While I personally do not smoke, many Illinoisans often cross the Mighty Mississippi to buy cigarettes at much cheaper price.

I lost my debit card. Somebody used it here. They were very helpful. Also a great place to relax and play some of the slot games cheap smokes, and cheap drinks. Can’t beat it. Thanks guys!!!

I would never recommend the Discount Smoke Shop in Cape Girardeau to anyone. I bought eight cartons of cigarettes for family members on my credit card. When I drove two hours back home I noticed they overcharged my card $72.00. I was told to drive another two hours to take receipts to them for them to tell me they wouldnt be able to put my money back on my card. Supposedly the manager nor the employees could get in the register. I called them on the phone and I was told to drive two more hours and they would see what they could do. I said, you can take money off my card but you cant put my refund back on my card? I was told Im sorry Very untrustworthy business from the manager to the employees. Trust None of Them!!!!!!!!

Employees are much more knowledgeable than before. Place has changed for a much better shopping experience. And they have FREE COFFEE!!!!

Always great prices and kind of hit or miss customer service. Some of the clerks are very nice and upbeat, the ones that cant get off their phones while they deal with customers tick me off. I drive 30 miles to spend my money with you, please show some courtesy and get of your phone. Usually clean inside and hardly ever have the panhandlers outside anymore...thats a good thing.

This place NEVER have things that one may need...Whats going on with all the containers?With the prices that are being charged its more than enough to get the roof repaired...Update: the business has made some changes and seem to be getting better...

This place is in a dangerous part of town and they promise to have products that they cant or will not keep in stock. They have a drive through window that is only open half the time, so you have to get out of your car risking being robbed or mugged, while their happy asses are protected behind protective glass! You cant blame the staff, but it is not a place to go unless you are there for a big can of beer.

Very nice employees. I go once a week for a friend. But. I have to lock up my car because there is always some panhandlers there. Some times they scare me. Employees do what they can but they cant be outside all the time.

Many times I have been at this store and if the employees dont have anything better to do they might wait on you. If you use the drive thru good luck. Today I gave them 1 last try because a few employees I really like. It was 4:pm no one was inside. I went thru the drive thru and watched the cashier doing nothing. Then another woman assuming a mgr. Came to the window pointed at a sign which had drive thru hrs clearly posted (closes at 9 &10:pm respectively). She said were closed cause theres only one cashier. I said thats not what the sign says and pointed out I saw her cashier doing nothing. She responded if you want service come inside. I said if you want business do your job and left very upset. Will not go back!
