Do not purchase from this company!We followed the instructions included in the gender reveal taconite box and it did not explode. We were very dissapointed because we had friends and family watching to find out the gender. I emailed the company and this is what they said,Thank you for reaching out to us regarding a refund for your Tannerite Boom Box. Im sorry to inform you that we cannot offer a refund for a used product as per our company policy. Our policy clearly states that we only offer refunds for unused products in their original packaging.We understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. However, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and services, and we firmly believe that our policy will help us achieve this goal. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be more than happy to assist you in any way we can.I apologize for the mistake we made in providing you with the packing slip that contained the revealed the gender. We understand the inconvenience this may have caused you, and we are truly sorry. We take full responsibility for the error and assure you that we are taking immediate steps to ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future.So as you can see they do not back their product and do not care about their customers. Do not waste your money.

The owner was extremely helpful in long run and resolved all of my issues. Very nice people, it’s a pain that they have a mean lady renting out space. But overall I think that they were very responsive and nice in resolving the issue.

They have a nice big room that accommodated our large group. It was fabulous.
