to help. First time in, I spent about 30 - 45 minutes trying to decide what to get and going over flavors, etc. They were so knowledgeable and PATIENT, which is important. Awesome staff, products, and amazing service. I purchased a vape that didnt work and they let me bring it back and replaced it for me without any issues. Not their fault because it came like that from the vendor. Id never had an issue before, and they were willing to help like always. I wont go anywhere else.

Bought two delta 8 vapes a week ago,the first one worked great,no issues.Opened the second one last night and a small metal piece from inside of the cart (I assume,Im not a vape cartridge engineer)fell out when I tried to screw it to my battery.Not one hit taken.Just got back from trying to EXCHANGE it,no refund wanted,just an exchange.Same young girl who checked me out tells me they only exchange within the first day or two.Should be posted everywhere in the store since vapes are notorious for failure.Buyer Beware,STONE AGE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND the products they sell.EDIT...Now the first one I bought stopped working also,90% full,what a waste...almost $50 bucks.Do not buy local if STONE AGE is your only choice,buy online from a REPUTABLE company with a clear and consistent return/exchange policy.Just because someone dresses in tye dye and has a cool dog or some snakes in the store doesnt mean they are a true hippie.

This is a cool place to go for any of your smoking needs. The Lady named Robin is the “Coolest Ole’ Hippie Chick” that I’ve ever met. She’s a real Sweetheart ♥️

I love the long dark hair middle age hippie lady, she knows what she is talking about and is very kind and welcoming to her customers. I think she is the real reason I keep going back. She is awesome. The store is very nice and organized as well. If you need something she knows the exact spot to get it and has knowledge on the items sold in the store.

Definitely do NOT recommend going to Stone Age for a pipe. Paid $31 for a pipe that I swear the sticker said $15. Went to recheck the price tag and noticed the cashier had ripped it off when she checked me out. How convenient...not happy at all. First time going there and wont be back

This was a great find! Just what a head shop should be: friendly service, quality products, fair prices. Its rare to be greeted with a smile on your first step into a business but these guys did that and literally made me feel like I was a regular.Awesome people and awesome place, go check them out!

Be sure to ask for crissy when you stop in! she was unbelievably helpful and probably the nicest one i’ve met yet! and she definitely knows her stuff and not shy about anything! she was interested in what worked best for me instead of looking for a sale, we need more people like that in the industry! 10/10 recommended her!

That Todd isnt really the friendliest person. He barely said 4 words to me and I bought a 110$ top shelf piece just would at least like a friendly conversation. The shop itself, love it has alot of options and keeps new things coming so it keeps u guessing. The quality of most of there items have never let me down. Just think they need to work a little on the employees

I dont shop here much but every time I have the staff is so nice that some times I forget I got other places to be and get lost in conversation. Im the type of person who prefers to avoid people and conversation but feel comfortable there. Also they have alit of cool stuff to buy/browse.

Came in today an sat at the counter for about 5-6 minutes an the whole time employees are in the back, hollered for them multiple times an was ignored, thankfully someone who steals wasnt in there because they wouldnt even have noticed, was to busy having a conversation, will not be back, miss the older guys that worked here, was once my favorite spot but wont be back.

My go to people at this shop is amber and Rick , had a bad experience with one of the staff but amber and Rick made up for that experience they know their stuff and always being helpful and patience with their customers, amber is amazing and extremely helpful , first time we went and she was helping us find exactly what we needed and they have better prices than most smoke shops and don’t overprice , amber is the best to go to person there besides Rick

They were packed Christmas Eve. Everyone working was still super nice and chill. One of them asked if I found everything I told him I needed one more item so he grabbed it for me and got me out of there as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Done business here for awhile. Always a good experience. Called today to ask if they were open. She said no and hung up on me. Then I called back to asking if they were doing curbside pick up. She was rude again. Im trying hard to support local businesses during these times but I will take mu business elsewhere after this.

The absolute worst customer service Ive ever had in my life, I stood there for almost 30 minutes waiting, While the female clerk explained how to use the vape, That didnt bother me as much as what happened next when a couple of kids walked in the door and she helped them before helping me who had been waiting there for 30 minutes, Meanwhile the owner was in the back with his feet propped up watching tv, I felt disrespected and absolutely me feel like my money was nothing so thats what they will get from me nothing ever and if I were you I would not go there go to still chillin all their things are American made and most of them are made right here in Indiana......

Theyre ok but one of the owners is a cheap skate who doesnt like to honor deals as theyre advertised. Also all their products are highly overpriced.

They always hook me up and make sure I get what I need, friendly and informative, they even referred me to the massage therapist when I walked in there with an injury after an accident and Im now a reoccurring customer for her, these guys are great

I just bought the most expensive torch lighter that they had I used it one time and it broke I looked it up online after that and it only cost $10 they charged me over $30 for a $10 torch lighter and when I tried to bring it back the next day and explain to them that I only used it once and it already broke they would not give me my money back and insisted that I picked something else inside the store to take home but I came there and specifically bought a torch lighter because that was all I needed or wanted they refused to give me my money back and I was forced to leave the store with nothing but they got to keep $32 and some change for a $10 broken lighter.

I called asking about a list of E-Cig flavors, was told dont have one, varies from day to day. Said, Okay, and was about to ask a question. Guy said, Alright, got a crowd and hung up on me. Will not be checking them out in anyway. Would rather wait for my online order or other shops to be open, since I was going to check it out on Sunday.
