Absolutely love the selection that y’all offer! Kind employees who are also knowledgeable and helped me find what I was looking for! Even gave me a recommendation on a disposable that I now love! Y’all’s manager is extremely sweet! I will be going back! I just wish y’all had the vape juice I was looking for😩 ( fyi twist salt Mint 0 in a 50 please) I would love to have a local selection instead of going online for it.

Gross. Building is run down, inside is dirty, employee was... yea. Needed pods for my vape and they had the smallest selection Ive ever seen.

Been here before never no problems. Went and bought 2 Esco Bars today. I checked it out in the store. After about 5 hits of this vape it tastes burnt, like its about to be the end. The burnt coil taste. Of course once you leave the store they cant do anything. Its frustrating you check it out in store but after hitting it a few times and this happens its a bit aggravating. $30 wasted and I have to go buy a new one. Dont recommend!

Went in last evening and bought 2 vapes- we go in there all the time and not ONE employee has ever told us to try before we leave as “it’s policy as you leave the store they aren’t responsible” as Ethan at the store just advised me.Needles to say a “new employee” didn’t tell me either when I just spent $50 opened them and one is sizzling. He offered a 15% discount to buy a new one but can’t swap it out. Sounds like a good way not to have vendors responsible for a faulty product let alone the places that sell them. I guess the policy is fine if it’s expressed consistently, however, if it’s not that should be on the store as I’m sure they could pull cameras and listen to the conversation and make it right. Not everyone can afford a “luxury habit” but at least with cigarettes you know what you’re getting

Ok too all that have been to already and are wanting to check out this particular vape shop....its simple, buy something try it before leaving the store thoughly check it out always keep receipts get the app card for discounts and just know the products are shipped to the store so yes they is some times going to be bad ones.not due to employees.its your responsibility to know and understand what your buying and the risks at hand. All ask questions...if you feel something is not handling appropriately by an employee contact the manager .I shop there a lot .few times a week. I love it and the helpful employees.yes I took have had burnt vapes and a mod I bought that only lasted three weeks. Still going there.maleah is very helpful and always tells you to try before leaving the store.

Good employees, bad stock. Every time I go in, I have to purchase something different because they ran out of what I bought before.Some of the devices are horrible and shouldnt be sold at all, such as the Hyve devices which were dead after half a day, certainly not 5000 puffs.There are good ones, too. The Gem Bar and the Daze Ohmlet are the best, imo.

Horrible customer service, David sold me coils for my vape, I told him what type of coil, then I get home to find out the coil is completely wrong!!! Then I’m all ok everyone makes mistakes…. I go down there, they tell me without a receipt we cannot refund your purchase…. But they tell me then to download an app so I can track my purchases within the store.I download the app as requested then come to find out the phone number I gave for them to type into their system to track my points was never typed incorrectly so therefore I don’t have any history whatsoever when purchasing the wrong coils….Completely unprofessional customer service…I will not be returning to this company… nice job David…

My go to place for vape stuff. It’s close to my house and they often have quirky little deals which take off 25% off the total cost of my order. The point system is pretty cool too, 10$ back on every 100$ spent.

Buyer beware, - I purchased a disposable vape that was not working correctly at the shop, they did let me replace it with a new one from the same box. When I was home I noticed that the replacement had the same issues. I gave them a call to let them know the new vape also had the same issues and its probably a defectives box. I was told due to policies since I left the store I am unable to exchange and they would offer a small discount.. I get policies are in place as people do scam, unfortunately in my case its just poor customer serves .I will not be returning to this chain of stores in the future.

My wife and I came in to replace her vape that I stole! Lorelei was amazing, store was busy and she was able to help multiple people and very informative of all the salt nic juices. She had plenty of recommendations and we are very happy with our visit

I love the VAPE stores usually. Great selections. Nampa and Kuna have awesome service, However Caldwell needs to check their staff. I waited for 7-10 minutes to check out while the girl working talked on the phone about vape flavors. When I asked if she could check me out while she was on the phone she acted like I drop kicked a baby seal. Some of us have lives too and are also working at 730 at night. Not the first bad experience with this chick. I’d definitely recommend driving up the boulevard a few more miles for helpful friendly service.

I went there last night first time ever! Just moved here where all my family have lived their whole lives. They told me about this place so I showed up with a $100 BILL. After talking with the guy who was a bigger fellow seemed very agitated. Told me he couldnt break the bill. So I said ok is there a place close he advised me the Maverick gas station but he said he closed in 3 minutes. So I came back and he was standing in same spot so I was like cool ... Then I went to the door and it was locked. The guy just stood there and looked at me WOW will not be giving my money to this dude or this company! Good job big guy

I would love to give them my business but unfortunately the door is always locked even when the open sign is on. Went there and door was locked so I left and tried to come back an hour later door was still locked.

Went in looking for a RDA asked to look at one and was told I cant have you looking inside when starting to remove the cap. Like WTH?!? Thats what display models are for so the customer can see what theyre buying and make sure its going to work for them. Needless to say wont be going back
