The big man looking lady Chris not sure if she’s the manager or not, doesn’t know how to mange if she is the mangers she’s rude and disrespectful. Someone needs to have a talk with her big self and teach her how to be respectful because obviously her parents didn’t do a good job at that. Definitely recommend the tobacco connection on Cleveland blvd because the manager is respectful and knows how to treat her customers. If I could give 0 stars I would .

Had bought bad Vape 2 days prior, returned it cuz wouldnt charge. They made me pay half price for another one.

A good place to get cheaper smokes than most other stores. Good prices on lighters, cigars, cigarets and even some types of alcohol.

Decent store, but staff scammed us by double charging multiple items on order. They only refunded one of them after we called them out.

Typically shop here all the time, spend hundred a month here, purchased 2 coffee kratom shots(as always)20$ a piece. Drank 1 and was instantly sick to my stomach tasted absolutely terrible and nothing like the hundreds of others I have purchased. Called to let her know there was something very wrong. She said they could of been expired and wouldnt refund my money because they were open. My brother and I will definitely take our business and $ elsewhere. Terrible customer service anyways, miss the old manager

Awesome customer service! Not a very big Kratom selection, but good enough for the trip. Certain brands I havent heard of I am now trying. Im sure itll work out ☺️. Cheaper cigarettes also! Buy two packs of Marlboro brand and save over a dollar 🤑, and you get the deal with .50 cent off marked packs also. Pretty great store! Thanks!!

The staff is very nice and friendly. Have a great selection of stuff. Cheapest vape juice in the valley for juice heads and disposables . Recommend for sure if you wanna save some money.

The people are Awesome at any of the tobacco stores. The employees could be better taken care of, nobody likes to see a rotating door at any business. The employees make the place worth it but it seems like their always hiring new people so, something must be wrong with ownership!!!!

They regularly carry the brand and type of cigarettes I prefer; thats a plus, right there!Their pricing is okay, the staff are friendly, and I enjoy the fact that they have this question of the day trivia game (if you can answer the question correctly, you get a free lighter).There are a lot of locations, so I dont have to look very hard to find one when Im not near home.

I have about one or two cigars annually, usually celebrating the birth of a little one, and i can always count on them to have the merchandise that I am after. We also open a bottle of homemade wine and cook up some chorizos, both of which I make here. Happy celebration

Its decent the staff is great but the only carry fantasia hookah shisha. My rating would definitely be 5 stars if they had more of a selection.

Everyone who works there is awesome. I smoke BLU vape its 10.99$ for a 2 pack at BI-MART 8.88$ Though. But they have 15 options for juel pods the generic ones are cheaper.

AFTER TALKING TO A SALES REP ABOUT THE DIFFERENT AUTO CIG ROLLER MACHINES AND THE WARRANTY THEY HAVE, MY BROTHER BOUGHT THE POWEROLL2 FOR $136.20. THE SALES GIRL TOLD HIM IF ANYTHING WENT WRONG WITH THE MACHINE WITHIN 30 DAYS TO BRING THE MACHINE BACK FOR A FULL REFUND, IF OVER 30 DAYS, CONTACT THE COMPANY. 4 DAYS LATER THE MACHINE STARTS ACTING UP AND BY TODAY THE MACHINE DOESNT WORK AT ALL. I BRING IT BACK FOR HIM TODAY WITH THE RECEIPT AND THE CLERK SAID SORRY WE DONT DO REFUNDS, YOU HAVE TO SEND IT TO THE COMPANY. THE STUPID THING IS ONLY 6 DAYS OLD. NOT HAPPY AND WILL NOT BE QUIET ABOUT HOW NOT HAPPY I AM,

What a horrible store! Workers are rude. Do not recommend this place for any product, especially when it comes to vaping. The return policy is a joke, and none of their supplies work right.
