Hypnotic Smoke Shop Cape Girardeau

Bought a device here that shorted the next day, luckily the manufacturer was able to replace it for me. Manufacturer informed me that the device Hypnotic sold me was actually a discontinued product and was nice enough to send me the current version.

Hello, My name is Devin and some of you may have met me behind the counter during my time at hypnotic as my name is mentioned quite a few times in these reviews. I just wanted to warn anyone of coming to work here. The boss is a jerk and constantly belittles his employees and berates them. He pays his favorites an obscene wage and pays everyone else minimum. This place is an absolute joke and I hope you all take your business to vapor maven or vape cape.

Good customer service and reasonable prices on the vapes. Watermelon Ice NEX AIR BAR is amazing. Devin was very polite and helped me with everything I needed.

With a wide variety of Premium Juices, High quality Kratom and some of the best glass pieces Ive seen in the area, this entire place is a W. The prices are fair, theyre stocked on anything you could want in a vape shop and then some, and the Manager was really cool, super helpful. If you vape, smoke or just wanna see some really cool stuff where the whole place is a vibe, then this is your place

Great smoke shop and great customer service!! Super friendly and helpful staff. I wasnt too sure what I needed exactly but a younger guy named Devin gave me great advice and helped point me in the direction of what would be best for me and I couldnt be happier with my purchase!!!!

This shop is willing to price match or even beat any stores price in town on glass/accessories! Easily the cheapest cigarettes too. THIS IS THE ONLY SHOP OPEN ON SUNDAY. They have the largest glass selection in town as well. I was so happy when I left. Honestly you have earned my business 100%. The staff is super chill and friendly as well. I highly recommend doing business here.

I spent about $200 on a piece for comparative better prices. Don’t get me wrong the piece was beautiful but after having it less than a week the glass chambers on the inside broke by a knock over onto carpet, where it was sitting, by our small dog. This was our fault , but my point is the quality of the piece was definitely lacking. To hear that nothing could be done was sad. If you’re even a tad clumsy don’t recommend. It literally just fell over and apart.

I purchased a water pipe there and when I got home there was a stress crack where the stem attaches to the body, so I called them immediately. This was an hour drive for me, so I didnt notice it until I got home and it had been carried safely, however it was wrapped in brown paper bags because they were out of bubble wrap. The manager refused to allow an exchange and said he would pass my number to a higher up and have had no follow up. I will never shop here again and advise anyone to inspect their piece carefully prior to purchase.

I have spent hundreds of dollars at this establishment. And overall I have been pleased with the products I have purchased excluding the fact that they charge more for their vapes compared to other shops in the area such as Vape Cape. One time, I bought an air bar lux that was faulty and I realized that it wasnt working properly once I got back to my car. I went back inside to tell the guy working, and he told me that there was nothing he can do once I leave the store. The owner of this store needs to tell his employees to let customers know that they need to try the product in the store before leaving. There should also be signs with that policy listed. I am not happy with the $16 I just wasted and I will only continue to bring my business to places like Vape Cape who have a great selection of vapes, good customer service, and better lower prices.

I am impressed by this joint. No pun intended. Nice, clean and huge inventory to choose from. I went in Saturday april 10th around 920 pm and I didnt get his name but he was awesome. Very helpful and nice. I was impressed by the place to be honest.

Went in and got a disposable vape and had to ask to make sure it wasn’t menthol and the guy working ensured me it was not, opened it and it was. Was not comfortable voicing this.First time I went in the guy working was very knowledgeable of his products but the guy is this evening was not

Ill be honest and say I thought this store was going to be sketchy and not very good quality products (because I judged a book by its cover) but I was very pleasantly pleased with what they have and the competitive prices, I get twice as much product here for the money I spend at where I would normally go so thats a huge plus. I highly recommend going here and checking out what they have!

The owner is very polite and knowledgeable of the products they offer. They offer a large selection of items at a very reasonable price. If you havent visited Hypnotic Smoke Shop before, youre definitely missing out! Ohh! They also have the cheapest cigarettes in town!

Been there a few times great experiences. I was thinking this was going to be my new shop. On Friday August 9th I went there early like 930 am the time they open, they were not. I waited ten minutes tried again still nothing. Mind you then sign says open so I waited another five minutes still nothing. I think is bad to say your open but not. Its bad for business.

Cant see prices of anything, lots of waterpipes, but nothing too fancy.. stuff i did see prices on seemed a bit high. Guy in the store greeted me and was very friendly. Hempies deffinetly has everything this store has and more, for way cheaper. #HEMPIESFORLIFE

Poor customer service. A Asian guy was working in that shop. I went inside store he just asked me loud speaking CAN I HELP YOU. And he is watching like I am thief.He is not soft speaking customer service as he should. His attitude will loose his business.
