Good place but you have to go pay attention to what you are sold. Have gotten wrong coils because I didnt check but they were cool and let me trade. I like this place. Friendly and nice staff

Always have a friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and quick with service. Even on busy days, a trip never takes longer than 15 minutes. They stock a lot of different flavors and mods. Every Wednesday is BOGO Half Off on their juices. Parking is sometimes tricky because they are right by the strip entrance, but the rewards program make it worth it

I’ve been going there for about a year and a half. You know when a place is legit when the staff doesn’t constantly change. They guys in there are always very helpful, prompt, and pleasant. I could go out and try to find better deals but it’s not just about the products, it’s the overall atmosphere. ❤️ Bravo.

Very courteous, immaculately clean, large choice and/or variety of e-liquids and hardware.Besides a couple of e-liquids that I bought and like, (The Man & Pineapple/Grapefruit),I also got a new mod; snowwolf (by Sigelei), and I love it.

I had a great experience at Vapor Madness. Customer service was excellent, the vibe was laid back, and I even got a discount because the rep noticed I had a veteran debit card. He was very helpful in helping me choose vape juice to match my pen, and it was the right choice. Vapor Madness is now my go to place for all my vape needs.

They are very kind and helped me with purchasing my first vape. I was really nervous and uneducated and the person who helped me walked me through everything and explained everything in great detail.

I love this place especially because theyll come out to my car window. They are always helpful. Little over priced but not terribly. Theyre always helpful too. And explain everything in detail. And if something is wrong they will replace or correct it.

Went in looking at what they had and they have a big selection of different vapes ECT and the guy that helped me was very knowledgeable about everything disposable vape they had! I was quite impressed!! Loved the service I received!

Overall the atmosphere and staff were acceptable, but not welcoming. My low rating is based entirely on the fact that I was told that I needed to buy a charger because if I charged directly through the mod it would void the warranty (specifically stated that they ran a diag) . This is demonstrably false per the manufacturers site. I bought the charger and probably would have anyway, but, its easy to think that this was stressed to sell more. Additionally when I asked about the warranty on the charger I was told they never get returned. I mentioned that the last one I bought at that location never worked but I just didnt bother with the return the response was icy. I would rather support local, but being given incorrect info isnt worth the extra 40 dollars I paid vs online prices.

I absolutely adore the girl that works there.. shes very helpful and understanding when new vapors come in.. shes also very good at remembering faces and details. Ive only been in twice and she knew who I was, wat i needed and my mod... The guy was quick to help and sweet as well

Love this store and their employees. Definitely has that family and friendly atmosphere. They go out of their way to make sure you are set up with what you need and make sure you understand everything you need to know. Great suggestions on juices to try and arent pushy.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! This place has gone completely downhill. Cheap products that are way overpriced. Staff arent as knowledgeable as they like to think. They have made their last dollar from me. Ive been doing business there for quite a while now, years even.. This place just isnt what it once was. This once was the only place I would buy from. Now Im on the hunt for another one who actually cares about my business and safety. After I was just told, sorry about your luck. The only way we are willing to help is if you spend more money... These are not good business practices.. So disappointing! Not to mention the fact that the product I recently purchased isnt safe to use. It shorts out and doesnt make a good connection. Shorts create heat.. Which could potentially cause the device to blow up, that could result in possible bodily injury. They seem to be more interested in the customer spending more with them over the customers safety...

This isn’t a bad store just not my favorite. My husband and I were in there for about 45 minutes because we knew we wanted to spend money and spend it on the right products. The guy that helped us was helpful, he didn’t go above and beyond he did the bare minimum. Finally I quit asking questions and let my husband talk to him. We walked away with 2 devices and some vape juice, spent close to 200$ in there and I can say the only thing we were somewhat happy with is my husbands mod.I’ve been to several stores now and this is prob with my bottom two. I hate to say that because my sister really likes the place however she’s usually alone when she goes in there and I did happen to see how friendly and helpful they are with women. Also the guy was kinda condescending! His answers were yes no a head shake maybe and every once in awhile would elaborate on the flavors of juice. The 2nd time I went in similar situation they couldn’t get rid of me fast enough. Some places you walk in and are greeted and the people are so friendly. You don’t get that here 😕.

Amazing shop! Staff was super knowledgeable, and the juice tastes great! Not to mention. The prices are super low. Pool table is awesome, and they even have an Xbox one! Will definitely. Be back.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff that will help you get whatever youre looking for, and if they dont have it they can help you find it. I really enjoy the calm atmosphere of the place, more like a lounge than a store haha. You can play pool, sit down and watch TV, and even chat with the staff. Overall the best vape shop in Anderson!

I went in a few days ago and basically I hate that the fact there is loud music and the staff there was really rude and didnt listen to a word I was saying about what I like far as the flavors that I like and the flavors that they did have is nothing like that I ever want to taste again the pricing is higher than others the juice is horrible so is the customer service and I would never ever recommend this place to anyone there are kids hanging out there and they didnt even bother carding me in the first place Im sorry I could have been an underage person and they wouldnt have cared about selling to a minor even thou Im old enough to drink Im sorry thats not how I would run a business or want a business in our community if I could I would have them shut down quickly

Seen their sign on my way home and decided to stop in and Im glad I did! Great selection, a lot of stuff which can usually only be found online. Theyre also very well priced, almost online prices! The staff seemed very friendly and fairly knowledgeable. I cant forget to describe the amazing decor, 2 big screen tvs to watch on a nice couch, dart board,hand a pool table! A great place to hang out in deed. All in all I have to say... Hoosier vapes you got your hands full with these guys! Keep up the great work and dont forget to support advocacy! We all have to fight for our vaping rights!!

The guys (people) that work here are the most down to earth shop clerks youll ever meet. Theyre down af lol as the kids say....I always leave pleased with my purchase

I will state that I do not vape this review is not about product by my experience. My family vapes as it got them to quit cigarettes and ever since my father started going there I have gone in with him because of the atmosphere. The people are all wonderful and they are honest to their customers while helping them out. They listen to the customer and look into new products. They are always respectful and friendly to their customers.

I have Tried vaping for over 3 years and failed because everything made me die when hitting the vape so i gave up trying about a year ago but after talking to one of the employees about the mod and topper i had she recommended a different Tank for my mod... Like i said i have tried for a long to put down cigarettes and have wasted a lot of money on mods pens and all that fun stuff well today i bought the recommended tank (PNP POD TANK) I am able to Vape using this tank... Thank you so much for the recommendation on the tank looks like I am finally going to be able to put the cigarettes down for good!!!!

This place is the best in town in my opinion. They always have what I need. They are extremely helpful and are always willing to help my indecisive self. 😁 Sometimes the best crew is a chill crew. They are the chillest around.

CROOKS. Cool enough place but upcharge you 40/50 bucks for all their mods. As I was in the store looked up 5 mods online and several websites for way cheaper. No shipping for most too. They are robbing their customers blind for convenience of not waiting for your product. Anyone whos reviewed this store and said great prices, dont realize they are being screwed. Also dont justify the price with we provide instore service vs doing it yourself. If thats the case then charge a separate fee for assistance vs making all of your customers pay for those who dont know.

As a frequent traveler all accross the US I find myself for the first time visiting Indiana. I must have been blessed by the travel vape Gods to deserve finding this shop in Anderson, IN.Traveling allows you to see vape standards and let downs all over so you come to expect a certain amount of dissapintment when faced with going to a new shop and not knowing how the level of service will be as well as vape staff knowledge and quality of product , not to mention pricing.I was blown away. Similar to a vape shop I had worked in California (classic vapor, upland, CA) this shop had everything in outstanding order. Vape staff happy and greeted me as soon as I came in. I learned quickly they were knowlefgeable, friendly and the vibe at the shop was very welcoming. I felt at ease right away. They treated me like a regular and I appreciated the patients and general interest they showed in helping me find what I was looking for.Pricing- the pricing was out of this world good. For a brick and mortar store I was shocked at what I could get at this shop comapired to others. The people of Anderson and other cities lucky enough to have a vapor madness store in their town should be so thankful. For under $30 you can get a very high quality 100ml juice. Sorry where I come from in California and New York youre paying at least $10 more minimum. To know I can just come over and have it in hand same day and pay those prices I wish I was that lucky in California , not to mention they have a cool lounge.Over all Id say if Im in the Indy area again this would be the only place Id go simply for the fact its great price, welcoming environment and knowledgable staff its the only place you need.Thanks for showing me the greatest shop in Indy guys. Their coil prices are pretty exhorbitant. V8 Baby T8 are $5 a piece compared to $4 from most shops and $3.60 from VapeWild (which usually run out of stock, so theres that).... Other than that, things seem pretty good. If they dropped their coil prices, Id be willing to buy from them more often.

Very friendly staff theres usually only 1employee working so if there is more than 1 customer sometimes it can take awhile but while you wait they have games and tv and video games and pool while you wait thats why they get 5 stars and not 4 because at least the wait which is the worst part is a lot more sufferable

(Anderson, IN) The staff there is great, helpful, and friendly. My questions have always been answered. Always patient and laid back as well which creates a relaxed and welcoming environment. A very nice variety of juice, tanks, mods, .etc. is even a fun and nice place to hang out, chat, play aracde games, and shoot pool. This is by far the best vape store ive been to between Indiana, ohio, and Pennsylvania.

This is the only place that I go to for my vape needs… whether it’s for juice or a new vape or just supplies that I need for my vape… or even if I have questions about products, this is my “go to” for my vaping needs! The customer service is the best, they have friendly AND knowledgeable staff ….. it’s all around a great experience to shop at this store! And their prices are decent too!! :)

Ive been going here exclusively (Originally going to Hoosier Vape and Black Swan) for over a year now and things there have only gotten better over time. Every time Ive been in there the guys have been amazing, and they seem to get everything from mods to new juices first by comparison to some of the other local shops in this area that Ive recently visited in a search for all options available. Still havent seen my XPriv in other stores yet. And its an amazing mod that Ive recommended to a lot of people. It also is an amazing place to just kick back, hang out, and socialize with other vape enthusiasts. I have been going there for awile just with in the past few weeks there customer service has been terrible ryan helpied me the last time very good service when he is there on 2 17 18 bought some juice and 4 pack of coils got home cleanied the tank put new coil in and the new juice tastied good then the after taste was like soap gone back the next day to let them no and got treatied very disrespectful for the guy with all the tattoos will never go back again

Ok, decided to give Vapor Madness a chance. Drove here on my lunch break to buy some cotton. So, they were out of cotton except for one open bag of Cotton Threads hidden in the back. Ok, no big deal except the guy working tried to sell me an open used bag of Cotton after pulling out multiple threads. Ya, not going to shop here ever again. The big thing was with all the stuff going on today. Trying to sell someone an open bag of cotton that you fingered through, is not cool.

I purchase all of my CBD products here, great prices and always kind and helpful staff, they have a great selection of vape supplies as well. Its a great place for adults to come and get educated on all things vape related and an excellent source for CBD information as well.
