Went in Monday for the first time. Girl is super knowledgeable and real!!! No sales gimmicks even when selling juices. I didnt catch her name. I bought atomizers for my stick prince too which ended up failing. Bad batch. Took them in and she swapped them no questions asked for mesh ones. I recommend this place.

Very impressed with the level of knowledge of the fellow working when I went in. Helped with no expectation of purchase, even though I eventually did. Selection of vapes isnt huge, but is current and covers most of the bases well. Good selection of juices etc. Prices are reasonable.

Going to rate 4 stars due to lack of variety for us switching smokers. I did get eliquid tho to try some new brand of salt nic. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable on mouth to lung devices but seemed discouraged by the store not providing any device or coil choices. The clerk was vaping on a mtl vandy vape salt nic dripper device that they do not carry. I would have bought that. It was a good experience so 4 stars is it.

Can I give it no stars the only person that make this place worth going is the manager but outside of that the cost is way too high, not enough in flux of new stuff, no competitive pricing on juice, and most of time i feel like im talking to hipsters inside. So if you like high prices, and hipsters then this would be the place for you. Ill never be going back in.

Worst customer service in Caldwell. SHE was just vaping fat clouds and giving zero help. Left after 5 minutes of waiting to be assistanced. Came in ready to buy just needed help deciding. Check the cameras worst customer service of 2019. Congrats.

I LOVE this store their the only ones that have my favorite juice, the staff is always nice and always checks to make sure we got the right things.

The gentlemen in the store were very helpful and knowledgeable about what kind of vape would be good for my chain smoking/pack a day dad.

The manager is always there to help... its been a blessing since she became manager..I find myself not wanting to go to any other vape store now...

Normal vapeshop. Bumped it up a star to be fair, they carry stuff to vape oils too. And smoking accessories. They were friendly and polite.
