I came in here and told the sales lady that I didnt like any vapes that Ive bought from other stores. She was knowledgeable and even let me try her vape(which had a cover on it) to see if I liked the one she used. I did like it but decided on a different flavor. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable employees. I will be returning as this is going to be my only vape store!

My husband was charged twice and drove all the way out for a refund and it has still not been received. They arent willing to do anything about it or even offer him a credit. We have proof of the two charges and no refund. It has been three weeks since the refund was processed. So he has paid $73.40 for two elf bars. If you go here just pay cash and save yourself the trouble!

Best shop in anderson, super friendly staff, never waiting long to be helped when they are super busy! And if you don’t know what to get they are very helpful with recommendations and explaining new products. Everything that has been recommended to me I’ve absolutely love

If you want to experience how a business is supposed to operate, visit Vapor Nation. The entire staff has a positive vibe. The store’s presentation speaks “luxury” but the prices are fair.The Store Manager (sorry, i didnt do my technique to remember your name) is the only person i directly interacted with. She is courteous, friendly, highly knowledgeable, showed no signs of negativity, had the patience to answer all of my annoying questions, and even sold me on a product.Even if you do not vape, this store is worth a visit just for the experience. We can all learn from these professionals.

She was extremely helpful today setting me up with a nice new kit. Ive been using their disposables which I also loved but time to just purchase something more permanent.I love this store!

One of the best vape shops Ive ever been to. Zach is one of the most helpful and knowledgeable employees. You should definitely give them a visit if youre in Anderson and need to stock up or make the switch from smoking to e-cigs.

Just got a $25 RECHARGABLE vape that when i opened it. wasnt rechargable, then i went to verify the vape via the vapes website and it was an unverified vape and as i showed the employees they said there was nothing she was gunna do about it. John if you see this this is ridiculous i’ve been coming here for 5 years and never had a Fake vape sold to me! might want to see who is ordering your product and fix the problems you’re having!

Great place with a great selection of juices. Very helpful and friendly owner who took the time to listen and help me find what I was looking for. Better prices than the big chain stores in the area. Definitely coming back by the next time Im in town from Columbia :-)

The mgr that is there,I believe his name is Zack. Very good with his customers, and very honest with people that walk into the store. If you have a question about vaping he is honest and very knowledgeable about vaping, a other word he doesnt seem like the type of person to just sell, he sells his products because hes honest

The 2 guys that work here are ausome and very knowledgeable of their products. I bought some juice that was way to strong for me and after its opened they cant take it back soo he gave me a bottle of vanilla custard and I Love it. Thank You. Please get me some RY4 12 and 6. I cant afford for him to run out. Thanks again.

Lacks basic vaping knowledge. Make sure you do your own homework when purchasing coils here especially. The man that was working in the morning did not mention the different ohms on the coils for the Aspire Breeze which by default are 0.6 ohms, those were the original and only coil to come out with the Breeze. Aspire only offered the 1.2 ohm after customers asked for them.So lack of basic knowledge gives them a 2 star in my opinion. The other star is for a few good lines of juice they carry.

This store is filled with knowledgeable staff, who can set up people who want to get into vaping. They have a wide variety of juices, mods, tanks, and other vaping supplies you would possibly need. The atmosphere of the store is absolutely amazing and on top of the atmosphere, the staff themselves are regular joes who care about their customers and the products they sell. Hands down my favorite vape store. 50 stars and 13 stripes!

I placed 3 orders. 1st filling chambers 2. 2nd order order 2 as above received 2 pieces of plastic. 3rd 2 above listed received 40 stainless steel strainers... 3 for 3 very poor service

Again I dont give out 5 stars much. This place has a very impressive selection of vape mods thanks and juices. If you are in the area and vape then this is by far the best place to go. Oh and have I said this place has amazing prices and probably the best customer service a customer could ever ask for. Stop by and see those people at vapor nation they would love to see you!

Just moved to Anderson, was price gouged at a few other shops. This is the ONLY place I will go from now on. Fast service, friendly and well informed staff and the best prices!

My boyfriend and I went into here looking for information of vaping, yet all we got was a meek hello and the employee stayed on the opposite side of the store from us and never said a single thing to us to know what we were looking for but that isnt even the worst part. They had a German Shepherd in a 30 crate (mind you these are advertised for small dogs at this size) and she was whining constantly, scratching at the crate, couldnt hardly stand up or lay down, and had a visible look of pain on her face. I cant believe that youd blatantly show such a horrible form of animal abuse. Definitely will not go there again. Terrible.

Awesome vape shop. After looking around at 2 other vape stores that had laughable selections, I finally walked in to Vapor Nation and found everything I needed. Vapor Nation has a huge selection of vapes in varying prices ranges, and I was able to start vaping for less than $50. As a person who is new to vaping I found that the staff was very helpful and showed me how to change my coil as well as how to load it with juice (I wouldn’t have known to soak the coil first). After my first visit, I continued to shop around and visited 2 more vape stores. Nither of them could compare to Vapor Nation. I can firmly say that of the 5 vape shops I have been to, Vapor Nation is leagues ahead of the competitors. It is now the one and only vape shop that I use and I wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else. 50 star view for Vapor Nation.

I walked in looking to quit smoking and to join the vaping community. I was greeted with a hello and that was it. Looking around I had no help, and no questions on what I was looking for. Looking around and asking my significant other if she sees anything she likes or catches her eye she said no. Soon after, we heard a young German Shepard that was obviously not comfortable. She couldnt stand straight up and was constantly pawing at her cage to be let out. Ive been to many, many vape shops where they are animal friendly and let them roam around free as needed. Not satisfied with the overly priced displays, unsupportive staff, and treatment of inside animals as well as customers. Dont worry, we wont be back. The definition of disingenuous is pretending one knows less about something than one really does. We knew the situation and we knew that animal wasnt happy. Good job.

Stopped here to try to find a CBD vape pen for my wife and we ended up finding one. We will gladly come back to get other things we need because everybody was patient and helpful.
