Currently giving 3 stars. Staff and service have always been great. However problem resolution is lacking in my opinion. I was informed although the lock switch on my device is faulty and broken since my device is still usable its not covered under their 6 month warranty. Unfortunately given my line of work and how I use my device I use that lock switch regularly. I had one girl who is newer, actually laugh at me when I asked about the issue and if I could warranty exchange and another gentleman whose been at this location a while say they could only offer 20% off a new device. My impression of their 6 month warranty is that it covers the device maintaining normal operations... Which in this case I would say its not, even though its usable. If I hadnt been coming to this location since they opened Id be giving a much lower review.

Maddie is so awesome. She helped me out when I was in a bad spot and for that reason Ill make the drive here for all of my vaping needs.

I love that store completely! Amanda helps me out the best way she can every time she sees me and they go the extra mile every time I needed them to!!! I literally will only go to the store because of their customer service and I also like the points system to where I get money off on the next things that I buy.

I went into the store dying for nicotine. I had broke my vape and I was a mess. Haha. Amanda helped me out very much. She was patient and curious and helped me out very much. She was very friendly and went above and behind to help me with what I needed. It was seriously the best customer service Ive ever experienced. I go to VAPE regularly and I am not always impressed with them, and have had bad experiences in the Boise/meridian locations. I may drive from Boise to Caldwell just because it was that amazing! Thank you Amanda and Amandas boss for working with me and helping me out!!

This place is the place to go for all your vaping needs and grab a beer on the way out they take good care of their customers they took real good care of me and my mod situation

I bought a vapengin from the vape store that was defective. It was going off once I took it out of the box. I called twice to see if they would replace it and they didnt answer. I drove back and the lady told me that she couldnt return it because I took it out at home. They should really tell people you have to try it in the store before you leave.

Such a great and amazing atmosphere. Lacey help my Grandma and I out,all the questions we asked her she answered without being rude. She was such a great person. Thank you Lacey for helping us out!

Knowledgeable? Courteous? Any resemblance of some type of customer service? You wont find that here, at least not at this location. Have been to a few of these in my area and have never had any issues. Like other reviews their customer service was trash and they do not uphold their own policies.

What a difference one person can make. Been coming here for a while, getting my stuff and out the door. Then A girl named Jimalu started working here and what a ray of sunlight. Shes friendly, helpful, and goes above. Will be coming in when shes working. Great job, girl. Thank you.

Good shop with good products, and very reasonable prices! Brandon is always very knowledgeable, and always has a great attitude and great customer service. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is because they never have the wire I need. I would definitely spend more money there if they would keep it in stock!! Glad to have them in Caldwell!

Ive been to all the vape shops down the Blvd. These guys have the largest selection of vape juice at competitive prices(the selection is worth a dollar or two more). The customer service is excellent. I probably took 10 minutes to figure out what new flavor juice I wanted and the gentleman was very patient and informative and I got a juice I will definitely buy again

Vape is a great chain of shops to goto in the treasure valley but this location in particular would be my last stop. Been to this store many times and each time the staff seems to not know anything about their own product. It’s not very welcoming either when you step through the doors, really depends on which staff member is in. If you get the right person to help you it’s a great little shop but for the most part unless you are getting a juice your well knowledgeable about yourself I wouldn’t recommend any other services.

They weren’t very friendly didn’t even tell me how many points I could use as soon as I put my card in the reader they just left the counter didnt even say anything to me not cool

Well if you need mouthpieces for the tfv16 or 18 they have on site. That saved a lot us a lot of time. This store also has Uncle Creepy there as well, which is a very popular custard Flavor Dont be scared to ask for by name

A great atmosphere, quiet even in a rush but not deadpan either. The staff are great and they have a wide variety of products ranging from mods, to eliquid, to salt nics in most nicotine mg. The flavors they have are great and the quality of hardware is superb as well. They normally have music playing so its a great place to bring a Dutch and a snack and do some homework. They dont have open wifi and arent pet friendly so those are the only reasons they didnt get 5 stars from me!

The best experience ever!!!!! Dillon was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable when he helped me with picking out juice flavors. I’d give that man a raise for sure. Definitely worth it!!! Thanks again Dillon, you rock!!!!!

Trevor the manager on Cleveland Blvd in Caldwell wasn’t what you call good at customer service. Trash honestly. Spoke to me and the employees like we were both 3 inches tall. If I could get into contact with a higher up that’d be perfect they guy doesn’t belong in a vape shop. Use to be a good shop but it’s going to trash as far as customer service.

Assistant Manager Nic was very knowledgeable about the products. I have come to this store several times and he is by far the most knowledgeable person I have ever encountered.

Had my friend up here from California and I took him into the this vape store for the second time and the manager Alex is absolutely great shes a doll we had the best time super friendly very helpful we will definitely be coming back!!!!

All of the staff are very friendly and helpful! They all know what they are talking about when it comes to flavors of juice to mod set ups. The new management is has been such an improvement at this location!

The 2 young men there are great but this store needs a new manager who is not so disrespectful and rude, she should treat paying customer better , i will not shop that store again , go back to vapor emporium down the street

Sadly this Vape is No longer ran by the GM,The manger now always has an excuse for not honoring warrantied product, they break and she claims its cosmetic yet if it was cosmetic the product would still work no they break she does not honor them and then she has an attitude and when you say something about going to her boss she says good luck with that shes rude shes unprofessional she really needs some decent training

Everything you need to vape (obviously) with friendly staff. Although they may not know all the details of each device which can hardly be held against them considering the plethora of devices and flavors they carry.
