Go Vapors

I personally would like to say that Go Vapors is a FANTASTIC shop and I AM a steady customer, have never had a problem there, and think that these reviews are way off base. To anyone who is reading and looking for a great shop with great people, give Go Vapors a shot and I promise you wont be disappointed, I know I havent yet. As for the equipment, I have bought several items there and have never had an issue, all of it is great, in fact I just bought a new tank from there and I prefer that tank over any other rda or tank I have.

I came from southern California to visit my father in Cedar City when my 18650s finally crapped out. Got a new pair from this shop for $24 (not terrible). I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. The guy helping me was kind and could answer all my questions. If I needed to I would definitely go again the next time Im in town.

Customer service was good had a great conversation. The fact that this is a shop catering to the vape community and doesnt sell authentic mods or have a premium line of juice is really really disappointing. Hopefully the owner will open up to the idea that its not alllllll about profit but having a steady loyal customer base which can only be achieved with excellent customer service and top notch top quality goods.

A vape which I bought from a different retailer was malfunctioning so I took it to Go Vapors and was helped by Anthony. I first went to a different retailer who wasnt interested in the slightest of helping my problem but I was welcomed with the help I received from Go Vapors. The whole process took a little over an hour in total, but Anthony was able to take apart my vape and figure out the problem and fixed it! Some say he may have lost the shop around $60 from saving me the trouble of having to buy another mod, but I say he gained the shop a local, loyal customer who will now go through Go Vapors for juice, coils, future mods, etc. Thank you Go Vapors and thank you Anthony for the incredible customer service!

Very friendly and helpful. Lately the coils have been defective taste burnt, liquid leaks and the juice isnt as thick as it use to be. Its no longer called Go vapors it cloud 9

I shop here regularly and every member of the staff is always super friendly and helpful. They have a great selection and are all very knowledgeable about their products. Its a great vape shop, Id absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Im sorry but the price is 10$ to 30$ higher than other places and they didnt have a lot to choose from. But the guy that helped me was very nice and didnt try to push me to hard to buy one when I told him I was only looking. I bought from an other places but if they get more vape juice choice Ill go there for that.

I really dont understand the reviews about bad customer service... The guy with the beard down to his chest and gauges was awesome! I came in looking for a new RDA, and when I walked in he was showing another customer how to use his new vape, and I felt like he was doing a really good job explaining it to him. He even primed it, filled the tank with juice and had the customer take a pull off of it right in front of him. Then he showed me their entire selection of RDAs, explaining the pros and cons of each. And I finally narrowed it down to 2 that I really liked (Im not a fast decision maker to put it politely), he let me think about it and play with them while he helped 2 other customers with juice (to me thats good customer service because he could actually help those customers instead of just standing in front of me like a bump on a log). I finally picked the one I wanted and paid for it, and then he offered to build it for me if I wanted to wait until he was done with the other customer, or he said I could build it myself with their tools. And I thought hey, Ive never actually built it myself... I should give it a shot! Ive watched plenty of people do it for me before, how hard can it? So I opened the tool box, and boy did they have tools! Seriously, every thing you could ever need and more! Like 4 or 5 different gauges of wire, Japanese organic cotton, every tool you need (and then some) and probably more that I didnt notice. So beard guy and I had a good conversation while I was building. And when I was done, he looked at it and he said it wasnt bad at all. But seriously, this new Dark Horse RDA is amazing! Hits like an atom bomb! And beard guy even told me the benefits of different wire for coils too. So yeah, kinda lengthy but this place is awesome. Didnt try their juice though, might check it out next time.

My husband bought me a Reuleaux vapor on Saturday. Two days later and it wouldnt work. I take it into the store to see what they can do and the lady tells me to contact the merchandiser. I go onto WISMECs website and under warranty information it states to contact the distributor for refund or warranty information. I just want a resolution, either my money back or to get this warrantied out so it can get fixed.

Best spot in town! Nice employees and for the most part always a good selection juice along with the latest Mods. Been coming here for years now and haven’t had a problem.

Fantastic selection. The people are very friendly, though you need to be patient for their in house juices. The best part is their truck parking for any OTR drivers.

Very quick and easy. The staff answers questions very quick and easily. They offer nice student discounts or military discounts, have a great selection. Nice atmosphere to be in and friendly staff.

Easy to get to off the interstate .They have street side parking of 18 wheelers great prices , very helpful plus they have a cool program based on how much you spend you get to roll some dice for free stuff ie juice, coils...ect i will definitely stop if im driving threw in my 18 wheeler

First time user they were real friendly they got me all set up with tons of information that I can understand I will definitely be shopping there from now on

Had an issue with something I bought in there recently the guy working in there fixed everything for me after an email , great customer service and willing to work with customers , highly recommend !!!

They dont have much in the way of premium juices or hardware and the one house juice I bought just didnt taste good. Its not like i can return it. (THANKS FDA)

I would not recommend this place. Some of the staff are friendly enough but the owner is short tempered and unprofessional, as well as the merchandise being overpriced. They are definitely lacking on their customer service skills.

Great for truckers easy on street parking. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, will answer any questions you have. Great choices in juices.
