I came to the store today and I received my excellent service from Ms. Jade. She was VERY helpful and went out of her way to make sure I had the best experience!!

I came to this ultimate vapor and got a reusable vape. I usually get disposables. But I figured Id save money with a reusable. The coil lasts 2 days and was burnt.I went to a different Ultimate vapor 2 days later and got a rechargable disposable. It wont charge, and the battery only lasted about an hour to hour and a half. Between my last 2 purchases at this company (only 2 purchases I might add), cost me more money and lasted far less than what I was getting in the past. I dont know if they get junk, it sits for awhile, or if I just got unlucky. But I am never going to any ultimate vapor ever again.

This place is hands down the best in Cape!! Ms. Persie is the sweetest and she is very knowledgeable about the products!! My go to store and go to girl!!! Y’all are fabulous!!

Came in to buy new juice and coild for my boyfriend. I dont vape so I struggle finding the right thing for him but Jake helped me out so wonderfully and was able to help me find the right coils and everything and my boyfriend was so happy. Great selection and Jake is a knowledgeable, patient and extremely welcoming employee!
