Extremely friendly, almost always has what I need. I cant go there without buying some yummy incense they carry. Just a joy to walk into a store that knows your name and what flavor smokes you purchase. The manager is a very nice woman who makes you feel right at home, always has such great attitude, and never lets you leave without wishing you a terrific day! Cant complain about this store ever, if youre asking me.💯🤗

Always friendly, and the manager makes sure my moms hand rolling tobacco is kept in stock. Great place!

Nasty old lady working nights was rude and made me wait 10 customers before she could exchange a glass tincture that fell off her counter while I paid for it.....

Just had to Rave about the amazing experience I had here today. Walking in I asked for assistance in purchasing my first vape. I explained all what I was looking for and the two wonderful ladies could not have been more helpful. Their explanation of the mechanics of the product, the safety isssues, and use was beyond thorough. Hands down amazing customer service! :)

Tim accused my ID of being fake. Its literally a normal ID issued by the DMV. Tim gave the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. He was extremely rude and vulgar. I will never be back to this store and I will be escalating this.

Misty Noble who works here is very unprofessional. View cameras. Due to who she visits at work Destiny who had 2 felony warrents for child abuse she beat a kid (mine) she yelled and screamed out the door. Why would an employee do that on company time. Didnt even involve her nor the company. Very unprofessional to have people work for a place like this. Will make sure people know employees are vulgar, unprofessional, and hide felons who are wanted

Best cigar options around! I am very impressed with their walk-in humidor room and their staff know what they are talking about. I do believe they should have classes on cigars, I would go to this! The location and Caldwell and the one off of exit 33 are both fantastic walk-ins for your cigars, great inventory to check through.

Literally tried to say that I was not 21 but Im 21 just because my license is from a different state so he would not let me purchase anything. He was really rude to the customers in front of me and also me.

Usually has what you need. One day bought several beers and was having a really stressful day and one of the cashiers commented too me I think this too much alcohol for just one person. I was very upset the manager said she would resolve the problem.

The staff is friendly. I like the fact that you can bring your pet into the store. The store is clean and well stocked.

The employees here are Spectacular!! All of them will answer all your questions about any of their products. If you are looking for Vape knowledge go see Joe or the Manager they are epic!!!

Taylor with the glasses is very rude and has poor customer service. Will be driving out of my way to go to another place to get my kratom and smokes

Friendly fast service, nice selection of alcohol, smoking products, large humador.

Opens at 7:30, lady put a sign up be back in 2 min. Waited for over 10min and nobody showed.
