Not one to write a review on places I visit. However maybe 2024 will be different. Ive been coming to this place off and on for several years, I would like to say thank you for always being clean, friendly and knowledgeable about the vape products you carry. Ive been on a 50bar kick for awhile now and I must say they are always on point for me, cinnamon funnel cake is my fav. So again, thank you Derrick and thank you Caleb for the many great conversations Ive had with guys. There is no other vape shop I will go to anymore whenever im in Anderson, SC. Wishing you guys and staff the best in 2024 !

Super friendly owners who helped me with a kit I purchased online that arrived offset resulting in leaking everywhere! I was very appreciative. They have a great atmosphere! E-liquid I purchased from there had a great flavor but unfortunately continues to flood the coils. My first time using a mod/tank and had many questions but was told I could use any liquid I wanted in it. The liquid I purchased online (away from this store) didn’t give me any problems. (I cannot hold them accountable for my lack of knowledge, but still upset with outcome there thus far) I will specify that I am busy mother of 2 and wife. I don’t have time to stop by with every question I have or to see if they have a particular item I want in the shop. (Which I feel I have to do to receive an answer) I can’t seem to get anyone on the phone EVERYTIME I try to call. The batteries I purchased from here will not stay charged for long. I just gave up and placed an order online with a company for them to ship me the coils I want and batteries I’d like directly to me and response time is wonderful.

My fiancé went here to get a new vape and supplies. The man who was working was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions. The prices were great as well. He even educated us on what we were doing incorrectly with our devices and instructed us on how to expand the life of the device. I will be coming back here for all my vape needs in the future!

Our experience was absolutely perfect. The owner is so knowledgeable and takes his time with you to make sure you know what you are getting. He knew about absolutely everything in the store.

I admit, this is my favorite place to go.. I have my questions answered about all manner of things vape related , they are super-fast in helping me.. and then I just hang out talk and laugh in the lounge area. This is where I shop and consider the Owner Brian and his amazing staff within my circle of friends. and thats the best you can say about a retail shop, isnt it? They are your friends as well...

Associates are great and friendly. Very knowledgeable about their products and great prices on packs of coils. Only place Ill get them. They seem to last a lot longer too than other places.

Pro: Friendly, 90 day manufacture warranty on products, knowledgeable, great atmosphere.Cons: I hate saying there are none but Im really not sure what more you could want from a vape shop.Yeah, its not even close, This is the best vape shop in the area. Derek (the owner and a man with the voice of a god) is insanely friendly and helpful. They stand behind the products they sell which is huge seeing as most shops will just tell you to contact the manufacture. Seriously Ive had mods stop working in the parking lot of a vape shop and been told oh sorry, go to the manufacture website you can return it there. If a product is prone to failures they stop selling it.Ive been to every shop in Anderson, multiple times, I pass 3 shops on my way to this one, and I can say with confidence its worth the extra 5 miles.I wont go anywhere else.

Very helpful and friendly service. They will show you the ropes and guide you in the direction you need to be headed in. Ive never vaped so this was my first experience. They helped me choose the items I needed to suit my needs and explained how everything works with vaporizer. Told me things I needed to be aware of and were even a great help in selecting the correct flavor juice for me that suited me best. In a good location very easy to find and when you walk in its a very relaxed and calming atmosphere. Yes they do have a seating area where you can sit and socialize and vape at the same time. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be going back. Thank you guys I give you 5 stars.

Carolina Vapor Mill lost me as a customer of 15 years and Volcano Vapor Lounge gained me. I spend about $300 a month on devices/ coils and mainly juice. So that $3,600.00 a yr I will be spending here. Amber and Tommy are great. I suspect that if the other place keeps treating customers especially very loyal ones the way they were treating us that everyone is goin to be finding somewhere else to go. We will be recommending Volcano to all our friends now. They have great juice and they stand behind their devices and they are great with customer service. They are very courteous and professional yet personable. A hard combo to find in a vape shop. There prices are much lower as well for the exact same thing. Check around before you shop. You will be glad you did.

Most awesome Vape Store around Derek is great and always takes care of his customers. No where else takes care of you and explains and shows you everything before you leave with you mod device or anything.

My goto vape shop, excellent prices, selection, and staff. They answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently. They also offer purchase and warranty tracking on your own personal customer account. And a 20% military discount, which is also kept on file.

They helped me and they was so understanding on every thing. My glass is next to the one my cat broke. A pipe from 1969 I couldnt bear to throw it out. It was my mothers and my mother passed away in February 5 2020.

This is one of my most favorite places in Anderson to visit I pretty much spend hours in the store visiting and looking at products they have a wonderful select of juice and mods for a really decent price the owner takes suggestions and listen to what the customers have to say and also he gives a very generous discount for military police and other public service members

My experience at the Volcano Vapor Lounge was a very positive one. Everyone is very kind and helpful and they stand behind their products. Thats a plus in my experience w/vaping. Some businesses dont care after you leave their store. Not the case here. Im telling all my friends that vape to come to your business for all their vaping needs. I have been vaping for years and the devices were never up to par, but you are !! I also love the ambiance in your lounge :)

Rarely come to this store but won’t ever come back again. I live out of town but was refused service because my son touched a product in the store.

As a new vapor i found this shop very informative and helpful and the owner took his time to answer all of my queations and help me find the best fit for me and his selection is the best in the upstate.
