Body Revive- Deep Tissue and Pain Relief

Went in for a deep tissue massage to try and get a knot out of my back. The massage therapist did a great job and I left feeling much better. The hot stones were a pleasant addition. Overall would highly recommend Body Revive for anyone looking to soothe and relieve tension and aching muscles.

Trinity is absolutely amazing! Shes very knowledgeable, gentle (gives muscles tough love if needed haha) and knows exactly what your body needs! Ive been going to her for about 2-3 months now and let me tell you, the pain I had been suffering with for months basically has disappeared. She gives me the tools/tips I need to self care at home which is such a huge plus! I HIGHLY recommend her for your massage needs. The facility itself is so peaceful, clean and calm. The zen den they have is so cute and serene! I havent tried their new sauna and float therapy but Ill be sure to update whenever I do.

I love this place! Jenny the owner takes great pride in all the details to make you comfortable. I was able to see one of her other therapist and she was fantastic. The salt float was down and Jenny made it right when she didn’t have too! I can’t wait to go back and try the float! Well done Jenny and staff!

I’m visiting from out of state and decided to stop here for a massage after hiking in Zion NP. Jenni did an absolutely wonderful job! She was able to help relieve a lot of tension in my shoulders and neck. I was having a lot of pain from moving heavy boxes as well and she was able to help with this issue. Highly recommend them for your muscle tension/stress relief needs!

I got a deep tissue massage yesterday from Weston and it was amazing! he is a great massage therapist and I would highly recommend him. The facility is very nice, and quiet. which is extremely important in my opinion.

I get lots of knots in my neck and back from working at a desk all day. I tried some other massage therapists in Cedar City, but Body Revive is the best by far! I have been going monthly for a couple years now and couldn’t recommend it more!Jenny is fantastic! She is very professional, skilled, and makes it a comfortable experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and the staff was kind and caring. I came in with lower back pain from an old injury and Jennys medical massage was amazing! Roger was extremely professional & new where the pain was without even having to share with him where I was hurting! The medical massage was absolutely incredible and healing! Plus he sent me home with some homework and those exercises really helped and prolonged the pain coming back! I will be going every two weeks!! Jenny is the best! I had torn my shoulder and was going to PT prior to surgery because my shoulder had become a “frozen shoulder.” She did amazing work not only on my whole body, but the scar tissue therapy really made a difference with my shoulder! She worked on my shoulder post surgery as well (as I had multiple things done in the surgery.) I can’t say enough about Jenny and how I can walk in feeling so tight with aches and pain and an hour or so later walk out feeling like a whole new person! The hour or 90 min seems to go by SO fast! But my entire body feels completely different! It’s a wonderful thing. I highly recommend her! If you need to help yourself out-get a massage! It’s not “pampering”…it’s SELF CARE in the most important way! Our mind and our bodies NEED to be treated with love! I don’t do that as often as I should. I go and go until I’m hurting and out of gas. That’s not the best. But I recharge with a massage. And Jenny is the best!

Ive had chronic pain from surgeries for 10+ years. I still try to be pretty active and it is hard to find a massage therapist who can get deep enough in my tissues. Roger addressed my problem areas and I hadnt felt as relieved in a long time. I am happy Ive found a place I can keep coming back to now. Do yourself a favor and get some much need relief from pain if youre like me and aches & pains are hard to take a break from, without a good massage therapist!

OH MY HECK!!! I feel amazing! I had an appointment with Roger for a deep sports massage.Under a lot of stress and since Saturday I couldn’t turn my neck to the right without pain from my mid back up my neck.The soonest appointment I could make was this mourning. I’m so glad I did! I felt so amazing right after that I was mush! I couldn’t even think to pay haha. I can turn my neck. He worked so much on that right side for that to happen.The price is better than most I’ve seen making it easier to have massages more than when absolutely necessary. I’ll definitely be going back. Don’t know why I let my neck and back get so bad but right know, I just feel amazing!

I have struggled with a hip, pelvis, and femur injury for the last 2 years. I am always in so much pain throughout every day. Im so impressed with Roger at Body Revive! Not only is he very courteous to help you stay comfortable and modest, he also knows how to help with actual pain from injuries!I will always be in pain because of my injury but He helped me get some long lost range of motion back in my legs, took away the low back pain and pressure, helped my neck pain, and helped my shoulder pain which will hopefully have an impact on my frequent headaches! Jenny is amazing. Ive never cared for massages before, but when I was pregnant I decided to try a prenatal massage with her and got hooked. One of the best massages Ive ever had! Jenny was easy to communicate with and maintained a healing and relaxing environment. I left feeling better than I had in weeks. She worked on a surgical scar that I had been nervious about her touching in a way that left me feeling better and hopeful about this surgical site healing. My favorite thing was she did not talk to me during the massage! I love to talk but not while Im getting a massage.

After a being in a car accident I was experiencing muscle pain, reduced range of motion and severe tension headaches. Truly all 5 starsI admit, when I was first looking into this and saw all 5 stars I was skeptical. But I was amazed during my first appointment! She knows so much about the body and what issues are related to my complaints of pain and discomfort. Ive been receiving medical massage from Jenny for a few months now. And shes still amazing me with her knowledge of how to help. My shoulder has hurt for years after an accident. But now it feels like a shoulder again. My hips and knees are getting better, too.My only complaint is that its hard to find the place. Its in a house with many different businesses and doors. Just message Jenny before your first appointment and shell help you.

Excellent experience! I went in for a sports/medical massage, primarily for my shoulder but also foot/ankle and IT bands. Jenny listened attentively to how I described my trouble and discomfort, asking clarifying questions, and talked me through what she would do for them. She made sure touch/pressure was comfortable throughout. The massage was wonderful, and right away I could feel benefit/relief! Booking was easy, good communication, and relaxed and clean environment. I will gladly use these services again!

This was easy to give 5 stars to. I loved the ease of booking online and that she offers appointments after work. Jenny is professional and her area is super clean. I loved the use of the heating pad & weighted blanket. She helps relieve pain and it’s easy to tell she wants to help and not just finish a massage quickly. Fantastic! I first had Trinity, who was great and does a great facial-cranio massage. My absolute favorite is Roger though. He is so knowledgeable, can take care of any any problematic areas and help make the whole body better. Roger is a a medical provider and takes HSA, but with a doctor note its possible your insurance may cover it. Such relief after high stress and anxiety! Thank you so much Roger!

Jenny has been my massage therapist for about 3 years. She stays current on new techniques through trainings. Most recently, she has been using a device to help release the scar tissue around my knee replacement. I was pleasantly surprised that it worked well from the first treatment (unlike some protocols that take weeks).

This lady is fantastic! A great way to relieve aches and pains of pregnancy, she even has a special pregnancy pillow so you can lay on your belly during the massage. She definently helps increase circulation and reducing swelling that is typical of pregnancy symptoms. I can trust that I will feel some relief of my pregnancy symptoms for at least a few days to a week after getting a massage from Jenny. 5 stars absolutely. EVERY Pregnant Lady deserves at least a little pampering and this is one great way to get it.
