Smokedale Tobacco Big Lake

Got a defective vape. Definitely test your stuff before leaving. Also the staff were not that welcoming or helpful. The defective vape also ended up being the wrong one, I asked for help with showing me which one could do wax, but got just a dry herb pen that cant do wax. I would have used it except it wont even charge or turn on.

Okay, I’m not one to normally complain, but I really need to make this known to everybody in the community. If you vape like I do, do NOT buy your pastel cartel esco bars here. The vape I picked up died and was burnt within a day, and the lettering is completely wrong on the packaging, and it did not say pastel cartel on the back. The picture on the right is the correct packaging and a true esco bar, the one on the left was what I was sold, and it was a fake. I was told by someone I normally purchase my vapes from that it is indeed a fake, and sometimes some companies order things oversees without getting from the best distributors. Don’t buy your Escobars here, and I will be reporting! They said sometimes they “change their packaging and formula” when I called, and that’s just not true! I have been buying this brand for over a year, and I know what to look for. So please, don’t buy your vapes here!

Dude was polite. Tons of glass to choose from . I give it 3 stars because i got a pipe and all i did was set it down next to me and it broke. Thin glass or something. Waste of money. Didnt get a receipt so yeah i dont think i woulda got my money back.

This place is great! They have a huge selection and the prices are wayyyyy better than any other smoke shop Ive ever visited. The staff is also extremely friendly and very helpful. This is the place you want to go.

Bought a glass piece here and when i took it out of the package I was cut by a broken piece on one end of it. I took back next day and when they didnt want to return it or even exchange it I informed them of the consumer protection laws they were breaking by not doing so but they still didnt care. They offered me 25 percent off of a new item to buy.Well have fun hearing from the better business bureau and then a civil suit as I will be rewarded more than just the small amount of $75 I originally paid. According to the consumer protection act its the sellers burden to prove it was broken after I took it home for up to 6 months after purchase. Lets hope my cut from this defective product doesnt get infected....This stores products are junk, months ago i had a torch explode the first time I used it. I let that one slide giving them the benefit of the doubt but they seem to keep selling defective products and dont accept any responsibility for the harm they cause or money they waste.

Sells defective products and doesnt comply with general consumer laws. Want to steal money from hard working Americans? Guess what, theres this thing called civil court. Your about to find out how much money you lose in that. Probably should have a little customer service next time and take ownership for your defective products.

I will definitely be back I went to 8 different smoke shops and no one carried my couls I needed for my vape pen all I did was show the guy a pic and he had them in stock not only that but taught me things I didnt know about them and lets talk about the price..... WOW! So reasonable every its almost $6.00 for 1 I got 2 and paid just pennies over that and thats due to tax.... huge variety of glass vape juice cigars e-cigs and mods very impressive

The owner is one of the nicest guys u will ever meet!! Very friendly and makes you feel very welcome!! I will never choose another tobacco/liquids/smoke shop and is definately worth the extra 15 miles further than the previous place i went before SMOKEDALE TOBACCO opened!! Recommend 120%!!!!!

Never open when they are supposed to be open. Several times have come in the morning and even 45 minutes past the opening time still closed and no one there. Usually only one staff person so at times will close and have a sign saying back in 30 minutes on break. I understand that employees need a break but the owner should make sure that the shop has enough workers for them to take breaks without closing it whenever they need a break and make sure the hours of operation are open. I feel that the lack of caring to be open when you are to be open is really poor when it happens on a regular basis.

“Be back in 5 minutes sign” turns out to be 30, store is nice but not ran properly

There stuff is cheaper than most tobacco places. The girl that helped us was Very nice and knowledgeable

Great place with friendly workers. Or worker in my case. I deal with the same gentleman every time and hes super friendly and helpful. This is now my preferred place to purchase the products I want.

Average prices for expired merchandise. Bought CBD oil last night and they were not helpful in making this 1st time purchase. The one helping me had only worked 1 day on the job and the experienced on yelled across the store answering questions i didnt ask. Went home set up my e cig and tried it out. I vaped quite a bit to where i should have felt something so was looking at the bottle and noticed it expired 2/25/2016! Returns or not, Im not going to be paying for expired merchandise!

Amazing selection and friendly hospitality. Always generous workers that are seemingly happy we come back. They have great selection of papers and hemp roll ups. They even had lucky strike and smokin Joes cigarettes!

Got dry pipe tobacco that did not smell like the product I asked for. Only got 2 ounces so no real loss.Service was ok. Just seemed like it was geared more to regular customers.

My son bought a ijoy rdta box mod(vape) last night from the big lake store. he never was given a receipt. he brought it home opened it up and it was broken/defective. did not charge and was leaking all over the place. he called right away and they told him to come in today. we went in and they refused to exchange it for a non broken one. sign says no returns, which he was not trying to return it for the money back,he just wanted one that works. now he does not have the time to deal with this because he goes to basic training in under a week. i will never go to any of these stores that are so rude and poor towards the customers

Place sells out dated vape gear at the original price it was years back when it first came out and knows nothing about their stuff. I visited there today October 11th they say they are open at 10 a.m. and I arrived at 11 and sat around until 11:40am...... PLACE WASNT OPEN YET!!!! I know good help is hard to find but seriously an hour and 40 minutes after opening and still no one is ridiculous.. go elsewhere for your tobacco needs or vape needs theres several other places in the area to get it.
